Took in my car for just an oil change, Car drove fine the 4 miles back home wasn t driven at all until the next day in the afternoon drove approx 15 miles when the dash starts lighting up and car tells me it s going to shut down I get to my destination turn the car off and then it doesn t turn back on , I called the location back and they had the guy who did my oil change come check on the car he stated I m only gonna check what we touch during the service any other part of the car isn t our liability he checked it and said he couldn t find anything wrong with anything that they touched. They towed it to a shop where they also couldn t figure out what was wrong , gets towed back to my house after a week of my car not working , I pay a mechanic to come check out the car and he showed me where they didn t put the air filter (that they removed and showed me it was dirty and asked if I wanted to buy one) on right and it was full of leaves and the leaves were getting sucked into my car because it was out in backwards! When I asked for a refund they stayed Nothing really happened to the car so I couldn t get one , Even tho I went a whole week without starting and without work . Staff was super friendly the whole time but I highly do not recommend Don t understand how they triple checked everything that we touched but never checked if the air filter was installed right.

WOULD NOT RECOMMEND!! DO NOT GO HERE FOR YOUR OIL NEEDS!I took my suburban in on 9/6 for an oil change. About two weeks later I noticed a small amount of oil leaking. I ended up taking my car in a month later to a different oil place that I trust, because there was a good amount of oil leaking now. I had to pay again for oil.They informed me that I had almost no oil left in my car and that the oil filter and cap were completely loose. Whoever changed the oil previously was very inexperienced.I drove to Take 5 to inform them and immediately they were very apologetic and understanding. Said they would refund my oil change from a month ago if I just waited 20 minutes.Well I waited 30 minutes and had to go find someone to talk to again and they had not resolved the issue. Said that they would fix this problem and then call me around 3/4PM the same day to notify me of the refund.I have received zero phone calls on this. I even called them 7-8 times to speak to someone and NO ONE answered the phone. I will be going in tomorrow and wasting more of my time on this.Again.. I DO NOT RECOMMEND. They have inexperienced employees working, terrible customer service and do not follow through.

Would not recommend. I went in earlier today for an oil change today and it has been leaking from my filter AND my plug all afternoon. I noticed a little when I parked here and there as I was running errands but thought it was just a little residual oil that splashed on the frame or something. Can't wait to find out what is waiting for me in the driveway tomorrow morning when I leave for work. I called to document this and allow an opportunity to remedy the situation but the phone rang and rang and rang with no answer. I don't have time to take it back in to wait an hour for a "10 minute oil change" not to mention the nice stain in my driveway.Service: Oil change

Google them and said they open at 7am unfortunately that was not case today no notes on the building or nothing I finally left at 7:25a I drove down from Casa Grande in hopes of getting an oil change before and though this location would get me in and out to still make it to work on time. So slightly out of my way to work. You may want to call ahead of time and see if they are open or going to be opened on time.The only reason I am giving them a 2 stars vs 1 is because the young lady I spoke to (guessing a call center) was polite

Wow! Super unfortunate. Grand opening signs up and so I figured I would stop by for a quick oil change. 1 car in the bay and 1 truck pulling out. The gentleman (who appears to absolutely hate his job) tells me that it s going to be a 45-50 minute wait until they can get me in because there are only 2 of us working . There is only 1 car and then me If this is Grand Opening I would be fearful for what the service is like after being open for a while.

Highly recommended very respectful staff manager that is present and attentive with her employees and customers i drove up and was greeted with a water and was assigned immediately was in and out in less than 15 minutes and better prices for full synthetic oil without going to a dealership or an appointment also mangers name started with and L she was awesome but Graham was the man very professional. i went one day i was behind the one car in a stall, they told me the wail time is 45 minutes so i left, the next day yesterday i went back, they charged me for a cabin air filter but said they couldn t get the oil filter off fit first said $148 for a oil change (full synthetic), i complained, he immediately came down to $101. but again couldn t get the oil filter off, i took it to Toyota , they had no problem and charged $101 and washed my truck. this is the second time there, the first time was good. he said whoever tightened it last time (Take 5) over tightened it and i should just hand tighten it.

Amazing experience. I was so skeptical, read bad reviews, and really was not expecting to be impressed. Boy, was I wrong!! Take 5 and Lani were great. Service was quick and easy, price and convenience were great, crew was polite, engaging and informative. So pleased, will be back!! Thank you

I recently visited Take 5 Oil Change and was disappointed with the level of service. The staff member, Leilani, lacked communication skills and failed to provide essential information about the service being performed on my vehicle. Despite expressing my preference for a specific type of oil, there was no discussion or confirmation of my request. Instead, I was presented with a completed service that used a different, more expensive oil type without my consent.The lack of transparency and disregard for customer preference was concerning. Additionally, the staff member's unprofessional behavior, including not wearing a name badge and providing minimal interaction, added to the negative experience. When I inquired about the oil used, the response was dismissive, leaving me with unanswered questions and concerns about the service performed on my car.Overall, my experience at Take 5 Oil Change was not up to the standard I expected. Effective communication and customer involvement are crucial in service industries, and unfortunately, these were lacking during my visit.

Don t go to this location, you re better off driving to the Tempe location. Long wait with very few cars in the lot, and they weren t willing to take a company sponsored discount. Confirmed with HR that there should be nothing wrong with it.Even if there was, none of the employees directed you to their own coupons on the website and would rather you left. Other locations are better, don t waste your time or money.

Idk what all these bad reviews are! This is my second time here at this location and both times they were respectful, efficient, and knowledgeable. Gave me a water, a treat for my pup, and greeted me kindly. Highly recommend this place.

I scheduled two separate appointments online and both of them were when this Take 5 location was closed. On the second appointment, I arrived at the scheduled appointment 7am but they actually opened at 8am. While waiting for an hour I decided to read the previous reviews for this location and was discouraged by all of the reviews. I decided to go to Valvoline nearby instead. I didnt want to gamble with a simple oil change.

This place took care of my oil change quickly, friendly staff. Received great service at a fair price. They went above and beyond correcting a mistake a mistake of a competitor had made previously. Highly recommend.

I arrived at Take 5 at 4:10pm and all bays were full. Someone came out and gave me a complimentary water and said it would be 20 minutes. It ended up being 50 minutes. I don't understand why all the technicians work on one vehicle at a time! Seems you could get more vehicles in and out if each one took a vehicle and only helped each other if there were questions or an issue on one of the vehicles. By they time they did get to me, at 5pm I was in a time crunch so need them to rush so I could be somewhere in half an hour. While they were filling the vehicle back up with oil, the technician below the vehicle got doused with oil. I was very nervous that the plug was not in place but they swore it was and there was no spillage and had no idea how the oil got on the other technician! . They had me restart the vehicle so so they could complete an inspection. I should mention two vehicles waiting pulled away not wanting to wait. I wish I made that choice. The only way these people would see me again is if I find out they damaged my vehicle in some way.Service: Oil change

Was a great experience JTauan provided me with great customer service and went above and beyond of is required. He helped me locate an oil leak and took a video for me to send to my mechanic. This was by far the worst experience I ve had with any auto care business. Not only could they NOT change my oil, but they had one employee, Luni, that wouldn t get off her phone. She was talking to a boy or girlfriend and making kissy face at her phone. Yes, they were video chatting. She even kept the conversation going while she was checking the cabin air filter in my car.These aren t professionals. They know nothing about cars. They are not mechanics. They know how to push buttons on their computer, upsell garbage services, and then disappoint customers.$75 -$101 oil changes. I actually drove off after telling them not to try something to remove the oil plug.I went there I hopes of saving time as it s the holiday weekend and I had to go out of town suddenly. My mistake. Go to a real mechanic. Someone who cares and wants your business. Not this fast food car care atmosphere. You ll regret it and your car might suffer for it.

I wish I could rate less than 1 star. High prices. The staff is rude. No way anyone has ever had a 5 min oil change from this place. They upsell you on the dumbest stuff. I will never ever go back. Horrible experience. Unprofessional staff. Unreasonable prices, lies to upsell. Go to a dealer. It's funny too that the 5 star ratings on here are so convenient- or fake.....

Totally unprofessional! An employee was sitting in his car out front and asked me if he could help me as I walked toward the door. I asked how much for an oil change and he just hollered prices at me from inside his car that was running.Their phone number on Google maps isn't even correct. Some poor soul told me he gets 70 phone calls a day that are supposed to go to Take 5.I drove away laughing.

I have a fleet of cars I was planning to take to this location. I sent my 19 y/o daughter with one of our vehicles for an econoy oil change only with no additional services. She was given the kitchen sink and taken advantage of. After reviewing her bill she was charged for filters, new wiper blades (which did not need replace), synthetic blend, high mileage fuel addative (she has 38K miles), and 'extra oil.' I was on the phone with her when I heard her tell the service tech. no synthetic, only economy oil. I would not recommend sending your vehicle here and I will not be bringing my business fleet of vehicles due to this experience.

I got right in. The employees were friendly and explained everything as we went. They do try to sell you on new filters, but not too horribly pushy. They give you a water bottle which is a nice touch. I was out of there in about 10 min.

Take 5 is a SCAM. 1st they can't take coupons even though they are from their own website and wasn't trying to combo with any other offer. I said fine. I just want to get the "economy" oil change for $50. Oh sorry we don't have very common oil in the level. You will have to get our "premium" for $80. This is pre tax and pre upcharge for the extra quart that they needed to add. 5 quart max. Oh wait when I read my manufacturer book for the car it shows 5 quarts recommended. SCAM

Despite the negative reviews, I decided to give this place a shot. I showed up at 7 AM and waited until 730 and the doors were never opened. Definitely not good for business when they are not open between the hours listed.

I ve never taken my car anywhere but the dealer for service, I knew I need air filters and not an oil change. The gentlemen at Take 5 couldn t have been more helpful, respectful and patient. My wife went in to get an oil change. Everyone was very disrespectful, they asked her if she stole the car and made a joke about it, they told her she didn t deserve the discount she had, there was a African American guy with a grey shirt who was speaking to her and kept interrupting her and making these comments. I went to see what was going on and everyone acted brand new. When I spoke to the guy with the grey shirt, he acted like he wasn t disrespectful to my wife. I heard the whole story after I left and got home. Don t recommend coming here. It seems like these people barely graduated high school. If you want to talk about it let me know.

This was my first time using Take 5. Dominic was the main service member - -he was friendly &seemed knowledgeable however lacked in proper communication to those, like myself, who are unfamiliar with car lingo. He could ve explained things in a easier way. Jatwan (sp?) helped service my car & made my experience very enjoyable! He was a great communicator, professional & very friendly which was very much appreciated. Although my service was not completed in 5 minutes , it was done in a timely manner.

Absolutely professional and welcoming staff. Courteous from driving up to driving away. Filters needed were in stock as well as oil. Recommendations made for oil change geared toward city driving was displayed and explained. Veterans discount. Great location! If there were 10 stars I would give their team a perfect 10. Will definitely return.

The service was okay, I will not be not be going because the prices are outrageous. The customer was ok at best, I have had better at Valvoline. It was nice of them to offer me water but still the guy who was helping me spoke way to fast to where I couldn t understand him. 90$ for a basic oil change is insanely high. This place has the friendliest staff EVER!!!! I think the one guy is the manager. He is so welcoming, bubbly & charismatic. There was another guy inputting my information in the system.
