Spectrac did an awesome job on my Airstream. Went there to get bearings packed but found out they were going bad and needed to be changed. Upon further inspection they found that my brakes and drums as well as my hitch needed to be replaced on the trailer. Then as they were getting done my electric jack went out on them so I got that replaced too. Got it all done in a super fast time frame and I couldn t be happier. Going on a trip to Missouri so it definitely puts my mind at ease. They were also reasonable on the price and I left there very pleased. Thanks guys!

Usually people drop their trucks off but with my circumstances I had to stay and wait so they moved a few things around to get me in and out faster. In all I think I was there a total of 2 hrs max, much appreciate these guys for that and now hopefully my tires wear properly now that the toe is fixed.Thank you to everyone, I'll definitely be back!!!!

Spectrac replaced wheel bearings and performed an alignment on my travel trailer which has 4 wheel independent suspension. Not many trailer shops have the expertise and Rob hooked me up. Great work and fair pricing and an amazing selection of trailering supplies and accessories. I think I found a gem.

Wow! What an awesome place! We visited from out of state, and our family to0k us to Sweetwater. So impressed with everything! We tried out many pianos, drums and more! Kids went down the slide and we played games. But the available equipment was breathtaking! Great resource!

I have used Spectrac for two years to repack the bearings on my travel trailer. First year was great. Second year A DISASTER. Whoever did the repack did not replace the cotter pin. Eventually the bolt came lose with disastrous results. Both axels ruined. Over $10,000 in damages.Could I sue them ? Sure, but I have no proof and that is what spectrac counts on. DO NOT USE THEM

Very friendly, knowledgeable and helpful! They were very busy when I visited, so it did take a few minutes to get help. But when my turn came, they took the time to put together the hardware parts to replace the broken bolts instead of having to wait to order an OEM installation kit. I appreciate that they didn't try to push me off into ordering something that would have left my truck out of commissions for many days. I went to two other places first and both their answers was to order a kit and come back in a week or two. At Spectrac, I was able to get the problem fixed same day, even without an advance appointment. Well done!

Great to work with the knowledgeable and professional staff at Spectrac! With my trailer suspension, brakes, and bearings in need of rebuild in Mexico, they were able to verify all parts needed were in stock and ready to pick up at my leisure. As a retired mechanic, I appreciate the value of parts pros who can get the job done right the first time. One trip there and i had everything in-hand to do the work. You just can t replicate good service with online vendors!

Spectrac doesn't want your business. I dropped off my van last Friday and Rob barely had time to talk to me. Had me sign a paper and said he would call me in a couple of days to give me an estimate. I called in 5 days and was told they didn't have time to look at it yet. I just walked in today, 7 days after leaving the van, to pick up my keys to leave. I was handed the keys with no updates or communication.I drove 13 miles up the road to Valley Spring Service to have them look at it. Valley Spring, chatted with me for several minutes, looked at my van, gave me an estimate, and said it would be finished in a couple of hours.

Quoted $400 max and charged over $550 !!Also broke a battery cable and told me my batteries were dead. Never again.

Spectrac is awesome! Rob and the team in parts and service were great! And the tech that built my new trailer axle did an incredible job! I had an axle snap on a boat trailer and the team at Spectrac had an axle built in one week! I was back on the water in 2 weeks! They built a great looking axle to perfect specs and kept to the budget I needed to get the job done. I was going to install the hubs and the axle myself and they answered every question I had and had all the parts ready to roll! This shop is first class and will be my shop for all trailer needs!

Extremely knowledgeable & friendly staff! Made me a set of u-bolts on the spot in about 10 minutes and for an awesome deal! Couldn't have been more satisfied with my experience.

Estimate included about 1200 dollars worth of parts and labor that proved to not be necessary when repaired by another shop. Do your homework before you take something there as I felt like they were just trying to make a fast buck. Charged for the estimate also.

I had an excellent experience. I took a large vehicle in for front end alignment. I made an appointment and was provided service without delay. I was treated with kindness and respect. I got excellent value. I recommend spec trac. Thank you for taking excellent care of my vehicle.

These guys are really great, they did amazing work for us. Returned from a cross country trip with uneven wear on one of our four trailer tires. They properly diagnosed it as a faulty axle. We weren't thinking at the time it would be warrantied but hoped for the best. Spectrac reached out to Dexter on our behalf, got axles replaced at no cost to us, as well as half the labor for installation! Also managed to squeeze in the installation in about 24 hours after they received the axles. Thanks to them we'll be able to keep our next park reservation. Great workmanship and customer service.

Excellent Customer Service!Was in need of some u-bolts, no one in town had them in stock, called these guys told them what I needed, went in there and they made 4 of them in under 15 minutes. Great prices, excellent customer service. Worth trying them before going elsewhere.

Apparently the only shop in Phoenix Metro that will bend your travel trailer axle tubes. Ever since Arizona axle products retired I have been in a pickle for trailer alignment.Spectrac, is the bomb. I made an appointment two weeks out arrived early and was greeted promptly. The staff was friendly and courteous, we discussed my situation, and by 11:00 a.m. I was on the road straight as an arrow no longer worried about blowing tires.These guys are definitely worth the price which was fair and the drive which was long I will be back.

If you're interested in fast this isn't the place to take your vehicle. They had my truck for four working days, and had to take it back for alignment adjustment. They seem to have fixed the issue. However four days with an appointment is a long time to not have my work truck.

This place is AWESOME! They went above and beyond to help a novice like me understand what I needed to make my trailer functional and were incredibly patient with all my questions. From the moment I stepped into the shop these guys have made me feel welcome and are incredibly knowledgeable. Can't say enough about the great staff here and will recommend ANY person to check them out. They have all my future business- hands down.

Immensely impressed with Spectrac. Service Rep, Corey, extremely informative and helpful - drove me to a nearby cafe while they worked on my rig. They estimated $700 to fix my chassis and I definitely expected to pay. After reviewing my rig, the mechanic (Matt) and Corey recommended it wasn't imperative that I fix it and CHARGED ME NOTHING for their time. Whole staff helpful, friendly, and honest! Thank you!

Best shop for anything you need to keep your rig and trailer on point. All the guys are friendly and ready to help. I made the mistake of going for a prime deal only to discover they sold the exact same product at the same price. They will take the time to educate people like myself who have no idea what they are doing. Great job guys!
