I just had to give a massive shoutout to Mike, Justin, and the whole team over there. These guys are seriously the best, and I gotta share my recent experience with everyone.So, my ride needed some work, and I took it to Spectrum. Right off the bat, they were super cool and honest. You know what floored me? They could've charged me for swapping out the control arms like another place suggested, but nope. Mike and Justin were like, "You're good for now on the control arms. Just get those tires changed elsewhere, and then swing back for an alignment."Fast forward to the tire change, and I'm back at Spectrum for that alignment. Guess what? They tell me my car doesn't even need one. No charge, nada. Just the tires needed attention.I'm seriously impressed with these guys. They're not just about making a buck; they're about doing right by their customers. It's like finding a unicorn in the car repair world.Hats off to Spectrum Car Care for keeping it real. I'm definitely spreading the word to my buddies you guys are the real deal!

Worked with Mike and Ashton all through from breakdown, towing, and repair. They were very friendly courteous and agreeable. The work was done the exact same day in a few hours, I was back on the road with a 2 year warranty and they also washed my truck! I recommend Spectrum to anyone who is having vehicle trouble they are the best guys in town!

Spectrum Auto was very professional, honest with very highly ASC trained mechanics. They kept me updated throughout the entire repair process which I really appreciated. I will definitely be going back for all my Honda repairs. I highly recommend this repair location.

Excellent service. Honest, trustworthy. My car was leaking gas, I had it towed yo find out it was the overflow tubing. Unlike other car places that would have taken advantage of me and charge me $100s, spectrum was honest and charge me a couple of dollars.

1st experience was great. Went there early on a Monday morning for an alignment,got me right in, less than an hr I was done. Did an inspection report & sent it by text and even showed me a digital report of the alignment. I feel these guys really care about you & your vehicle & doing the right thing. Hopefully it's my new go to car care. It's the way a business should run that actually care about their customers. Keep it up & you'll go far in this profession!! Thank you Mike & Justin

Service Requested: Valve Cover Gasket Replacement on 2016 Kia SorentoThis shop was amazing! I had a burning smell coming from my hood and needed my valve cover gasket replaced. My primary/regular shop quoted an outrageous amount to have it fixed but Spectrum quoted half of that amount. Their prices are unbeatable and the service was beyond great. They were very friendly, accommodating, and quick with the repair I needed. They even got me in same-day which was a huge help! I will definitely come back to them for future needs!

I am not the type to write reviews but this place really has blown me away. I was recently given the bad news that my 06' 4runner would need all the shocks replaced. And my luck I get the year of 4runner that has an extremely rare and expensive shock system, which could have ended up costing me upwards of 3k without labor. I came to these guys with the problem, within A DAY they upgraded the system to toyotas current shock system found on all other 4runners for a very reasonable price. And not a few days later they reached out to make sure that the car was running great. Overly overly impressed with the mechanics and specifically Michael for his due diligence in ensuring my satisfaction.

The team at Spectrum Car Care were very attentive to my needs. They explained everything to me in detail, so I understood what was going on with my car throughout the entire process. The cost of the repairs were less than the dealer by far and they had the job done in a timely manner. I would recommend michael and his team anytime.

They were great from start to finish. Took my car to another repair shop before I found Spectrum and wasted $300. The people at Spectrum were courteous and knowledgeable. My car needed a new engine so this was a big job, and I m pleased with the results. Great service ! Got my oil change with fuel injector flush this visit. Everyone there is so knowledgeable and willing to answer your questions. I definitely trust spectrum and will continue to come to them for service on my vehicle.

This is the ONLY service center I trust all 4 of my families cars to. Mike and Ashton up front are the best. They have not upsold me and have told me if they cannot or do not recommend a fix to a problem. The team in the garage does great work. Trust your car to the pros at Spectrum.

Had a great experience with Spectrum Car Care. Came in for routine oil change and tire rotation, and I asked for a brake pad check while there. Michael was extremely honest with me about how much time I still have before the brakes needed service. Great feeling to know they will not try to take advantage of their customers as an other shop had done to me five months earlier. I will definitely return to Spectrum for my auto maintenance and repairs.

The guys at Spectrum are outstanding! They do great work everytime! I have been coming here for a couple years now and always have a great experience everytime I need something done to my Chevy Colorado. Quick service and reasonable prices. They go above and beyond to make sure your car is running smoothly and point out anything that needs to get done. Highly recommend! I will always come here for my car needs.

I brought my car in for an oil change as a new customer. The technician found that both my front and rear brakes needed to be replaced as they were in the red and my previous mechanic had never mentioned this to me. Brakes were replaced same day and my car is running better than ever. I m very happy to find a place I can trust to service my car.

Let s face it, check engine light with no warranty is bad news. However bad your luck is, these guys are fair.I trust them more than a dealership and they are more affordable. They support the Gilbert community. Good communication throughout the repair process.

Michael & team at Spectrum Car Care in Gilbert are the best service team I ve had the pleasure of working with in Az so far. My car battery had died and within 15 min of me calling Michael had referred me to Camel Towing & the car got picked up a few hours later. Reasonable pricing, quality work, 11/10 recommend using Spectrum Car Care to take care of all your automotive needs!

Spectrum was SO amazing from beginning to end. Dealer gave me 8 urgent items that needed immediate attention. I contacted spectrum and they were able to fit me in for an inspection. Took care of me at a much lower cost with recommendations for follow up.

It s my second time taking my Honda civic there and they do nothing but take great care of my car, I love the updates they send you with detail explanations and even send a video of what part is needing to be fixed, definitely will be going back.

Brought my vehicle for 60k service. Spark plugs replaced, oil change, transmission fluid service, powe flush brake system and replaced serpentine belt. Everyone was friendly and knowledgeable. Reasonable pricing, quality and efficient service. Looks like I found my new vehicle service shop. Will be bringing my other vehicles and recommending it to friends and family. Found this place almost 2 years ago. They have a really good turnaround time, no more than a day or two, at most, in my experience... and their prices are what they should be.I usually have no problem paying for my car repairs thanks to their reasonable pricing- but the last time I towed my car there my budget was much tighter. Like I'm talking under $400, kinda tight...However, my car was kind of a wreck when I brought it in. I had lost the car key, my battery was dead, and some kind of belt part was falling off of my car.. so getting all of this repaired under $400 was in hindsight pretty unreasonable for me to expect.I tried to apply for a loan through Synchrony, but didn't make the cut. So I called the shop and asked if I could just pay for everything I owed up to the point of repair they were currently at. Mike, really wanted to get my car running so he found a way to work within a budget I could afford. Fortunately, I had a warranty through Spectrum Car Care I had forgotten about that Mike applied to help lower the cost along with a generous discount.I was able to drive my car again for under $350. I am very grateful and will recommend to friends and family.Services: Auto battery replacement, General repairs & maintenance, Engine repair

If you are looking for an honest, reliable automotive maintenance and repair center you don't need to look any further than Spectrum. Everyone there is very knowledgeable and they don't try to sell you services that aren't needed. They have been taking care of our family vehicles for the past 10 years and we wouldn't go anywhere else.

I just moved to the area and Michael and his team were so welcoming and kind. It s always intimidating when you don t know anything about cars but employees at Spectrum were kind and informative. I came in for a pretty bad oil leak, and I was in and out and about an hour .

This review is long overdue. I ve taken two of my vehicles to Spectrum Car Care and I am very pleased with their excellent customer service, timeliness and commitment to quality. I have never had to wait more than a day or two for an appointment. Whenever I have called with an issue, Michael has always taken the time to listen to my concerns, share his thoughts on possible causes including a cost estimate (depending on on their actual findings). In my opinion, Spectrum s prices are competitive, but most importantly, they are honest. They don t try to push unnecessary repairs, which is a quality I truly appreciate. If honestly, timeliness, quality and exceptional customer service is important to you, then I highly recommend Spectrum Car Care for all your automotive needs. You won t be disappointed.
