I have an older Cadillac and was having issues with it. Not only did David diagnose the issues and problems but fix them cheaper than anybody else would have. Amazing person! Friendly, caring, and very smart when it comes to automotive. I highly recommend David and his team to anybody! Happy customer, and I will definitely return again. Love driving the caddy! Thank you David!

I have an older car that was having problems that Honda quoted me almost a grand for. David at Suggs came to the rescue with a quote that was half the price. As a broke college kid, I was insanely happy. But it might've been too good to be true. Not even ONE day of leaving this garage, My engine light flashed. Took it to honda for a full diagnose again and my fuel pump is leaking. Keep in mind, I took it to Honda for an inspection 2 days prior to the work done at Suggs and no leak. One day passed after Suggs and my car is magically leaking gas. It's just a little too convenient to be a coincidence.

Mr Suggs helped me out on his day off .By offering some of his personal time to help problem my car's issue over the phone .He saved me from wasting my money. I haven't even met him before I was referred to him by another guy that I never have met before either. I feel comfortable giving this man money to work on my.

Dont come here, i brought a lot of parts, i told them what i wanted done and what i wanted looked at. They took $1,500 from me and only added air conditioning. These guys are theives, and they won't do anything to your car. They took my parts, but when inspecting the car, it didn't even have half what i gave them. Claimed they "didn't fit" but only gave back one part. I will be filing a notice of claim and pushing for a lawsuit bc im on the side of the road with a flashing check engine light, not a day later

Dave helped fix our Lexus hybrid. He completely rebuilt the car. It was a job that required a lot of time and he got it done. He also saved us a ton of money compared to what Lexus was quoting us. In this economy, having an amazing mechanic is a must. I definitely recommend using him. He has fixed all of our cars, all of our friends cars, and he s an excellent mechanic. Best in the business.

Dave Suggs and his staff are incredibly talented, honest, and reasonably priced. I travel 100 miles to have him work on my VW. Will never go anywhere else if I can help it. I have an old clunker and one day my freakin door handle broke off in my hand. So I purchased the part online and began the arduous task of trying to find someone to install it. Every phone estimate was over $120 if they would do it at all because you know..I had the part. Ugh. I happened to phone David and he said sure bring it over I'll slap it on for ya. It took him all of 5 minutes and he and his crew were all so pleasant. I have found my honest mechanic. You girls know what I mean. I will only bring my clunker here and so should you.

I love everything about Suggs Automotive service. David was there for me at a time when I needed him the most. He was honest, to the point, willing to do everything he could to help me at a moment's notice. He even followed up to make sure my car was running with no further issues. I have never had another automotive company do that. If you are looking for someone that values his service's to the public then I highly recommend Suggs for all you automotive repairs. David is a great mechanic! Diagnosed it within seconds of pulling my car in. Very fair with the pricing. Honest and got my car fixed without any further problems. I would highly recommend him to anyone and will be referring friends! Hate taking my car to get worked on but this was the best experience I ve had taking my car into a shop. The clutch on my Mini Countryman began slipping and I considered attempting it myself. After seeing all that would entail, I opted to have it professionally done and professionally done it was! David is extensively knowledgeable, personable & professional. He went the extra mile in many ways & I'm very glad I went with Suggs. I know it's just a matter of time before the next bit of maintenance will crop up for the Mini or one of my kids' cars & I'm genuinely relieved I know I have both a reliable & trustworthy mechanic to turn to.Service: Transmission

I rarely write a review for a company, let alone a mechanic, but I felt compelled to do so after my fantastic experience with Suggs Automotive. I had been having trouble with my vehicle s air conditioning for many years but I was leery of taking my car into another shop after having prior bad experiences. As another summer began in AZ I had finally had enough and decided to begin the process of finding a mechanic I was comfortable with and confident they would do excellent work. After spending quite a bit of time reading reviews and contacting many shops I decided to take my car to Suggs Automotive. When I spoke to David over the phone and told him the repair history to my vehicle s AC system he immediately knew what the problem was and detailed the steps needed to fix it. When I arrived at Suggs Automotive I felt reassured that he would treat my vehicle with respect and not cut corners. I am glad to say that I made the right decision taking my car to Suggs Automotive! My car s AC blows as cold as ice and David contacted me daily to give me a progress report. I also felt that what I was charged was fair and well worth every penny! I couldn't say enough about Suggs Automotive!!!! They are amazing and I appreciate having found a reliable shop who I know will take great care of not only my car but me as well!!!! I ran into a problem late Thursday night and got in touch with David. He was happy to help me and was able to squeeze me in Friday morning! He was able to locate the problem and took care of my car in just a few short hours! I appreciate him & his team for getting this single momma safely back on the road without having to donate my left kidney!!! Had my transmission rebuilt through David, the owner of Suggs, paid $2200 up front. When I got it back, over the course of 6 months the transmission went out 3 times!!! Brought it back the first two times and he had it for several weeks!! Kept promising weekend after weekend that it would be ready. By the 3rd time it went out I was fed up with David's lies and scam's. I put a junkyard transmission in after that and it lasted 4x longer than David's "rebuild!" I will never recommend Suggs Automotive to anyone and warn them to stay far away from them. Also, learn from my mistake and never pay full price up front.Service: Transmission

I was given David's info from a tow truck driver when my Nissan Armada was having problems. David is honest and very knowledgeable. The repairs he did cost me significantly less then the last two places that I took it to wanted to charge me. He even followed up with me to see how my vehicle was running. I highly recommend David and Suggs Automotive!

Excellent and friendly service! Engine kept overheating, and we were able to find the problem and get a replacement part same day! Prices are very good for the work that is done. I highly recommend Suggs Automotive for your vehicle needs~!

I am a return customer. The first time was for a transmission fluid change for my wife's car. I was impressed that David took the time to check out other potential issues and explained all of his findings. This time I brought in my own. What I believed to be the problem was not. So, it was a little bit of sticker shock to realize that the actual repair was going to be a lot more than expected. After replacing the alternator, David noticed another noise and determined that the water pump was also about to fail. He showed me the old pump and I had to thank him for finding it before it became an issue. The company is thorough, the rates are competitive and the work is completed quickly. I highly recommend them.Service: Engine repair

Was referred. We talked to a few mechanics in our area and explained our issues. We felt very comfortable with Suggs Automotive and we were given a very honest answer. Quick response, great communication and great price. Was much less than expected. Growing business, great work ethic. Great neighborhood shop. We ve taken our vehicles into David for minor repairs 3 times now in the last 2 years. They always do a great job for a great price. Everyone s very friendly and professional. Biggest reason I m glad I found them is I really feel I can trust them, and I m typically very skeptical when it comes to auto shops. Take my word for it, go see em, you ll be glad you did.

Dave is a great mechanic, he is very knowledgeable and helpful. He had my allison transmission out of my Duramax, rebuilt and back in my truck in record time. He took care of some other things on my truck and it is driving like new. I would definitely recommend Suggs automotive to any of my friends and family. Thanks Dave for your help.

I was traveling through the area and needed my brakes looked at before I could keep going. Another well known brake store told me I needed a lot done. I found out about Suggs Auto called after hours and David said get it here in the morning. He showed me how I didn't need all I was told needed done. Honest shop great quality work and he's a great story teller. Highly recommend

Over the last 2 1/2 years I've taken my vehicles (5), and quads (3), to Dave and highly recommend him. Prices are fair, and less than the dealership, and he took the time to explain the problem(s). I will keep using his services and recommend you give him a shot!

Hired David to replace valve gaskets on my Toyota truck.. He quoted me $350 when I went to pick up truck he said it would be $425. I paid it. less than 30 days later a reputable repair facility suggested that the valve covers were leaking bad...they verified work was never done...... filed complaint with BBB he would not respond to the inquiry.. You Decide!!!
