These People Charged My Daughter 400.00 dollars for a basic towNow I called them and the person was very nice and calm(obviously the call has been handled numerous times) They told me 400.00 is a flat rate for that property (somehow seems a little excessive)Well my daughter is young and just happened to get towedThe customer service person knew exactly who I was talking about . I believe it was because she knew exactly what they did to a young person who just happened to get towedIt very obvious they seen a desperate child and used that to get over on her.These People Are SNAKES

Had my car illegally towed also. There was only one side entrance that had anything about a car being towed. The only no parking signs state no parking in road or on vacant lots. I parked in the gravel. Was charged $30.00 daily storage fee when the only sign I found in the whole trailer park says $15.00 daily storage fee. I am taking them to small claims court

They stole my car from my place of business where I was managing and parked in our personal paid parking. They would not release my car even when they knew it was private property they took my car from. That day they towed 15 cars with out the owner calling or asking... 5 of them were employee cars. They said if I paid to get my car out at night so I could get my garage door opener to get in my house they d refund it the next day once confirming with the owner. It was a lie the owner was just as upset as me. He called them and made them release all employees cars. He said they had done this years before because it was after normal business hours they thought it was an easy payday. We had an event and owned the parking lot. I had to call the police and make a report. They broke my auto lock on my car after breaking into and stealing $400 sunglasses and money. It was a Lexus so I m thinking they thought it d be an easy payday. They are well known by the BBB with tons on complaints filed and reports to city police. Fortunately because we could prove they illegally took our cars from the owner they had to release the other employees cars.I was to take them to small claims court. I also filed a complaint with the attorney general.They are a couple who owns the lot, the brother is a meth addict. They live in tempe in my neighborhood. They are literally scum of the earth and pray on people to create business. They are known to take cars and steal their parking permits from the cars. This is an ongoing issue and the community needs to rise up together to fight against them and get them out of our town.Don t let them push you around.If anyone wants to start a FB group to get together and file one lawsuit please let me know!

I had my car impounded because i was parked in a manner i wasn't supposed to be. 100% my fault even if it is a silly rule. The gals in the office helped me better understand why my vehicle was towed and got me back into my car asap. They are only there to enforce the rules. Very helpful and respectful gals. Not a ideal situation but i'm glad they made the process easy!

I had my Toyota tundra towed for parking in a fire lane. I went there sunday night without an appointment and they were helpful enough to get my car back right away.I'm not sure why all the other comments are blaming them for doing their job and running a business. Good on them, just make sure not to park like an idiot or get upset at the person who called them to get your car towed.

If your lucky enough to have your car towed to this land of thievery and complete lack of respect for human kind, they cannot hold your car for ransom. Tell them you can't pay what they're asking and you'll call the police. They will settle for less money. These people are nothing more than vultures. Horrible people! Horrible service! Complete disrespect to customers. These people are nothing but thieves!

Do not EVER interact with these creatures if you have the choice. Very rude, very unprofessional and honestly, just plain stupid. I say this because the gal at the front couldn't understand how she could give me change when I handed her $50 in singles, and then she proceeded to be confused how $500 - $10 = $490. This was all on top of the fact that they illegally towed my vehicle that was validly registered. I'm not sure how they are still in business with an F rating from the BBB, but whoever is getting business from them must be just as shady. There's a special place in Hell for these people.

Yes. Massive thievery and scamming going on here at this towing company. If they do auto repair you had better not even think about going there. Liars. Thieves. Scammers. Losers. these guys have such bad reviews that they are probably gouging their towing customers as a result because they can't make any money otherwise. They charged me $400 for a private Towing situation from an HOA. You can guarantee I will go through great trouble and to the ends of the Earth to complain and get this company stopped. Thieves. STAY AWAY FROM THIS DUMP.

Had my car towed from my own complex at 3am because the parking permit wasn't fully visible. I pay rent in this complex, often have difficulty getting a spot behind the gates because of how late I get home, so I just park on the street where I can...and when I do find a spot behind the gates..stuff like this happens...and I am truly disappointed with the justification when I can prove my residency and pulled the permit right out of the vehicle. I just bought this car the other day and notified the complex of the vehicle that would be onsite as it changed from what was registered. And today...this...I paid $150 to get my car back from Gilbert just to bring it back to my home where it was towed from. HOA has been notified of this ongoing issue.

These losers are thieves, tried towing my girl friend's car leaving warning sticker in a NON- covered parking spot hence the guest parking. They need money and will take for any reason, parked over line, not parked straight, anything, just because I am sure they are hurting as a business. Make sure to never get service done by them and make sure to never contract with them. Terrible company, hope it fails miserably.

Unfortunately I fell Victim to there geniusly designed scheme. Pulled up to my condo to run some supplies upstairs.Briefly parking in a non parking spot due to heavy suplies ( totally my bad) . Came back downstairs a few minutes later only to find that my truck had been taken.Touche to the people at Schaefer and there insanely Quick Response Team.1 * is for my disappointment the second * is credit due to their quick response in fast-acting.I would have happily left a four-and-a-half star rating if they supplied me with a way to retrieve my vehicle the same night. I will now have to wait 12 hours before they open for business the next day

The people who run this company are thieves. I live in a town home community (renters and owners) and we are issued parking passes. My truck has been parked in the same area of this tiny complex for months with a parking pass hanging from the rear view mirror. Last night it was towed by these bottom feeders because my wife had hung another parking pass for her work in front of our complex pass, partially obscuring it. When I saw the picture the girl at the office took of the parking passes, you could clearly see there was a parking pass behind the other one. They towed our vehicle because it was not clearly visible, even though they damned well knew that was a valid parking pass behind the other one. I am so angry with this company I am going to do all I can to get the HOA to drop their contract.

100% THIEVES, Rude people, if you also try to recover your vehicle and have them send you the bill, they scare you with higher fees and their attorney fees, when their drivers are taking vehicles illegally. They need to train their drivers and they need to learn a lot of good customer service skills, they treat people like they are making you a favor when in reality you are making them a favor paying them a salary and having a very dishonest way to do business.

Horrible!! They tow vechiles here where I live and the driver is the biggest idiot on earth. He drives at night with no lights and thinks that's legal because it's on a property.like really are you stupid.! A neighbor called the cops on him because he did a hit and run on their car!

My vehicle was towed by this despicable company because it was parked in front of my house and my front tire was on the grass 1 inch. They told the cops it was abandoned on landscaping. Really??? $150 to get it back. Can you say SCAM!!!!

I've been here for almost 2 hours now and still no way of getting my car. They are holding it ransom and WILL be taking them to small claims court. While I'm typing this, I'm waiting for Gilbert Police to arrive and get my car.

Had a flat, no spare needed a tow. The guy gets there and doesn't have a flat bed has that pick up truck with a T thing on the back [excuse my lack of vocabulary]. He comes and puts the stuff down to start tow has me sign and gets vin #. He then asks what's wrong. I tell him back tire is flat. Then he tells me he doesn't have the right equipment and I'm gonna have to get another tow company. I told them what was wrong. Didn't offer for another one of their guys to tow it just left me waiting even longer for someone else to show up.

This company robs people and they robbed the wrong person. We are taking them to small claims court and guarantee with an Uncle who is a rated 5 Attorney, I am glad they messed with this family. See you in court with your 1.7 rating. What a pathetic company. Rude employees

Just like the people above me said. The pepeoplewho run this company are absolute thieves. They illegally take vehicles and then strip them of certain parts and claim their HD surveillance didn't catch a thing. Looks like they are going to have to deal with court yet again.

Victim of illegal towing. Showed staff full 360 video proving that there was no visible signage despite AZ towing regulations and Mesa City Code. PD had to show up to release car.

Shady business!! They are also known as alpha dragon. FYI everyone YOU DO NOT HAVE TO PAY A SINGLE CENT TO GET YOUR CAR OUT OF IMPOUND. AS LONG AS ITS NOT A POLICE ORDERED TOW YOU DO NOT HAVE TO PAY FOR A PRIVATE PROPERTY IMPOUND!

These are shameless discustin people.they straight up laugh at you when you are questioning their charges.i argued with them and they started to record and following me around with their phone trying to make me More pissed off.they are theives and dispicable they won't even print you a receipt.they sendit to you over a link .my sister in law didn't know about parking rule's since she was visiting and unfortunately I was not home at The time and my son did not realize where she had parked.they changed her 400 dlls to get her care .if they only knew what situation she was in .like they would Care anyways stupid heartless people!

Receive a 50-minute ETA on tow service via AGERO Drive showed up in 15-20mins and delivered my vehicle to my repair facility
