I called this location as I was visiting the area while my husband was at a medical appointment. I knew I really needed an oil change. Fernando told me over the phone that he could get me in right away. So I did the 15 minute trip there from the doctors office and he did get me in right away. I requested oil change, tire rotation, and check the alignment. They did find that the alignment seriously needed adjustment. I was concerned about time we go back to my husband after his appointment, but they were aware of my situation and accommodated beautifully! Got everything done within an hour and I was on my way. I feel much safer in my vehicle now and was very pleased with the service Fernando and the crew provided.

I took my wife BMW X3 to Brake Master for oil change and brake fluid flush, they did an amazing job even reset the computer. I do what to mention, I paid a fraction of what the dealership would it charged . YouBrake Masters #229 at 18835 S I-19 Frontage Rd, Sahuarita, AZ 85614 has little to no customer service. A couple of weeks ago my young niece took her car in for an oil change. When they were finished (2 hours later and offered her a list of $500 worth of car repairs), they gave her the keys. She went to start the car to leave but it wouldn t start. They looked at her, smiled, and said that it was out of gas, even though it had a quarter tank when she dropped it off. They did not offer to help, even though she was obviously stranded in a car that wouldn t start outside their establishment. She s pretty shy, so a friend called them up to get them out there to help her. Three gallons of gas later it still wouldn t start. This time they jumped start it. It started up. A bad battery. This is a car repair company that can t tell the difference between something as simple as a battery problem and no gas? Do you really want these guys working on your car, with that type of customer service? Best advice don t.

Fernando and crew were magnificent and welcoming. Fernando was very clear on what was what and what was most important to be replaced. George was a great mechanic and was a perfection in his work. Definitely recommend this location

Probably the worst scam I ve ever been a part of sadly. So i would strongly warn anyone who thinks of taking their vehicle there! I went in for a wheel alignment for my van a few weeks ago. They said it would be an hour. 2 hours later they tell me they couldn t do it because of several things wrong with the car. They quoted me 4-5k$ worth of work that needed to be done and used the fear tactic of this car is undriveable. I kid you not, I took the same car to a reputable mom and pop shop who did the alignment and mentioned NOTHING else wrong with the car. This is exactly why I do my own car work. You can t trust scammers and stealerships. Brakemasters is a joke and shame on the 1-2 men who have very little integrity and treated me that way.

The manager there, Vince, was extremely helpful and informative. He took the time to explain the issues, causes and repairs. I would highly recommend this shop. I will be back again. Thank you

Oil change and tire rotation. After getting a laundry list of bad things on the car, at least 4 thousand dollars worth. I took it to a reputable company and they said nothing is wrong. Oh and they didnt rotate the tires. Stay away from this garbage dump.

The team was awesomeI had an emergency mechanical issueEveryone in town literally everyone in town that I talk to told me no with zero expectation of when they can fix it. This was at 2 PM and it seems like the other places wanted to go home.I didn t call brake master at first, because the parking lot looked full of vehicles when I drove by, but after getting the cold shoulder from everybody in our little town, Fernando made it happen.The team jumped on it right away, and was able to fix my immediate problemAt a fair price.They understood the urgency that I had and instead of telling me no they told me bring it in, so we can look at it if we could fix it we will fix it. If not, we will let you know. That is as honest as it getsThank you, Team

This is now the second time I am writing this review because I think they took down my first one they broke my car I had taking it to 3 other shops shopping a round for a car repair place they all diagnose my car with the same problem it's was a pressure sensor I took it hear to get fix because these guys were actually cheaper than any other place they did want to charge me 160 for a diagnosis seeing how I already had 3 free ones from other ships I said no I already know what the problem is they replaced the part for 280$ but when I got the car back it was worse then before taking it to them I wanted my money back they said no because they didn't diagnose it befor hand save your money go somewhere elese

Brake Masters has been taking care of my car ever since they opened here in Green Valley. I always get good service there. When something isn't quite right they always make it right. No complaints on their service. They do a pretty thorough job of inspecting my 19 year old car. No need to buy another one because they are always taking care of it for me. Brought my 2016 Silverado 1500 5.3L in for a diagnostic. The check engine light came on so I pulled codes for free at AutoZone. [P219B a generic fuel code; and U0073-00 an ABS code]. No drivability issues. I paid $130 at Brake Masters #229 for them to diagnose the codes and tell me what needed to be repaired or replaced. They told me, "To additional diagnose the fuel code, they would have to remove my intake manifold and look for carbon build up and what would be a $608 diagnosis job." They did not check my ABS code at all and told me if I wanted the ABS to be looked at, it would be another diagnosis charge of $130. So I paid $130 for something I did for free at Autozone. They did not diagnose the codes and find the parts I needed to change. They charged me $130 to read the codes and look into the fuel code with the scanner tool, not to physically diagnose the engine. They didn't even bother looking at the other ABS code. Avoid this location, the diagnosis is supposed to find the root of the problem and offer the service to change the parts, instead it was $130 to read codes, and then additional costs to physically look and diagnose, with a heavy upcharge. VERY DISAPOINTED

Great professional service. Their transmission flush machine failed halfway through process. They were honest about and did not charge me for it. Refreshing to know there are honest mechanics and shops out there. Plus their prices were competitive!

The team at this store was great. They were very communicative with me over the process. The store lead was very helpful in discussing why I had the brake issue and showing me the parts that failed and helping to explain what my have been the issue.

We brought our car in for an oil change. David was the gentleman who helped us. The work was done timely and they inspected my tires etc. We were informed that there was a recall on the tire nuts and we should be aware of the issue. He told us the size and kind of bolts we needed. I ordered the bolts on Amazon and David told us when the bolts arrive, bring the car back and they will put the new bolts on at no charge. The service we received was excellent and this will be our go to place for our car maintenance etc. In addition to the excellent service, the waiting area is spotless as are the restrooms. I will spread the word that this is THE place to go for auto Repairs and maintenance in Sahuarita AZ.Services: Vehicle Inspection, Oil change

Bad customer service. Whoever is answering the phone there is so rude. That's the reason I took my business elsewhere. If they treat people like that when your calling with questions and appointments. I don't think I want to find out anything about the service they provide. Who does the hiring at these businesses!? Employees get to comfortable in their ways when no one is there to evaluate their proformance.Management!? Anyone!?

My first trip. Excellent. Went in for an alignment and for a cooling system flush. Pricing was reasonable and the tech and advisor David and Orlando cordial, professional and knowledgeable. Next time I will take coupons! I suggest to join their website. Savings galore and you can conveniently set up your own appointment. My bad I forgot my coupon for $20 off the alignment.

This is my 2nd time here and I ve been really happy with the service on my Jeep. They do a complimentary inspection of your vehicle and are always friendly and knowledgeable. I recommend scheduling an appointment because they are usually really busy. This time I took a chance and arrived just before opening without an appointment and they still got me in and out in an hour. Just don t be in a big hurry if your waiting, cause appointments take priority and there could be cars left from the day before. I came to Brake Masters after Jim Click Quick Lane told me I would have to leave it two days. My mom was in the hospital, I am from out of state,and I knew her car had not been serviced for at least two years. I was driving back and forth to Tucson and needed to know the car was ok. I walked in, they told me it would be a couple of hours, I said I would wait. 45 minutes later I was done and on my way . Carlos Gonzalez and Mitchell Rhodes you are angels. I was sorely disappointed today. Honestly the only reason I let them finish changing the oil on my 2016 Toyota was I was out of time for an appointment. They had my vehicle on the rack for over two hours. They marked up the oil to a ridiculous $9 & Change per quart. I could have gotten the same oil for $5.88 at Walmart. Then they said my oil canister was missing a part and made me buy another one for over $75.Worse yet, they were the ones that change my oil last time. So they either lost the missing part or they installed it incorrectly the time before. Wow ! Truly incompetent. My total price was over $175 for an oil change !! I will never use them again
