AVOID THIS AUTO CENTER I had my van towed to this Walmart after we got a flat. The manager, Cesar wouldn t allow the tow-truck driver to leave the keys without me (the owner) there. The tow-truck driver had never heard of this policy and the two men got into a cussing match and made a scene. I came in later, dropped off the keys, no problem.Hours later, I come to pick up my van and the manager, Cesar, scolds me about how the tow-truck driver was, making a scene. Excuse me? I wasn t the one cussing Cesar out, yet I got scolded for the tow truck drivers actions.Funny enough, Cesar created a scene with me when I told him I wouldn t be coming back to this Walmart. The staff seriously need a training seminar on soft skills and people skills.

The price was competitive for a battery, but they didn't give me an estimated wait time and the wait was quite long. It was a nice enough day that I could've walked home (I live nearby) and done something with my time.

I made the mistake of getting an oil change here. There are many other places who will do it in a fourth of the time it took them here. This store had a lack of staff, but also a lack of urgency in the staff there. Because of that, I imagine any service done here will take much too long, certainly longer than you expect. They were also very concerned with being, quote: "not responsible" for anything related to damages later on. Unfortunate how that was their priority instead of giving quality service.

I was the only car in the bay for an oil change. I was told it would be an hour to an hour and a half. Ok, no problem. My car then sits in the bay with the hood open for an hour and a half. I looked at the progress line, on the app, and it s still at the very beginning. When I asked about it, they hadn t even started service! I asked for my keys and left. No response from the service guy at all. Nothing! WTH?!Service: Oil change

If I could do negative starts I would do negative 5. I went to this location for an oil change. I dropped it off the guy checked me in with my profile since I was a retiring customer. I was waiting for an hour and a half and walked over to notice my car was sitting there like it was done so I went in and asked if it was done. The lady told me they acutely couldn t do my car because the party they have for my car is missing. So I waited an hour and a half for nothing. No one called me. No one text me letting me know to come back to the shop. The car would have sat there all day with me sitting outside Walmart waiting. I asked why I wasn t notified and she said well the guy who took it was new. Safe to say won t be coming back.Service: Oil change

Good value, warranty offered and a whole bunch to see inside the store, regardless of the brand and longer waits it offers a fair experience for the price, the online appointment tool was fairly easy to use.

Walmart auto is always able to help me, and for some reason the battery that I bought from them last year did not test in good standing so they replaced it immediately no charge. Robert and the staff are amazing

Well... Broke off the screws on my wife's air cleaner.. told me to go to AutoZone to replace the screws????Now they said my splash cover over the oil filter is missing..This has been the only Walmart that has been changing my oil... So the previous technician didn't put it back on but of course they take no responsibility said it must have fallen off..... It's not a part that can just fall offI guess the old saying you get what you pay for....Technician that took my order has no social skills and was far from friendly.AND the dept manager hides his office and seemed bothered when I ask him to check me out... great customer service.. NOT!Said they washed the windows.. topped off the fluids.. but they didn't... And they filled my window washer fluid reservoir with plain water..... All fluids were low I had to go buy my own..... I sure hope they put the right oil and filter that I paid for in it!Why does it have to be this way at Walmart they're always so sketchy..Again the old saying is you get what you pay for.. I guess I can do it myself least I know it's been correctly.

This is my second time getting an oil change at this location. First time, service was ok. This time it was terrible.I dropped my car off for oil change and tire rotation. I came early in the morning and was the first car for the day. After 30 minutes, I get a voicemail stating they couldn't do my oil change because they didn't have my oil filter in stock. They asked on the voice mail if they still should rotate my tires. I called them back right away, but nobody answered the phone. After 10 minutes on hold I was disconnected. So I walked back to the Walmart to get my car, and I found my car is in the air in the middle of the tire rotation.....they must of decided to go forward.90 minutes later, still waiting to get my car back.

Fast, honest , reliable, courteous and professional! Definitely a returning customer! Had a little miscommunication about the oil but they definitely did not screw it up and I got the correct oil and brand.

I went to get an oil change. The place was Clean the people were fast and it was cheap. I couldn t be happier. The manager was rude idk he was bald. But I though so that was a turn off. He must have been having an bad day.

First it took fifteen minutes for anyone to come and help me. Then I waited for two hours for an oil change and tire rotation. Finally I went up to the counter and asked if my car was done... turns out it had been finished for an hour.Then I found out they hadn't rotated the tires. They said the tread was too low, even though the guy that checked me in had measured them while I was standing right there. When I had them double check they said again the tires were too low to rotate.The thing is, my tires only had 20,000 miles on them. I took them back to the place I bough them and they told me the tires were only a quarter of the way worn. So either the Walmart people lied to me because they didn't want to rotate them or they're just really, really incompetent.

Very rude and slow. No personality no customer service I see why they have such low ratings compared to other Walmart. No one cares how long it takes along with how they treat you. . Weather it is one tire or four tires. Phil and Sheldon are the worst they have no customers service. Don t care how it is handled. Aaron and traven were great. Helped to see where my car was at along with made sure there was a cart and for my two kids. Along with when it was finish had the car close so I could get them in and out. Would not recommend this Walmart unless you want to wait hours on end along wth get treated like s$&@. Because they honest don t care how they treat you. And don t really care to discuss what they think your car needs. They tell you as they are running out the door. And you can t ask questions.

Usually come here for an oil change, get some shopping done 30 mins and we are out. Today one oil change took over 2 hours. No one could be bothered to help.Lady next to me has been waiting for over 4 hours for a tire replacement.Don't come here.

I had to get an oil change, a new battery, I had a tire with low pressure. They got.my car in right away and gave me a quote. All od the work was completed in an hour and a half and the were able to repair the tire instead of making me but a new one.

It's typical that all oil changes take a long time, which calls for lots of waiting for your car to be done, but at the SanTan Mall location of Walmart, they always exceed and get oil changes done faster than I have time to shop! The employees are very nice and helpful and do their job well, I have never had any issues going here and choose the San tan location over the greenfield location any day in terms of wait times!

My experience was great they helped me out so well they really emphasized save money live better they told me the truth about my tires and they still had a lot left and told that I only need 2 tires to be replaced I recommend going to Walmart for a good set of tires. Read the reviews, but I still went hoping for the best. Long wait time, although the employees were friendly and helpful. Picked up the car, and my car wouldn't break (no, the emergency break wasn't on). I spent another ten minutes there while they put the break back on which they forgot to do before they finished. Would have had a serious problem down the road if I hadn't tested the break at the place.

The guys don t know to put 2 new tires on the back. Lmao. Also do not tighten lug nuts properly. Please avoid Walmart Auto for anything except maybe windshield wiper installation but even then they d probably fly off once you drive awayService: TiresService: Tires

Aaron was very swift and helpful. The manager took the time to fix the issues regarding my tires. Although they had to make some adjustments their customer service was great.

I showed up 1.5 hours before they closed for an oil change, and they said they didn't have time before they closed, because they had two oil changes in front of me.REALLY?This is after I already tried to get one at the Walmart on Signal Butte and US60, and they couldn't, because none of their employees showed up for work.

We needed our milage proof from the oil change reported to our insurance. They managed to write the entire wrong milage, showing we drove close to a million miles... Not only was it wrong on the sticker, but wrong on the paperwork as well. They claimed they couldn't switch it on the paperwork without having to redo the entire oil change, which obviously we didn't need. They changed the sticker, but just with filling it in with a pen. Doesn't look professional whatsoever, especially when needing to prove this to our insurance. All around not helpful. Go somewhere else.

Horrible! Tore front panel off hood for oil change. Never told us!! my 10 year old noticed. Mgr. Jeff said piece was loose. Really? They re-installed but never owned up to mistake. mechanic ok but Mgr should be let go. Will never go back and neither should you.

I had a few bad experiences with my truck tires (separation) and Danny Wallace (walmart manager) told me he would take care of it. Thanks for the awesome car care. Nothing but nice people at this location! Mark Profffit was the tech and he was great!

I took my car to this place to change 4 tires. they told me, will take an hour and a half, but it about three hours and a half. After they finish the job, I found the rear tires missing one bolt of each tire.

Would give 0 stars if I could. Jeff the manager is a complete jerk!! They don't do what they say they will or did. For sure broke a piece under my hood that holds up a hose... said they didn't.. CUSTOMER SERVICE TERRIBLE.. TAKES 3 HRS AT LEAST.. RUUUUDE! GO SOMEWHERE (ANYWHERE) ELSE!

This is the honest to god truth, the mechanics did not know how to change my air filter, said they couldnt.. i took it home myself n did it. Im a teacher not a mechanic...scary these guys work on ur car
