Great experience! Was quoted a reasonable price and service was great. Always worried about being taken advantage of as a female who knows nothing about cars but I felt well taken care of here. No issues since and the lady in the front and on the phone was very pleasant to speak with. Would definitely return if needed.

Had my car towed there in the morning and they were able to take a look and completed the work that same day. They were extremely friendly and prices were very reasonable. Not a single complaint.

I own a 1972 Classic Car and wanted to convert my 727 Auto Transmission back to full Automatic from a manual forward shift Automatic. I had researched many local Transmission Shops in the West Valley and actually talked to many of them to find out if they understood what needed to be done and if they could actually do the work cost effectively. All About Transmissions had only been operating under the current owners for several months so I wasn't sure if they'd be able to handle what I needed done. Mike & his lovely wife who own the shop were very easy to talk to about what I needed done and he even explained to me exactly how he would do it. Some shops I called tried to tell me what I wanted done could not be done. I knew that All About Transmissions had already worked on Classic Cars in the recent past so I figured they would be a safe bet to get the job done. The day I dropped off my car I was treated like a valued customer and I noticed how clean the shop looked in their work areas. Mike explained to me how his business operated and that he himself actually performed all of the Transmission builds and rebuilds. I was amazed that he's be able to do all of that himself after I realized that Mike has a handicap. He doesn't let that stop him or bother him and his wife is fully supportive of everything Mike does both in the office and in the shop. My job involved replacing the Cheetah Manual Forward Shift Valve Body with a stock 727 Valve Body which Mike had to locate elsewhere and rebuild. I then asked him to add/install a Shift Kit to allow the 727 to shift more crisply and Mike knew exactly where to order it from. Then, my car did not have the Kick Down linkage or Cable needed to complete the conversion back to fully automatic so Mike had to locate that kit. To make it even harder a past owner of my car also removed the Kick Down Lever on the 727 Trans so Mike had to find that on his own too. Once Mike had all of the parts my car was done within a day or two. I picked up my car on 5/25/2023. Knock on wood, so far I have not had any problems with the work Mike has done and so far no leaks either but I haven't been able to drive the car at all since getting it back from the shop. I definitely made the right decision taking my car to All About Transmissions and Mike is so knowledgeable too. This shop works on almost any type of car, truck or anything else that has a transmission and is usually full with customers which is a very good indicator of how good they are. I feel his prices are very fair and he offers warranties of different lengths depending on what work was done. Thanks for a great job Mike! A+++++Service: Transmission

I had a great experience at this transmission shop! They did some work on my Genesis Coupe and it's running great now. The customer service was top-notch - everyone was friendly and helpful. And the prices were very reasonable. I support family own business. While researching a local shop in Goodyear, I came across this shop. Met and talked to the owner Mike regarding my requirements on the service. As we agreed, i showed up at 8am on Thursday 2/29 and I was greeted by his wife and business partner Nadira. Because of the nature of my maintenance request, the parts were being shipped from around the phoenix area with no ETA. Since this was my only vehicle, I told the owners that I would sit in the lobby and would wait for the vehicle. I believe they felt I was going to spend several hours and realized that they wanted to assist me on feeding me back on the road ASAP. Nadira decided she would drive to the warehouse and retrieve the parts herself, she did.Shortly after arriving with the parts my vehicle was deployed to the upper deck and the service started right away.I have rarely run into this courteous service in my entire life. Both owners/partners went out of their way to get my vehicle repaired on a timely manner, and I noticed their honesty with the details they shared on the quality of service I received is beyond my understanding. I am super greatful to run into this business bc I also have other vehicles that will need maintenance, this is definitely my shop and they certainly have my business for life.Thanks you both Mike & Nadira for a wonderful experience and most importantly, your honesty by going above and beyond.

I got my transmission completely rebuilt, they did it in a timely manner, good customer service, the one thing is that my interior trim was damaged and the rug was dirtied but it was all things I could fix/clean for free so i am not upset.

I love this place! Husband and wife own and run the business together and together they make a great team. They are with excellent with their workmanship and customer service! We needed our transmission worked on after getting it from the dealership and they took care of us from start to end! With the warranty they offer and great hospitality walking in I ll be recommending everyone to All About Transmissions. They re honest, trustworthy and ready to take care of you right away! I recently took my car to this shop and l have no complaints! They are family owned and charge fair and reasonable prices. As a women I didn't feel like I was being upcharged or like someone was trying to sell/repair something I didn't need. So will definitely be using this place again in the future! I needed a transmission for my 2016 Honda Civic, I called All About Transmissions and they towed my vehicle in right away. Very knowledgeable and professional. All About repaired my transfer case in my 1998 Cherokee, the service was fast and beyond my expectations, as there was more damage than I expected and they were willing to show me the damages, and what was needed to repair it. Vary honest business mike the owner put my car in there computer shop system after the test was done on my car he told me how much is going to cost. All was for free thxs god is only a few auto shops they dont ripped off and this is one thxs to all the crew at all about transmission shop
