These guys always take care of me. I feel like I have reviewed them before but if so, its been a while. Mike is super helpful. They explain everything, provide a great report on your vehicle and are reasonable. I needed a quick oil change and went to one of the stay in your car places. They wanted $120 for an OIL CHANGE. Sun Devil was way less and better service. Go Here!

Have taken my cars to Sun Devil Auto Higley over the last several years. Every time the service has been great. The price has been very competitive. I do call around to other shops to price things out and they are always a home run. Mike does not oversell. Very low pressure. Fully recommend.

Sun Devil Auto comes through all the time. I was in a little bit of a bind. I explained my situation and they took care of me. They are always friendly, professional, and very experienced with auto care. They also found the real problem and only fixed what needed to be fixed whereas 3 other places wanted to charge me for other things that did not apply. Highly recommend them.

Front office people are awesome. However .I went back for them to fix a loose oil filter, then only filled 1 of 4 tires without checking, so 2 x in a row seemed like a systemic issue.The oil on garage floor is hard to clean. I would say they have a quality control issue.I hope they fix it since the people are so nice and I want them to succeed.

I had an urgent warning signal come up out of nowhere while driving today. SunDevil Gilbert was referred from a few folks. Being semi new here I was worried about being taken for unnecessary services. Everyone there was so helpful. They got me right in, explained everything including a major issue that the local dealership I used said was not a problem. The price was beyond reasonable and they were helpful in guidinge me to the services that they do not provide

Love this place! This is the only auto shop I will go to. Hands down. Very knowledgeable and honest. Reasonably priced, great staff and they always get things done in a timely manner. I've known Mike, the manager for years he's awesome, so helpful and patient. I will always be a customer here. Thanks Sun Devil!

My son brought his car in and specifically told your shop that his rear brakes were making noise and he felt the break pads were going bad. While driving he knew there was a problem, your shop told him break pads / rotors were fine. You did his tire rotation and changed the oil and supposedly checked everything. 1 week later (today), we had time to check them out ourselves. Are you kidding me?? How were you able to say that everything was fine with his brakes, pads & rotors ?? These are just pics of the left side. Right wasn't as bad but clearly needed new brake pads & rotors as well :/ My guess is, someone was in a hurry and didn't even check. Luckily, we caught this when we did. He drove 5 feet while I listened and I could hear the noise clear as day. Yet, your shop heard nothing. This did not all happen in one week since he was at your shop. I don't like writing bad reviews but this is disappointing on your professionalism.

Not a Happy customer! My 1st time to Sin Devil Auto - Gilbert off of Higley. I had my battery cleaned and they sprayed the acid/ corrosion off the battery and onto all over my front wind shield and all along the front side of my car! This unacceptable and unprofessional job! I will not be going back nor recommend this company!

I have taken my car to Sun Devil Auto for years. Not only do they do quality work, but they are upstanding people that are full of integrity. You can trust what they say and they will not overcharge you, which is such a hard thing to find nowadays. I will always take my car to Sun Devil Auto!

Sun Devil Auto has built my trust over the years, at multiple locations. I go here mainly for oil changes. They never tell me I need a bunch of unnecessary work done on my vehicle. They get me in and out painlessly. One time I had an issue where directly after my oil change there was clearly a leak that started. I worried it would be a haggle and extra charge and all this to get them to look and correct it, so was pleasantly surprised when they let me bring it back and take care of it no questions asked.Services: Air & cabin filter replacement, Tire rotations, Vehicle Inspection, Oil change

Sun Devil Auto on Higley in Gilbert is now our go to service station. My husband & I just came in from Iowa. Our service light was on. Sun Devil Auto is near our home in Trilogy. We stopped in without an appointment yet they were very accommodating and got us in for an oil change at the end of day. They performed the service in less than an hr. All of them from the service desk to the technicians were very very polite & professional.

Took my parents vehicle in for an oil change. They came back with 5 recommended services. When I didn t agree to doing them at this time they called me back an hour later stating all of a sudden my battery was dead and I needed a new battery for an additional $300 + $60 for install. I had been driving daily for the past week and have had ZERO hesitation or lag with the battery. This is the second time this type of additional charging has happened with Sun Devil. Find a better auto facility. I will not be returning.Services: Tire rotations, Oil change

I have been using Sun Devil Auto for at least 15 years. The manager Mike is great! He is a really nice guy who is very knowledgeable. All of the staff is friendly too. I have nothing bad to say about this business. Thanks for taking care of my family all of these years! It's more than appreciated!

Brought in our car for an oil change and thinking that a windshield washer reservoir was cracked as the guild kept leaking and a few other odds and ends. Marcus was very polite and professional. He said he d knock out our oil change and let me know about the other issues. He called me later to tell me the oil change was done, that the washer fluid was just a disconnected hose, and that they d fix that and a few other small things (that other mechanics may have considered or manufactured into more meaningful things) at no charge. They also found a separate issue I was unaware of and replaced that part same day at a cost I m sure was far less than what the dealer would have charged. I d give six stars if I could. Thanks Marcus and Sun Devil Auto!

This place is a scam, Nothing against mechanics, but manager sucks. I don't recommend anyone use them unless you don't mind being Seriously overcharged and manager trying to fix every But what's wrong with the Vehicle.

I was very pleased with my experience at Sun Devil Auto! I came in with an unknown issue with my car being slow to start and also in need of an oil change - and they got me in right away, did a great job at communicating with me, solved the problem, and fixed it quickly. I use Sun Devil Auto for oil changes in my company car as well as my personal car. Their store does a great job with communication. B. Pierce assisted me on my recent visit. Their battery protection program they offer is great.Sun Devil Auto has a customer for life as a result of one of my prior visits. I had engine problems with my Ford Escape. I had it towed to their store. After a diagnostic check, they recommended that I have the vehicle towed to the dealer because they believed the issue my vehicle was having would be covered under warranty. With their advice I towed the vehicle to the local Ford dealership and my engine was replaced at no cost. To me that is the definition of trust when it comes to a local mechanic.Services: Auto engine diagnostic, Battery, Oil change

I've been a customer for about 10 years and I have always had great service. I was very disappointed that they would no longer come and jump my battery so I could drive over to their location. I live within a few blocks of them. So needless to say I spent several hours waiting for roadside services! It took almost all day to just get a new battery!! I certainly hope they reconsider this matter!!!!Service: Auto battery replacement

I m always happy with the service I have for my car from sun devil auto. Workers are always professional and very knowledgeable about what is wrong with my vehicle. Every single time I come here Mike and his employees are not only nice, friendly, and listen intently to whatever I need but they are super efficient, fairly priced, and educate you on each step they're taking to keep your car safe.
