Great experience with them this morning. After driving all the way from NW WI, Tyler had my truck looking brand new. This doesn t cost that much more than going to a full service car wash, but the results far exceed the traditional car wash. It is worth every penny.

These guys are hands down the best mobile detailing service in the Valley. They did my wife's SUV yesterday, erasing 2 years' worth of toddler mayhem, crumb mountains, and grime. Looks better now than when we drove it off the lot brand new. Today, the owner of Showcase himself came out to detail my Jag. The quality and thoroughness of their service is so far superior to any other detail I've ever had, I just had to write this review and express my gratitude. You guys are the real deal, my wife and I both are really impressed by your exceptional work and professionalism. These guys are great! Highly recommend. We took our 4 Runner off roading and got a ton of small scratches, AZ pinstripes, and now you can t even tell there was anything ever there! Our 2015 look brand new inside and out! Thank you Showcase for the amazing job!

Normally I do not post reviews however my experience has been impressionable and positive enough for me to share my experience. I originally had my car detailed as it was in need of a deep clean due to having two kids who often ate snacks in the car (Parents will know what I am talking about). When I ordered the detailing service, I had associates who came to my home to service my vehicle. Once the service was done, I checked my car to see if they cleaned it as thoroughly as I had hoped. To be frank, I was disappointed initially as there were several areas that were overlooked. Due to the issue, I directly reached out to the owner, Scott to convey disappointment about the service.Here is where I was genuinely surprised, THAT was two years ago! I only got Scott s approval for a redo of future service. He could have blown me off and said too much time has passed! What impressed me was he was a man of his word! This is rare these days unfortunately! Scott took accountability for the shortcomings of his associates and looked to re-clean my car himself with no additional expense on my end. He went above and beyond to correct whatever was an issue and made it a point to show the character and excellence of his services. My car has been the cleanest it has ever been, as clean as the day I first got my car. Knowing that Scott has such pride in his company and services makes me think the issues that I had were a one off situation and I would come back to get my car detailed here again as well as recommend the detailing services to those around me. Overall, I am a satisfied customer wanting to share the extraordinary experience and service I received from Showcase Mobile Detailing Services.Services: Full body wash, Auto detailing

Showcase detailing is a company I ll recommend to anyone! I texted them on a Sunday and heard back same day. They got me on the schedule and showed up on time and professionally! I was scheduled at 2pm and they showed up at 11am. I purchased the $50 wash. Outside looked great! But they didn t even touch the inside. For such great reviews and paying $70 (after tip) I expected more for the money!

Phenomenal experience working with Showcase. From the convenience of them picking up the call versus a chat bot or texter. The appointment scheduling, professionalism from both phone etiquette to Technician who performed the job as an expert. He arrived early/on-time and was thorough about meeting expectations. They exceeded what I thought was possible given my vehicle gets used and not sure it s ever been cleaned until they got ahold of it. Thank you! I ll be scheduling again in the future.

I chose Showcase Detailing Solutions after about an hours research. When Harle and his partner showed up today they were very personable and knowledgeable! My white Sierra hasn't been this clean since the day I bought it.Although i bought the basic wash your think I spent hundreds of dollars on a complete detail!I would recommend Scott and his company to anyone wanting a great, thorough, cleaning of their vehicle!I'm glad I chose Showcase and will use them from now on when i really need a great care wash was

The owner Scott was able to get one of my vehicles from my work fleet in for a detail last minute. The car was trashed and gunked all over, including dog hair. I fully recommend Showcase moving forward. The vehicle itself looks cleaner than when we purchased it. The employee (didn t catch his name) was super friendly, expeditious, and thorough. Scott applied a ceramic coating to my new car last Friday. This is what I texted him today:Thank you so much for your fabulous work! It was parked for an hour in the rain, and I loved the tiny beads of water on the hood. Then I drove! Such satisfaction watching the water fly off the car! And it was practically dry by the time she was back in the garage! Amazing!

They came out twice for me to get the service that I paid $225 + tips. 1st trip out I waited a week to get on the schedule and they completely missed on all accounts.1st Crew: They were here for a total of 45 mins for a full detail including carpet shampoo and wash and wax. I work from home so I did not have a lot of time to get out and inspect. I know that was my mistake but floor mats were still dirty, door jams not wiped down, center console still had dirt and dust in it. There was trash left in the side door. Smudge marks on my back passenger window from my lab. I touched the carpets to see if they even shampooed like I paid for and they were dry and his excuse was "oh we steam them". I asked well shouldn't they still be a bit damp and he said no. I'm not a detailer so I accepted and moved on.I contacted the company and the owner came out and inspected the car. He apologized and offered to send out another crew. I accepted contacted him to schedule a time and had to wait another week to be put on the schedule.2nd Crew: They were here for a total of 1hr 20 min for a full detail but this time he told me they would do a paint correction to remove all the small swirl marks and scratches for free. The second crew did a lot better job but the "paint correction" was horrible. But the car did look clean carpets were still a bit damp and looked waxed not paint corrected. I received the cleaning I originally paid for but not paint correction that was promised to me for the inconvenience.Per the owners words during his first visit the paint correction should be about 2.5 to 3 hours.I emailed the owner about the second crew and of course no response! Do not whatever you do use this company!!!Services: Steam cleaning, Full body wash, Exhaust tip polishing, Seat shampooing, Engine detailing, Auto detailing, Wheel washing, Auto interior vacuuming, Car waxing, Paint repair

These guys are world-class. Did my wife's Subaru Outback after a couple of years of kids, dog, dings and the usual attempt at cleaning. They spent about 3 hours and made the car look better than new. Inside was meticulously cleaned. Minor body scratches buffed out, rims acid washed and waxed. Looks better than showroom quality. Would strongly reccomend these guys.

For 2 hours it was very poorly done. Lot's of missed spots of basic areas where there were stains and dirt. I would have paid $40 not $200. The owner kept mentioning about how old the car was, I'm pretty sure that has nothing to do with cleaning a vehicle well.Service: Auto detailingService: Auto detailing

Do not use this company. I received a $250 gift certificate for a Christmas present/2020 and I went to use it this month. It "expired" 06/2021 but, due to the pandemic, I was not willing to utilize it right away. The owner was not willing to honor the whole amount and "will take $50 off the amount. Making it $200. Hope you understand". No, I don't understand; you received the entire amount of money and I don't get the entire amount of the gift certificate. This is completely unprofessional and unacceptable. I hope anyone looking for a detail service keeps this in mind. If your service isn't what you expected, be forewarned that it may not be made right.

So the other day I parked near a sprinkler and came out to baked on hard water spots all over my 4runner. I called Scott at Showcase and they came to my work and had it looking beautiful again in no time. . Give them a call for all your detailing needs, they go above and beyond. Showcase Mobile Detailing out did themselves with the detail on my Mini! They came out at the time I requested and fulfilled all my needs for the detail. I have dogs which that means a a lot of car in the car that needed to be removed. The team did an outstanding job. Thanks so much! #supportlocalbusinesses

What can I say besides that I m disappointed. I paid for the highest tier cleaning they offer and I m disappointed with the level of cleanliness that was provided. The gentleman did not clean my center console, the deck lid still has a ton of swirls (I don t know how they manage this with a 3 stage paint correction), and they left the trash they removed from my car on my garage floor. I regret going with this detailing company.
