Wow. Quick service. Just pulled in. No one in line. Fast friendly service. I love a place that cares about the people. Truly a great staff. I was done in less than 15 minutes. Bravo.

Excellent location. Fast & friendly. Get there at 10 minutes until closing and you will get right on lolInspector 3569 ( I didn t get his name) seemed to like his job and was very friendly. Thanks, guys!

It was my first emissions test and I will proudly say they did a great job on making the process quick and easy. When you first pull up they demand you to take a number and as you pull in they have signs directing you on the kind of car you have and designating you to your lane. Once there you wait in line as if it were a drive through. Then once it's your turn an individual may ask for you to step out and sit on a seat while they turn on and off your car, hook up some cables, check your gas cap, and inspect your miles. You then pay a small fee (according to your car) then after paying they will give you you're results. Which hopefully is passing if not they allow you to park and go inside to seek options or questions. My overall take is that it is quick, efficient, and to the point. I am very glad with their service and God so help me I don't need one again for a while, but if I do I will definitely come to this location. Thank you!

This location is complete garbage! The staff is rude. Unable to talk to you about issues they found - all they say is to go inside. When you go inside, they too are unable to tell you anything other than what it says on the paper. Got to the one near PHX airport - much better service!

This location is usually quick, efficient, and get you back on your way.On 8/17/23, an employee named Michael (#3569) was especially nice and courteous! I appreciated his genuine smile and positivity throughout the process. He's a fine example of fantastic customer service. Thank you!Even though I moved to San Tan Valley, I've continued to bring my vehicles to this location!

I am so impressed with how fast they moved through each of us!! I don't think I was in line longer than 20 minutes. Was able to square away emissions on my lunch break.

The entrance looks like only one lane so you might get backed up onto the side street, But the line moves fast once you're inside the gate.

Always quick for me just had testing done. it s always the one my family and I go to . It s a little hidden but there s signs everywhere while headed there. So easy to spot .Services: Smog certification, Emissions testingServices: Smog certification, Emissions testing

The process has improved tremendously from the crazy train that it was years ago, but the staff still has interchangeable personalities with DMV employees. The building could use some updating, especially the worn down claustrophobic human aquariums you are required to wait in while your vehicle is tested. Lesson learned, even if the OBD Express Lane is much longer, it still moves much faster than the full service lane. Just say no to the full service line ... you'll thank me later.

My experience was good. The people that work there are nice and informative. My car didn't pass or fail. I just had work done prior to getting the test and I was told that usually happens after having recent work done. I was instructed to drive the car at least 50 miles without exceeding 55mph as this will give my car a chance to run internal diagnostics tests. Driving at speeds in excess of 55mph will stop the diagnostic process. I will go back tomorrow to test again but I won't t be charged until I get an actual pass or fail from the system and the cost is $17. They also give you any recall notices out in your car model as a courtesy.Update: I went back the very next day and nly went to Walmart after leaving emissions so far less than 50 miles. My car passed without issue.

Quick service. These guys push cars through and make you feel comfortable the entire time. When there was an issue with the first scan on my car, they quickly recommended another scan in a different lane to make sure I was able to get cleared that day. Great guys. Highly recommend this location.

I was in and out in less than 5 minutes. The man was very helpful and gave me clear instructions. It was my first time ever and it was a lot less scary than I thought it was going to be.

It's not often that my expectations are exceeded when it comes to anything run by the government, but I was pleasantly surprised here! They open at 8am and I arrived at 8:15 with no lines, no waiting - the technician was friendly, the testing was done quickly and efficiently, I paid my $17, and I was off. The update to the registration system is instantaneous - I was able to complete my registration while I waited for my coffee at Starbucks on the way home. No one likes to get emissions testing, but it was as painless as it gets and I'm good for another 2 years now!Service: Emissions testing
