It s really hard to find a mechanic that you can trust now and days but Jorge really made sure all my car needs were met and I really appreciate him and his team for going above and beyond to fix my car! I have been going to him for some years now and they always do excellent work.I would recommend anybody looking for car repairs to trust Import Life with there car

Great job, Jorge can't please people who are always unhappy, and if he yelled at you. well, that's just how he sounds he has a strong voice. Lol always greeted me with enthusiasm An awesome business owner and very respectful..Soooo long story short for you mad ones go to stone where they will be rude rip you off and that's where you'll give a 5 star , lie and say how great they were. I know because that has been my experience with corporate businesses. Give props where they deserve and earn it.

Jorge and his son are kind, honest, informative, and accommodating. They do great work for affordable prices in a timely manner. Everything you want in a mechanic shop. If you re not taking your vehicles to Import Life Auto your gambling with your life and safety as well as the reliability of your vehicle because my family has taken our vehicles to Import Life for over twenty years and we have never been disappointed

Jorge, the owner of the shop has helped my son A LOT. First helped him diagnosed an Audi, took the whole engine apart to find the issue and informed us as brutal honestly as possible. Now, he bring his mustang to the shop for every repair and he's so happy. Jorge and his crew are really honest and will never lie to you to make profit like other mechanics. They find the issue and resolve it quickly. I love this shop and wish I could rate it more.!

ZERO STARS - DISHONEST AND RUDE!! THEY STEAL YOUR MONEY AND LIE ABOUT THE WORK THEY "DID" THEN RUDE TO YOUR FACE!! I spent thousands here over the last year and half as a single parent with 3 kids trying to keep my car in good shape and on the road. Jorge Jr has no respect for anyone with children telling us to walk to 59th ave with a 4-year old in the heat because they had to shut down for lunch and he will be just fine, who knows when your car will be done as we had already been there all morning. He is demeaning and nasty along with being dishonest. I've had fluids changed, oil leak, oil changes, a/c diagnostic etc, etc. The worst was my engine light constantly being on even after they "serviced my car", catalytic convertors needing to be changed to get my emissions testing. I paid thousands to change those parts to find out, the parts were still bad and the owner would not change the parts because we were just over the one year warranty. There is no warranty is they NEVER CHANGED THE PARTS I PAID FOR. I took my car to 2 more mechanics who both showed me the catalytic converters that were supposed to be brand new and I PAID for were NEVER CHANGED! So they charge you double for dishonest work or no work at all then rude when you ask them about it and will not fix. So I have to pay another honest place to fix my cats a year after I paid Import Life to change them as a single parent not having anymore to put into the car after this horrible place. Who knows what else they lie about doing. Will never go here again and DO NOT RECOMMEND THESE HORRID SCAMMERS!! These guys are amazing finding the problem. They're experts i very much recommend bringing your vehicle here to get it checked out if your experienceing problems they'll go deep and actually show you hands on what the problem is. These guys are the most honest and upfront mechanics I have ever known. They take care of the problems and suggest just what is needed to male the vehicle work well. They have amazing staff that know what they are doing and will do it right!!
