I took my truck to this location to have my front end looked at. The gentleman I dealt with was Beau and he was amazing from start to finish. He was super helpful and knowledgeable and answered all my questions. I never felt like I was being taken advantage of like I have felt going to other shops! Highly recommended this location! I will be returning for all my future vehicle needs!

Will (the guy doing the work) and the man who was helping me inside are both so so amazing. I have a 2 month old and needed a new wheel bearing immediately as my tire could fall off at any time. They worked with me so so much on the price as they seen I had no help and no option. I will forever be thankful for what they have done for me and will continue to come here. I recommend them to anyone who wants to be treated like a human not a dollar sign.

I am in awe of the service received at Brakes Plus. The customer service is amazing! The new manager Eddie has the best communication skills on top of his in depth knowledge of cars. I trusted every word he spoke. He was very transparent on what was a need and a necessity to keep my car running. I will be recommending this one for sure

Took my vehicle in for an oil change a gentleman named Eddie had helped me although I have other issues with my car never once did he try to upsell and get me to do more services than I initially came in for. Was very honest pointed out my most important issues that I need to address first as well as a rough estimate for each job. I will most definitely be bringing my vehicle back for the needed repairs. Best experience I have had with any service shops!

I got a flat tire in the parking lot of Brakes Plus and Andy helped me with no problem even though I was not a customer!!... big props to good people like him!! I will surely bring my business back to them!

Took my car here for an alignment, got a nice coupon to use. The service I got here was epic, from the moment you open the office door to the moment you say good bye, customer service was top notch, my car runs like brand new now, no games, no lies, straight forward what the issue was. This will be my official shop from now and on!

Called and they had my battery for my vw. Said to come in right then. I did .Went in, took 30 min tops If anything and I was done. So thankful they could help me and it was fast . Also the guy who helped me was named Eddie and he was so nice. I will definitely go back.

Eddie and his crew were awesome after I found out the lug nut on my Honda had been tightened too much and sheared off! Just after my tires had a seriously bad day. These guys go the extra mile !!! With their service. Give yourself a good backup team at a great price

I'm never coming here again. I had an appointment at 8 am, first person in the door and I'm now leaving 4 hours later. There was an issue that was probably from the last visit I had with my radiator fan. This was told to me after being here for over an hour and this was gonna take another 2.5 hrs possibly to fix. I'm just done. I've used this company for years so I give them one more shot but I'm over this shop. This isn't the first time a simple oil change has put me sitting in their uncomfortable lobby chairs watching a repeating series of short videos for more than half of a normal working persons shift. Waste of my day

My friend recommended brakes plus on 67th Ave. and Bell. I am very happy she did. They were friendly and produced an excellent service. They said it might take an hour and a half and it only took about 40 minutes. I am very happy with the results.

I definitely had the best experience here than any other place around Phoenix to get my brakes done. They re very knowledgeable, they explain everything to you in detail and also in a way that everyone could understand. They are by far, not pushy to get you to spend more on services you are not in dire need of. These are some honest men, doing honest work. I will definitely be back.

I've been to the Brakes Plus on Bell Rd in Glendale AZ 2 times and I have to say both times have been a great experience. They are honest and treat customers with kindness. Thank you Eddie and William for your kindness and honest work. We will be back.

I needed my breaks to be done so I came to this Breaks plus location on 67 Ave in Bell Road Glendale. I had the best experience with the employee that work there by the name of Sam. His customer service skills awesome and he made me feel at ease. His knowledge about the costs and what i really needed was helpful. I m definitely going to continue to do business this company especially this location.

Bought my vehicle in for an oil change and tire rotation. Was warmly greeted and checked in. Enjoyed free coffee and wifi while I waited the 45 mins for my car to be done. Beau and Eddie explained everything that was going on with my vehicle and answered all my questions. I will definitely go back again

Sam was very professional and thorough with explaining what all was needed for my vehicle. I love that they do a free diagnostic check so I don't waste money just figuring out what's wrong with my car. My car was in and out in 30 minutes. I'd highly recommend them.

GM asked me to be patient because they were very short staffed, but they still got my truck ready before the time they quoted me. He was honest and said my brakes were in good condition. Definitely a trust worthy place for your brakes to be serviced.

When it rains, it pours here in Arizona and is even worse when you're out driving and discover that one of the windshield wiper arms aren't operating! Huge thanks to Howard Garrett (manager) and the Brakes Plus staff for providing exceptional, fast, inexpensive and 5+ star rated service that saved me $$$ in comparison to what the dealership quoted for my repair.

Great service and business. Got my truck's shocks and struts replaced same day as I took it in. The guys were very informative and answered all my questions, and they even stayed open a little past closing time because I was running late to pick it up, which I really appreciated. Also the parts came with a lifetime warranty. Will be back for future repairs and definitely recommend!Services: Steering & suspension repair, Steering & suspension replacement

I asked them specifically to refill my wiper fluid, it s even on my receipt that they did it, and they didn t. I was beyond annoyed. I wish they had balanced and checked my tires too, but no one said anything.The staff is super friendly, though. I wanted to rank higher, I honestly did.

Scam. Don t believe me? Check their 2017 D rating from the BBB. At the moment they are unaccredited.Charged my roommate for brakes, didn t actually replace them.6 months later they charged him twice as much to finally do the job they did not originally do. All of this was under warranty and STILL.Scam. They will scam you. Beware.

Mark was a great employee! I was having a check charging system light come and off and no one could tell me what was wrong because all the systems were saying good and Mark was able to figure out it was my alternator and get me in & out same day at a decent price! Definitely will come back for any auto needs!
