I have been taking my cars to this auto shop for seven years. They do great work. They always come through and have taken great care of my cars and repaired them wonderfully. They have never taken advantage of me because I am a woman and their prices are great and they are always dependable. Alberto and his team mmates are mechanics extradonaire

Best Shop ever! Excellent and trustworthy. Brought my car in cause it was overheating and had other issues. Alexis was able to quickly diagnose and fix my car. The price was very reasonable. Alberto is very professional and will I continue to bring my car back here. Thank you All!

I must say 19th Auto Repair is the best mechanic shop experience in all of Arizona!! Honest service and great communication one of the best places I have ever encountered. I highly suggest to everybody to NOT bring your car here. My vehicle had a misfire issue along with a check engine light when I brought it here back in September. After supposedly replacing a fuel injector, doing a valve adjustment amongst other things, the problem seemed to be fixed. My car started misfiring with the same check engine light the following day, took it back, they said it was a simple fix. This happened a total of 4 times, and Alberto, the owner, kept stating it was something minor such as the swapping of injectors or that they didn t use a factory part. They had also left a couple screws missing from the top of my engine and once left a battery cable loose which caused my car to struggle accelerating while I was driving, I sent pictures of this to Alberto and he never responded. When I brought the car in the 4th time, Alberto barely acknowledged me at the shop, picked up a phone call when I was explaining to him the issue, he was clearly annoyed that I kept coming back but it was his fault, not mine. The last time I brought my vehicle to the shop, they had it for a total of 5 days, Alberto read the multiple messages I sent to him but never responded so I simply came & picked it up. I fixed the issue myself finding that the air intake hose was clearly ripped, not sure how they missed that. I contacted Alberto and reasonably requested a reimbursement for the money I paid or I would take legal action. He welcomed me to do so and I did just that. I filed a small claim in court, he was personally served, he never responded, I filed a default request, he did not respond and I just received a default judgement order by the judge for him to pay. So please guys, do not take your car here, it s ridiculous what I had to do to get my money back for incompetent work that did not fix my car and an owner who doesn t care to respond to texts or even a lawsuit. You can all read the other negative reviews that are from this year alone with issues similar to mine, I am not the only one to deal with this kind of nonsense.

Will NEVER take my car back there again. Went for a coolant system repair (not done correctly had to pay another shop to actually fix right) they made other not necessary repairs without speaking to us then charged 3 times the amount. They also messed up the driver side door it is off track now and makes loud popping noises when opening and closing, and the day after we got the car out of the shop after they had it a week, the check engine light came on and airbag sensor light and smoke started coming from the coolant area.

My brakes went out and they were able to fix it same day, gave me a ride back to my house while they fixed it, and explained/showed me everything they needed to do and why my car was having the problems it was having. They even threw in a free oil change and fluids!

19th auto repair is not only an auto repair shop! The guys here do amazing body work. They work hard and continue to work until the job is done! I scratched my car up pretty bad and like magic it s looks brand new. Plus they got it done in less than a day. The owner has great communication, he stayed in contact with me updating me frequently. He responded to phone calls and messages quickly. Don t hesitate to bring your car to 19th auto repair trust me it will be left in good hands

What can I say more than what was said before about these guys! Alberto and his team Cesar, Fernando, Mochis. These guys are super Profesional, know exactly what they are doing with cars, fast and their pricing is fair. I will not be using another autoshop in Arizona for all my cars, family and friends cars from now on. I recommend 19th Av Autoshop for anyone who wants to get their car fixed right, fast and with a great price.

I had an oil pan gasket that was leaking so I went to them to have it fixed they fixed it and it started leaking again I went to them to see what was going on they wanted to wipe it clean and make sure it's leaking from that spot, wanted to charge me $120 for a dye to find out where it was leaking. went to my other mechanic he put in for free. Checked a couple days later it was leaking from gasket. Went back to shop for them to fix it and they won't. What was the point of finding out where it was leaking if you were not going to do the job. They don't guarantee they're work do not go to them at all

I was very very appecitive of how they worked with me and let me know when there was something they needed to fix.Alberto really helped me out when I needed it and went above and beyond to give me the best deal.I would recommend them to anyone who needed repairs to there car and if I ever need more work done I will go to them

I had a great experience with 19th auto repair shop, they answer all my questions and explained every step of the way, very friendly and made my truck a mission to fix it the same day. I did not pay a dime after I got my entire AC system replaced, put new brake on front and back , rotors, new radiator. through easy pay program it is very easy to apply and the owner helps you if you need any help. Thank you 19th Auto Repairs I have my AC and truck running amazing in one day, great job I recommend this place in your time of need. Albert is the best.

Most reliable and honest mechanics around. Luis went above and beyond for me. He towed my suv with his own vehicle so I wouldn t have to pay for towing. Alberto the manager always went above and beyond as well. I had my AC repaired and my battery and starter and they did a great job. They have payment plans also if needed. My car broke down one day and luckily it was right next to 19th Auto Repair. I went to them and spoke to Alberto the owner and he was so nice and very efficient. Him and his employees were able to find the issue and solve it for me. Even though they can get busy, they are very attentive and explain issues really well. Fast, friendly, honest. What is not to say about them? My vehicle broke down after work. Making arrangements for my daughter to get picked I planned on taking a bus home they actually gave me a ride home. No walking in the heat for me. That's the extra they go for their customers. My go to mechanics!!! Thank you souch

This place is the worst.unless u need a tire chqnged.and thar might be pushing it. After they screwed up my transmission put a dent in my fender and tried to tow my car back to their shop with a tow strap and refuse to give us paperwork for the transmission that they purchased and had to send out to get that repaired.at another shop.. and then try and charge me 700 dollars over the amount they got paid .and my car is still sitting in my driveway in able to to drive it to another shop to get It fixed right so don t trust these guys to fix your bicycle .and all the promises on their website well thy didn t keep one.
