I took my 2020 Jayco Travel trailer in as I had some uneven tire wear. Mike thought it probably just needed an alignment, and he was right. They fixed it correctly the first time, also redid my wheel bearings at a really fair price. Mike and Marc are both great to deal with. They ve won my business for any trailer suspension items I may need in the future.

Very happy with Straightline. I dropped my trailer off mid-day on a Thursday so they could do a suspension upgrade on my RV travel trailer, to start that friday. They actually started that day and had it done at the end of the day!! Price seemed fair. I will be a repeat customer for any future RV suspension needs.

I want to thank the professional staff at Straight Line for the excellent work on my camper. A torsion axle broke and I would have been stuck for months if I took my camper to an authorized dealer. Straight Line gave me an honest estimate and timeline and they did it! Super thanks!

Straight Line Suspension are also straight shooters... Lets be real its hard to find a shop that shoots straight with the price and work they perform. These guys are the real deal. Clean shop and a great supply of all kinds of RV suspension parts. I first broke a spring shackle mount and they happen to have a new one on the shelf for under $10. Second time I needed some brake work done and they knocked it out of the park. I will be a returning customer!

One year later and I'm still having issues with the rear driver side sumo spring Straight line installed on my F250. Wish I held my ground at the time and didn't accept the lame excuse they gave me claiming it was because of the difference in weight on the drivers side versus the passenger side of the Lance truck camper. Drove over an hour to support a small business, I'll think twice next time.

My husband an I arrived in AZ and had an issue with our RV. I called several mobile RV companies, found one that was able to come by the next day but they were very expensive. I called Straightline Suspension at 7am and Mike was able to get us in right away. Our repair was done in a few hours at a very reasonable price. He exceeded our expectations!Thank you Mike

When I was searching for a class A rv on the F53 chassis, I found straight-line. I called them numerous times and got great information on what I could do to make the ride better. Marc (service manager) is awesome. Has great patience and will answer all your questions and concerns. I probably drove him crazy... I asked for a few different quotes when I was deciding what RV to buy, and he sent them over to me within an hour. Other shops I called gave approximates, but never gave a real answer. Took my RV in to get koni shocks and sumo springs per recommendation from Marc. These guys at straight-line know what they are doing. I highly recommend them for all of your RV suspension needs.

These guys are "Rock Stars", they know RV's, I had them align and put a steering stabilizer on my "New" Winnebago Forza 38W 2,000 miles on it. I couldn't keep it from wandering in my Lane even with no wind, or traffic. Now it handles GREAT. HIGHLY RECOMMENDED!

Hubcaps evidently were not replaced correctly and 2 were lost on the way home. Thank you Mike for splitting the cost of new ones. The person who did the front end alignment apparently did not know how to do with Safe T Plus as we now have to hold the steering wheel at the 2 o'clock position to keep the wheels straight. The Safe T Plus needs an adjustment as it is not on the same as it was when it was brought in.Straight Line was highly recommended so we are disappointed. Hopefully this was a newer tech that was maybe not familiar with the system or just someone in a hurry.I am changing to 5 stars. We brought the motorhome back for another alignment and when my husband explained that he had to hold the steering wheel 30 degrees to the right to not go into the left lane the manager took it out for a drive and then brought it right to the back. They corrected the problem at no charge to us and now the cruise control and tow haul work. No more error codes and it rides like a dream. Thanks again Straightline Suspension

Truly outstanding. Quality product, great mechanics, clean and well-organized shop, quick turnaround and fair pricing. I couldn't be happier with the outcome. I was facing a 12 week lead time and a high price from the original manufacturer. Marc provided a superior solution at a very fair price. Product delivered within 48 hours. Saved my summer camping season!

These a guys are the real deal. I brought my older Class A RV in for new shocks and air bags. They were upfront with me about the time it would take to find the correct parts and kept me updated throughout the process. They really know their stuff. I appreciate the time and effort it takes to work on older vehicles. Straight Line Suspension did an amazing job, at a very fair price.

After multiple phone calls to a number of trailer places I struck out with the need for a replacement flex axle. After poking around on the internet I found the manufacturer who sent me right back to Mesa and Straight Line! Who knew?!Met Mike and Marc who we're able to replicate my needs Spot On as the trailer lowered right back onto the new axle like they had been old friends.Saved my bacon as I needed this trailer in 2 weeks and other companies were quoting me at least another month to get parts.Great job guys

I bought 4 air bags for my class A rv here. 1 rear broke in a remote location 9 months later. I called at 4pm on a Friday and he said he couldn't;'t help. We were stuck for 5 days as I had them overnighted then had a semi repair person install it. After the fact, they blamed me for not leveling properly even with photographic evidence to prove otherwise. The other rear bag cracked in exactly the same location after 11 months but was caught before it failed, thank goodness. I took that one in as proof and their response was that they would talk to the manufacturer. In the end, they ordered a cheaper plastic version instead of the original metal base. The original install was $1000 and I spent another $1000 for the remote install then more to have both replaced with the correct version. We could have died if they had failed while we were driving. At least stand by your work instead of blowing off something that is a safety issue. Maybe these guys are good until something goes wrong then they will never stand by their work. Use at your own peril. If you are in this area, call On the Road Again RV and have Jared replace them in your campsite instead of wasting your time and money here. At least you will know it's done right and he at least stands by his work.

Marc was friendly and professional. His expertise and knowledge is exceptional. They aligned my 31' Four Winds class c Motorhome. It was a white knuckle experience driving 2000 miles from our home in Wisconsin. The resulting alignment was done so well that I can finally drive and relax. I am an ASE master technician. I understand the geometry of alignments. They absolutely impressed me. I highly recommend Marc and Straight Line Suspension to any large or small vehicles. These folks are honest and trustworthy.Thank you for the service beyond my expectations. They even got me in 3 hours earlier than my appointment Thanks to Marc!

Marc was SO helpful getting us ready and fixed up with our 30 5th wheel. It s our first 5th wheel and we took it into them for new brakes. Not only did they do an awesome job on the brakes, but Marc informed us that they checked and redid the brake wiring and redid the weld on the universal plate. I d highly recommend them!! What a great, honest and affordable place! It was 1/3 of what we expected to pay!

Marc is extremely knowledgeable and helped me get the right suspension upgrades for my rig. With Marc's help we had Sumo springs added to all 4 wheels, new Koni shocks and a rear stabilizer bar. A fresh alignment after the work brought everything together for the perfect rideThe final results after installation of the parts was like the difference between night and day.The rig now rides and handles soooooo much better with no rocking and rolling it's hard to imagine driving it before the upgrades. Thanks Marc and the mechanics that worked on it, you guys did a great job!Doug

I was referred to Straight Line by RV Renovators to align the tandem axles on my fifth wheel. Mike made me an appointment to get the work done, and they were right on time when I brought it in. The work was done flawlessly and at the quoted price. Marc shared the results with me and gave me all the time I needed. These folks are courteous, prompt, professional, and took absolutely great care with my unit. I have found few businesses that employ ALL the qualities we look for in a service-related business. Bottom line: couldn't be happier! YOU ROCK!!

Picked up a used 5th wheel in Oregon this past summer. Previous owner had never towed it, so was unaware of several suspension/alignment issues. It was wearing the inside edges off the rear tires in less than 500 miles. Took it to a place in Spokane to have it repaired, but they didn't get the job done, just took my money for doing it.When we got home in November I went to see Marc at Straight Line (recommended by another RV repair shop) about getting it taken care of. Marc took a look at it and told me what it would take to make it right. I made an appointment (very soon) and they went right to work on it. These guys don't drag their feet, they work hard.In about three days I got the call that it was ready and I went to pick it up. They had replaced all four springs with the correctly rated ones for the weight of my camper, replaced the plastic spring eye bushings with bronze ones (I had already paid the place in Spokane for that), and because of my time constraints and availability of new replacement axles, Marc had my axles sleeved full length to handle the job easily. My camper grosses at only 8400#, so weight isn't the main issue here. They had also completely realigned my axles, which I had also paid to have done in Spokane. It cost me just under $2400 in Spokane. I paid Straight Line just a few dollars over half of what I dropped in Spokane, the difference being that Marc got the job done right.I have zero tire wear problems, my camper tracks properly, and it actually goes where I point it when backing, which is a good test of correct alignment.Am I happy with Straight Line Suspension? Yes I am. Would I recommend them to you (or my own family)? Yes I would.Mike, Marc, and the entire crew are honest, knowledgeable, hard working guys, who seem dedicated to making things happen, and doing it right the first time. Thanks Straight Line, job well done!Bob MachenMesa, AZ

Mark worked us into their busy schedule to take a look at our RV which had a front end shake. It had been to 3 places prior and no one could figure it out. STRAIGHT LINE identified that the front tires were out of round and in need of replacement. Also that the alignment was way off. They fixed our alignment and recommended a tire place nearby that balanced the tires rounding and saved us over $1000. We were back on the road the same day. We highly recommend them and are grateful for their expertise.

I've been wearing out my boat trailer tires and went to these guys for a solution... They had discovered my wheels would have been difficult to remove had I gotten a flat since my lugs were spinning, but they welded the backs and got my tires off no problem. They also discovered my axle was off by 9/32" causing some alignment issues... resolved my axle problem, replaced my hubs with new ones and with new bearings since the new hubs had a new race. Also asked them to take care of my sub-par trailer chain and jack and they said "no problem" - wow! These guys rock! Not only do they know what they're doing and are great at it, but the jack and chains I have now are better and more heavy duty than before as I was hoping. All done at a very reasonable price. I would definitely go to these experts again! Highly recommend! Great job guys!

Great people to deal with. We had suspension in our toy hauler done and even though we had problems the first time (because of faulty parts) they took it back in to the shop with no question, and had us in the road in no time. Mike and Marc are awesome, along with all their knowledgeable crew. We will certainly send any of our friends that need work done their way.

2nd time using Straight line Suspensions. 1st was 2013 Forest River Vibe Travel Trailer for single axle alignment. Amazing results. this time with 2000 Winnebago Minnie on a 2000 Chevy Express E3500 Cutaway van. Wheel alignment, Front brakes and front wheel bearings. Drove it home and again, awesome results. Thank you SLS for communications throughout the process and the results.

I was trying to figure out my steering issue with 2016 Thor Ace 27.1 to no avail. I spoke to Mark and he helped me thru his thoughts which were awesome. First thing was Alignment which proved to be out of adjustment. Next was to re-align my Safe T Plus Steering Stabilizer, Then after further review, discovered my Rear Axle wheel seals were leaking. Mind you this is a 2016 with only 19,000 miles on it. Then he found Rear Sway bar bracket that had broke. After all of this the front end drives and steers like a Champ. My next thing will be Rear Sway for side to side and wind. Should fix pretty much all my issues. These guys are great. If your ever in Mesa, AZ just swing in there and say hi and check your alignment.Greg

I called them about an appointment for my motorhome because I had an 800 mile trip in the next 3 days. They told me they were booked 1 week out, but will see if they can squeeze me in. They called me told me someone cancelled an appointment and took me in. They were nice and courteous. I definitely recommend them to others as someone recommended them to me. So pass it on.
