I typically am not one to leave reviews except when there are issues with service or goods. It is rare that my expectations are blown way, let s face it, in this day and age there is a lack of quality customer service and pride in work. I have never been so impressed with the service and overall experience I received from Sally at Bill Luke San Tan. She was very friendly and personable and has a great smile. I had an appointment and arrived early, they were running behind schedule, she kept me informed and updated throughout the process. Kudos to Sally and the service team at Bill Luke San Tan.

Bill alike did a great job repairing my vehicle in a timely manner. Sally the service advisor kept me well informed on the progress of my vehicle during the repairs.

Took my car into get appraised, was told they were just going to pull it around back to inspect the car. When I received the car back an hour later the car no longer operated as it had prior to me handing over the keys. The buying team didn't tell me this and let me find this out on my own time, I then confronted the buying team and was told quote: "We drive these cars hard to ensure everything works correctly." After a lengthy discussion (multiple hours) they finally relented and got me an uber home because the car was undriveable. During which time they swore up and down there was no way they could have caused the damage even though no prior damage was noted during their inspection. After agreeing to repair the car at a discounted rate, while apparently telling others that I just had to pay parts (I also ended up paying for labor but that doesn't seem to have been conveyed appropriately), they claimed I did not replace all the parts needed. There was 1 part that did not get replaced only after discussing with the service advisor that it was deemed not a necessity. The car later popped out a drive shaft because they had used zip ties to secure components in place.In short if you're looking to sell your car and expect it or yourself to be treated with any kind of respect this establishment does not seem to be the place to do so. I would not trust them with any of my vehicles for appraisal or repair purposes moving forward.

I had to go back twice for some front end issues just after buying my car and ended up having to go elsewhere. They replaced a CV axle and wheel bearing along with some other parts that were neglected, but the front end issue was still there. Took my car back a second time and ended up being told it was fine and it s just road noise.I took it to another shop and it was properly diagnosed and repaired. Ended up being the other wheel bearing that was also bad.Overall I was pretty disappointed and a bit annoyed with having to pay for repairs elsewhere right after buying my car and being told it was fine. A wheel bearing failure could ve ended poorly for myself or anyone around me.

Sally provided the best communication I have ever experienced at a maintenance facility. Work on my vehicle began promptly, and I was updated throughout the day on what had been accomplished and what work was still outstanding. All services requested were completed to a high standard in only one day. It takes over an hour to drive here from where I live, but it is worth the trip. Highly recommended.Services: Electrical repair, General repairs & maintenance, Auto windshield replacement

I had both warranty and extraneous work done on my car here and was very pleasantly surprised with the level of service provided. Sally was overwhelmingly pleasant, knowledgeable, communicative, and professional. She made what I expected to be a tedious experience both smooth and, dare I say, even enjoyable. Misdiagnosed vehicle 3 times and just threw parts at the vehicle. Claimed they changed the transmission and billed it to the warranty company, but the vehicle had the same issues and there was no signs that the transmission was new. A new trans shouldn't be just as dirty as the rest of the components with 75k on them. I would advise not ever taking your vehicle here.

Jeff was amazing. He had me set up in a rental wich was nice. They took care of all my issues. Jeff called me to give updates on my car and even though it did take longer Jeff was always 2 steps ahead making sure I was comfortable and well taken care of!. I will always bring my car back here. Bill Luke San Tan VIP service did a great job of repairing my tire on my Ram 1500. Service advisor Jeff went above and beyond keeping me updated on the progress from start to finish. From dropping it off and getting the inspection done, getting the tire shipped in and installed he made sure I was in the loop the whole time. Definitely would recommend and would bring my truck back anytime!Service: Tires

I bought my vehicle just over a week ago from Bill Luke San Tan. My check engine light came on and I was able to quickly Make an appointment with the service center. Ms. Sally was very professional and extremely helpful in getting things taken care of and getting me a rental vehicle as well. She was great at communicating every step of the process. This service center is fantastic! Top notch service from Day 1. Jeff was my service advisor and provided the best service from the start. He checked in on me to see how I was doing while my car was being diagnosed and if I needed anything. He then explained what was wrong with my car and handled all paperwork and claim with CNA, so I had nothing to worry about. He kept in touch with me to keep me updated about my car. VIP is an understatement! Jeff Jerde was my advisor and he was fantastic! I did not have an appointment, the engine light was on and it was a new car to me! the shop was busy and he was very professional, very detailed with best and worst options trying to get my car squeezed into his busy day! He kindly kept me informed throughout the day and was successful getting the repairs done. I am more than grateful as I hadn't even had the car for a week! I was incredibly excited when Jeff called to let me know it was done and I could pick it up. I was provided a rental car and on that note I want to also thank a very sweet young lady Laural who gave me a safe ride! I was blown away with the service I received from Bill Luke Service center. I had just purchased a vehicle and the AC stopped working. Living in Arizona , that was an absolute nightmare. I brought my car to the service center, where I was assisted by Jeff. When I say EXCELLENT customer service, I mean excellent. Jeff was upfront and honest about the process that would take place and how much it could potentially cost. Jeff went out of his way to make sure I was taken care of and out of the heat . There was this clicking noise under my dash that would go off periodically, come to find out it was a recirculation door actuator .Fix was taken care of, went on my lunch break was greeted by Sally the service rep and she communicated well what the fix was and cost estimate up front. The waiting area is nice with fully stocked complimentary drinks. I was provided a complimentary shuttle ride to San Tan mall for lunch, and they communicated when they will pick me up. Sally was fantastic! So pleasant and really listened to my concerns about my vehicle. Sally was extremely aware of my need to manage my time accordingly (I had a very limited time schedule that day). She made sure I was taken care of in a timely manner, and had a resolution for my situation within about 45mins/hour. She followed up with me consistently, and was just fantastic to deal with!!! The entire staff is professional, courteous and knowledgeable which is something you want when dropping off your baby (vehicle) in for any type of service. My experience with Bill Luke from the time I purchased the car to getting first oil change have been stellar. The service department was very polite and professional, kept me informed and delivered car in a reasonable amount of time. If you have to wait in the lobby, they have all amenities to make you comfortable, I was able to work from the lobby. I don't live in Phoenix, I live 2 hours away, but I'll be back to service my car here because of the customer service. Thank you!Service: Oil change
