Apparently there was a paint spill out front that was covered with cat litter and not cleaned up. I didn't realize that the litter was hiding a paint spill and it ended up trashing the carpet in my car... When i went in to get parts the fat Hispanic lady directed me way in the back to the commercial desk that was covered with food and personal items so that was a bit weird and gross. She had an attitude and was literally eating the whole time she was helping me. Her perfume was horrendous and almost gagged me. Needless to say ive never had such an experience in any parts store like that. I wish i had gotten her name to make the complaint directly. It was on 1/16/24 around 12 noon so whoever she was she was very unprofessional and a total slob with no respect for customers. Maybe next time put down litter then sweep it up before destroying someone's carpet hiding the spill with litter.

Arrived extremely upset due to my car being broken. I was helped by an employee named efren. He understood my frustration and helped me resolve my issue quick and painless. Could find the exact part so he cross referenced a part number to find somthing similar. Ended up getting the right relay to prevent my car from overheat. Reccomend shopping here for all automotive needs.

Got to say I am really impressed! I was searching all day for a power steering pump for my Lexus and could not find it at any other parts store. I called advance and they were quick to order it in and the were able to get it next day ! Thanks to the awesome staff here

Angel was a big help! I'm not a big car person and he walked me through getting the right transmission fluid for my car, very friendly, glad this place opened! Very clean and well set up, and if the other staff is anything like Angel, this location will go far!

I had an order placed and they mentioned it will be there the following day coming in the next day, they were rude the following day laughing and being disrespectful! Don t go here !Did not take anything serious and not take responsibility nor tryin to fix the situation!Terrible!
