Came for an oil change. They told me it was an hour wait, but wasn't ready until 2 and a half hours later. They didnt tell me my car was ready. I had to ask after seeing it had been parked. Also my tires were inflated 10 psi higher than my car's maximum clearly states. Good price for oil tho

Had 2 tires mounted here. One of the valve stems is leaking so the tire goes flat. Took it back to pay to have a new valve stem installed and was told they don t have the right year valve stem! That isn t even a thing! They re either rubber pull through stems or metal. They re pretty universal . This is for a basic Yukon, so nothing special. Every GMC has these factory tires/wheels. We said we didn t care if it had sensors or not. Just needed a new valve stem that didn t leak! Apparently they can t help us at Walmart Tire Center. The most basic fix. It should have been done when they mounted the new tires! A neighbor told us to go to Rocky Point Tires on Glendale Ave and should get us fixed up in a few minutes. I will be taking my business there from now on.

( Caution With Your vehicle!!) I took mine minivan to do an oil change. And a couple other services they offered. My Van was in good condition. After they did what they did it lights up like a christmas tree lights!! Please be careful.

Waste of time coming here. Old man asked guy who came after me if he came first or second and the guy lied, said he was first, and old man just believed him and helped him first without even asking me or confirming. Then the old guy patronized me about my last car and basically said he wouldn't help me. Wouldn't answer my questions directly, he would answer with his own questions that had nothing to do with what i was there for. i just wanted an oil change and couldn't get it.

I needed an oil change and arrived at 8:30 sat outside waiting for someone to come service me or ask if I needed help. All employees walked past me without saying anything. Then a car behind me asked what are we suppose to be doing and the Walmart auto employee started servicing her vehicle before mine and still did not speak a word to me. I m very disappointed because I ve always come here to get my oil changes. I no longer recommend this auto center to anyone. Customer service is rude and you can definitely find better else where.

I asked to install 3 new tires and the employee behind the counter said that s weird bro I never asked for your opinion. I had 3 used tires and a recently installed new tire. Dude was slow and rude.

The employee helping me moved like a blob, no sense of urgency, just one speed slow. I even expressed my situation of needing the tire fixed quickly. I appreciate they doing what they can to expedite but when the employee is unfocused and moving like a slug, it's not helping at all. I mentioned it to the service manager in a nice way and she was offended and rude. That's fine, I won't be back and I'll share my experience. At the time of posting they only have 3 stars.... Says a lot

Didn't know Wal-Mart had a Auto Care. They do it all. Good pricing for their auto work. 5stars.

They definitely take their time so don t come here in a hurry. I just HOPE that means quality and accuracy. They don t look/act professional so don t bother expecting that either but I don t know any oil shops that really do things any different.

Didn't, have tire, was very,very rude, asked for manager but was told he was the manager and he wouldn't give me his name will not patronize this Walmart ever again!!!!!!!

Their tire shop hours are definitely NOT accurate as listed online!! It says online, that they open at 7am. They didn't open until past 1030am. I was beyond livid. I was there at 7am and waited. This was on a Sunday so not to many tire places are open. This is now the 2nd time this has happened to me ( about a 8 month gap) their excuse is "to many call outs" ... Same excuse both times.

I live in the neighborhood and always get my oil change here for the past few years. Today, i did that again and received an awesome experience. Luis has always been the person I speak to about car maintenance and help me what I may need for my car. I came back and I was told if I bring my air filter they would be nice to place it in. Another technician Eliu was nice enough to work hard and stayed positive placing my air filter. In the end, we laughed that it was finally over. Thank you for your services.

Went in there once for engine change, waited 2 hours. Came back to seeing someone else driving my car. Good thing nothing happened but if I were to get a ticket for them to run the red light or something, I ll be heated!

I wanted to get an oil change and have been looking for a spare tire with rim. The guy at the counter said the current wait is 3 hrs and that they don't carry rims in a very dismissive manner.He did not seem interested in helping customers at all. My boyfriend had to ask if they can possibly order a rim. The guy said yes they could. He really should have offered rather than us having to dig for this info.We decided not to do the oil change or get the spare here. I almost always do my oil changes with walmart. They have great timing, customer service, and prices. Won't ever be going here though.

Except low service prices, aspects of the services here are terrible. Waiting 2 hours for get my cars's oil changed but not complete even the waiting line are 2 cars above my car. Low to unsatisfied services' quality. Lousy workers. Go get oil change service from other places with higher price is worthier than waiting 2 or 3 hours waitings without being done.

The sense of urgency is non existent. Plan on waiting awhile. But then again, you get what you pay for and Walmart is cheap.

I went in for an oil change because I was in a hurry, and desperate. Some time in the middle of the oil change, I was contacted and informed by the Lead(?) of the department, and informed that I would need to change to a different type of plan to change my oil. During this conversation, a troglodyte emerged from behind the counter, and growled some snarky comment in my general direction, spoke in some marbel-mouthed grumble, then vanished back into the pit from whence he came.After the oil change, I drove down the street to collect my fianc�e then go to dinner, when my vehicle began to smoke and smell of burnt rubber. Upon stopping, opened my hood, and a cloud of black smoke escaped from my engine block. I noted that my radiator fluid was low, so I filled it up, then took note of the motor oil all over my radiator and engine. There was no seepage from the engine, no blown gaskets, just about half a quart of oil spilled down the front of my motor. In a panic, I called them, and the lead(?) claimed no involvement in the situation, and informed me that it wasn't their fault.

They did a good job.. just make sure to ask questions and check your reset of a oil change make sure it's at 100%

I have gone here on two different occasions when I've had problems with my batteries they're doors are still open but close to closing and I get told two different times that they can't help me when all I need is them to test my battery and let me buy one. to me as a business person when you're close for business you close your doors. I'm very unsatisfied with trying to get service from these people at this location. Not to mention how terrible the food is every time I bought some fresh vegetables from there. So I give you a big five thumbs down all the way around

I've gotten my oil change here before on a few occasions no issue until 5-26-19. My husband got my oil change for my car because I was out of town. When I came back from town I started to,drive my car. Then my oil change light came on then off then on again. I went to my mechanic he said they most likely over-filled it but take it back to them. So I went back to Wal-Mart showed them the light then was told I needed to reset my oil meter so while tech stood there we did that but light remained on. Then was told it might be a sensor and go back to mechanic. So,once again was back at my mechanic. This time my mechanic diagnosed my problem. Not only was it a dead sensor but the last person who did my oil change broke my oil filter cap. There was a long plastic stick that was snapped off and floating around in my oil. This was causing the oil to spray all over my engine. So $200.00 dollars later I now have a new sensor, new oil filter cap, and another oil change including labor. Wal-Mart won't do anything because how do they know that their techs did it and not my mechanic. Do yourselves a huge favor don't get your oil done here. Buy your groceries even clothes or a plant maybe a firearm but for all that's good Don't let them touch your car. We certainly won't after this experience. After all what do you expect from a store that has the lowest prices around? Certainly not the best experience for an oil change. To bad I can't upload a picture of my broken cap on this review because believe me i would in a heartbeat.

Of all the times I've come. They were able to do an oil change. Now all of a sudden they can't do it because of a rounded oil filter cap? Went straight home and pryed it off with no hassle. Worse of all I waited 2 hours just to have nothing done! Don't even waste your time coming here

Went expecting the worst based of other reviews and was pleasantly surprised. Andrew came right over when I pulled up, was very polite, took my info and said 25 minutes. I went to guest services for other reasons and by the time I got back to the oil center my car was done! Very happy with the service I received!

Work was completed satisfactorily, time frame wasn't as promised. I was told it shouldn't take longer than 30 minutes to have flat tire serviced- 2 hours later I was on my way.

Used. Like going. Here. Have. Honda Civic. First. In. Line. January. 3. Guy. Never put. Oil in. Driving. For. Month no oil saw. Light on. Thought. Guy forgot reset it. No. When went to Honda. For new headlight. Said had no oil. How can you trust a company. To change oil. Workers don t do it. I go valvaline now. On cactus 75 th ave. Watch. On camera. In your. Car. Bit more money. So. You. Get. It done

I called ahead because I purchased tires with roadside coverage at a different location. Even though they were closed, Carlos took my call. He found my information in their system. Then he printed it out so it would be ready the associates the next morning. He was patient, polite, and helpful. I know what a pain WalMart can be, short staffed, overwhelmed, underpaid, undertrained. Carlos could have just told me to call back in the morning, but he chose to help me instead.

I came in at 7AM for a tire change and there was only one other car there. I waited over 4 hours for it to get done. It was ONE tire. They had at least 4 workers there just chit chatting. Never going here again.

Descent price for my tundra.But whom ever did my oil change on 10/10/2021 at 55th and northern left alot of excess oil on my scrape pan. And it dripped until last night.
