Ridiculous experience.Valve stem issue which caused my tire to deflate to 12psi.Then when I brought it back the next day 9am and they told me it ll take 90 minutes to fix then when I called 2 hours later they said 5-10 minutes, so I drove back AGAIN. Just to wait another 30 minutes.Then I noticed there was something bouncing around internally (probably sensor that they broke), so I had to bring it back AGAIN. Also showed the manager a knick that one of their uneducated and non-experienced technician did, and his response was yeah this is why we normally don t mount customers wheels which makes absolutely no sense.Currently 4 hours in waiting for ONE TIRE to be given back to me properly, and they told me it ll take another hour.I thought they d be better than discount tires but I was absolutely wrong.Will update with knick caused by their technician after I receive my ONE wheel/tire back after 5 hours of waiting.Terrible experience after spending roughly 2,000 with their company. Will be reaching out to someone with a higher position in the company about the carelessness which caused my wheel to be nicked by them

I am extremely disappointed with the service I received today. Josh (manager) was extremely rude and appeared to be frustrated with the concern I was addressing. I have been getting my cars serviced here for over 5 years and never thought I would be treated this way. I will definitely be taking my business elsewhere.

Extremely Disappointed with McFall Tire and Auto ServicesI am writing to express my profound disappointment and frustration with the service provided by McFall Tire and Auto. Recently, I had my car serviced at your establishment , only to have it returned to me in a condition far worse than when I brought it in.Not only did your team fail to properly fix up my car, but they also managed to damage it to the point where it had to be towed to a second shop for extensive repairs, including the need for a whole new engine. This level of incompetence and negligence is utterly unacceptable.Furthermore, I am appalled by the poor customer service demonstrated by your staff throughout this ordeal. There was a complete lack of accountability for the damage caused, and instead of taking responsibility, your team refused to cover the cost of the damages incurred as a result of their actions. But only willing to give back the $638.80, I paid them for the services they done that resulted in this issue I have now.The fact that I had to drive my car into your facility and then have it towed away due to your incompetence speaks volumes about the quality of service provided by McFall Tire and Auto. As a customer, I trusted your establishment to take care of my vehicle, and you have not only failed to meet this expectation but also caused significant harm to my property.I urge you to take immediate action to rectify this situation and provide compensation for the damages caused. Additionally, I implore you to review your internal processes and ensure that such incidents do not occur in the future.Unfortunately, due to this experience, I cannot in good conscience recommend McFall Tire and Auto to anyone seeking automotive services.

As someone that was in the car business for almost 20 years, I know how rare it is to find a shop that actually wants your business and looks to earn it. I had a trailer tire separate today and expected to drop off the tire for a day or two. Marcus and his team actually had it replaced the same afternoon and under the quoted price. This is definitely my new go to place, thank you. We really appreciate small business

Background on myself I have previously worked in the tire shop industry for over 6 years so I know what to look for. Brought vehicle in for a flat repair on Wednesday evening. They found a screw and repaired it for $20.My vehicle was fine til Friday afternoon when I parked it and didn t go to drive it until Saturday night when my tire light came on less than 5 houses down from my house and I saw the tire was completely flat.Brought vehicle in Monday to get it looked at and I was told the leak was from the side where the bead seats on the tire. (Possibly due to tire being damaged when tire was out back on) Marcus gave me a discount on a new tire since he was understanding of what possibly happened. Asked them to swap my full size spare tire (since it was new and same exact tire as all my other tires) onto the wheel and when the new tire comes in they can put it on as the spare since it was going to be a different brand. I offered to pay for the mount and balance but he said he would take care of me.When they swapped the tire onto my wheel they over inflated the tire to 42 psi (placard on the door says 33psi). When I went back to pick up my tire I noticed the spare wheel was balanced with adhesive weights as opposed to hammer weights which is what s supposed to be used on steel wheels. I didn t mention it because at this point I didn t want them to mess up even further. When I got home I checked the tire that they swapped onto my vehicle and noticed they didn t rebalance the tire because all the old weights were still on it. When putting a new/different tire on a wheel the old weights should be taken off and the tire should be balanced with no weights on.I appreciate Marcus great customer service but the technicians messed up. I paid for a flat that was done incorrectly (No refund), was okay with paying a discounted price for a tire that I shouldn t have even had to get had the repair been done correctly, and there was still issues. I wouldn t recommend this place to anyone.

I ve been going here for about 5 years now! Lawrence & Marcus are always so quick to answer questions and fix anything wrong with my car. Their services are so speedy. 10/10 recommend if you re looking for fast & reliable services.

I take my Stinger here and they have been so helpful every time I call or go in. They answer every question I have, and are usually very speedy about their services. They also go out of their way to try and get you the best tires for the best price. I appreciate these guys!

This place is a awesome local owned shop. I came here to get a new set of tires and had a fixed budget. I told the staff my budget and they worked with me to get under the funds that I had set aside for the tires. the staff is real friendly, and the kept me posted on the situation for the whole process. As well I asked if I could keep the 2 front tires and they covered my trunk with plastic so nothing would get dirty. I definitely recommend coming here.

These guys are great! I have been in there a few times with issues that were easy for them to fix and they did not even charge me. Even when they are busy they have found time to get me in that day and still fix my issue. If I ever need anything done on our vehicles and it is something that they work on I will always take it to them. These kinds of businesses are the kind we need more of!

Amazing place! I'm super impressed with their honesty! Went in because my car was not able to be driven past 20mph and even at 5mph would wobble i carefully drove over thinking it would be an expensive for my mercedes suv... Come to find out it was my tire and they didn't sell me something i didn't need. They didn't have my tire in stock so they put on the spare but I'm super happy and i totally recommend this place. Did i mention they were fast?! Thank you guys! When they put in my bad tire in the back they put down plastic not to dirty the carpet how thoughtful!

This was my first time here and they were just great! I realized I had a nail in my tire with low pressure after work and couldn't drive home like that. Therefore I googled tire repair and McFall popped up on the map. I saw that they have very good ratings so I went there immediately without an appointment and they had me in and out in no time at a reasonable price. They live up to their reputation. Thanks again!

Ordered black lug nuts for my new truck , they came in and I showed up late in the afternoon and they were closing up for the night, instead of turning me away Lawrence installed them without hesitation, also I needed a windshield installed and he referred me to an Awesome company who not only came to me for the installation but also had the Tint I requested put on before he installed it. All around great experience... A+ service

I went here for the first time today. I was very pleased with their service. I thought I was going to have to leave my car there all day because I didn't have an appointment, but they were able to get me a new tire and get me out of there quickly. I feel it was a reasonable price as well.

1st class! Amazing experience! My wife's car was having trouble with the transmission. We had it towed to McFall Tire & Auto in Goodyear to be repaired. Not only did they diagnose the problem successfully, but they called a local dealership to check if the warranty left on our vehicle covered the issue. Guess what? It did! They even took care of transporting our vehicle to the new location! We were on the other side of town at work and wouldn't have been able to transport the vehicle otherwise. The best part? We weren't charged a penny for the entire experience! Saved me hundreds of dollars if not close to a thousand! It's hard to find honest people in the car repair world these days. Please give this business a chance. You won't regret it!!!

Roger is AMAZING! My wheel was making a strange clunking sound and although they had many projects ahead of mine, he checked my wheel and found LOOSE LUG NUTS!! He had his autotech tighten them immediately. I was safely back on the road in less than 15 minutes. WHAT A LIFE SAVER.. LITERALLY! I highly recommend both McFall Tire locations, family owned and operated and extremely sympathetic and courteous! Thanks again Roger!!

This has been the easiest and most honest experience I have had dealing with any shop. Davey and Marcus helped us get new tires and answered my countless questions without hesitation. We called around and they gave us the best price without a doubt! Will definitely be back and recommend.

Called 2 hours before closing time asking about an AC Service, The Manager (Lawrence) told me to come right in.I get there and they pulled my car in right away.Honest. Fast. And Friendly Service. Told me if it goes back to the way it was within 2-3 days to come back and they would take care of it.Left the shop blowing at 57� out the vents!Happy to get this done before a long summer.Highly recommended for anybody that resides in the West Valley

Went to McFall for the first time today. Needed a tire repaired. They finished in half the promised time at a reasonable price. I will go back when necessary.

First time here, I had spent hundreds of dollars at other auto shops trying to figure out why my check engine light was on, and they fixed it for a good price in less than an hour. This time, I came in to get my brakes checked, and Marcus explained every step of what they were doing. He even brought me out and showed me where the leak was, what had to come out, and why labor costs are what they are. Instead of charging me for two parts right off the bat, he fixed one first to save me money. Also recharged my AC for free! Amazing service!!

I really thought great costumer service was a thing of the past until I went to mcfall tire and met Marcus. He was very honest from the get go and explained what needed to be done thoroughly. After they did the inspection on the car he called and said I needed a new alternator and that it would be done by the end of the day. An hour later he called saying the part they had was wrong once they took everything apart and weren't able to get another until the morning. (I had told them time was not an issue because I had rented car) I was completely okay with this said take your time there's no hurry. Later that afternoon he called again, immediately I assumed bad news could only come now. He said the part couldn't be there until early next week and there was a price change from what he originally quoted me due to a more expensive part. He went on to tell me he was able to talk whoever he was buying the part from to overnight the part and price match to what he originally quoted me. The part was there the next morning and my car was done before noon. To have someone constantly keep you updated on what is going and be able to work with you and others to make it the originally quoted price was fantastic. His hard work is greatly appreciated and I have certainly found my car shop if I ever have any more issues. Honesty, loyalty, and hard work. Great combination!

Been here twice in the last few months regarding a flat and a low pressure monitor warning and not once did they try to upsell me, or pressure me to buy tires.Incredible customer service. In and out quickly without an appointment. Both visits were free.Because of this, I will be sure to come here when I do purchase tires, no doubt.

Great service, great guys, will definitely return! Returned 10/8 for an alignment after buying a set og tires and they said it didn't even need one. Honesty!!! Refreshing. Will return.

I have a 22 year old car with 250,000 miles that constantly has issues but McFall always fixes is faster than anyone else and they do it for a lot cheaper too. They have fixed minor things like a leaking hose to more major things like radiator and distributor. I ve never scheduled any appointments because my issues would just pop up and even then I ve never had to wait more than 1 day to have my car worked on. Will definitely be taking my new car here.

Went there today for a flat tire...great service nice staff and knowledgeable....this is my go to place guys and gals... please check out Lawrence when you go.....this brother is awesome dude. Always very helpful, and excellent customer service by everyone there.

Okay, I went to these guys because I walked out to my car and my tire with low unexpectedly, as per usual in Arizona all of the air pumps I went to had the nozzles removed or were out of order. I pulled up and asked these guys for a little bit of air for my tire and the young guy Emiliano, checked the pressure of ALL FOUR tires, added air to my low tire, put a substance on it that would indicate whether there were any holes, we found one and I asked them to patch it. I didn't know what I was getting into because they never told me how much it was going to cost, so I just sat in the waiting room and waited for the damage. They came back to me after they are taking the tire completely off the wheel patched it up put it back on reset the air pressure and handed me my keys saying, no charge. I will always go back here. I was feeling like garbage, they fixed my problem, including the labor that it cost, and straight up handed me my keys telling them I don't owe them a penny.This is my tire place now.

The people at McFall Tire & Auto are excellent. Fast service at reasonable prices. I used McFall the first time because I had an emergency and none of the shops close to my house could get me in. Their team was able to diagnose my vehicle, and get it repaired, on a very busy Saturday afternoon. The second I used them was for an oil change and diagnosis of a check engine light. Again, the service was performed quickly despite several customers in front if me. Based on my two experiences at McFall Tire & Auto I would recommend them without reservation. I have not experienced any of the standard up sell and scare tactics encountered at other repair facilities. I have experienced honest people that are anxious to work and earn your business.

Was over at the jiffy lube across the street, felt very uncomfortable leaving my car just for an oil change, they wanted $86. Called up McFall Tire and they got me right in, Marcus gave excellent customer service. Very good prices. Definitely will be coming here for all future oil changes & repairs.
