Took Service King 26 days to fix roof rails. When I got my car, they didn't fix it or repaint it, and didn't even inform about until I asked them. Got a lot of rattle noise, car was dirty with lots of dust inside. Had tocomplain about it to ins co and they set up 2nd appt to fix the issues. Still got rattle noise when I got my car back this morning. The receptionist was rude. I asked for an invoice or receipt she said there was no invoice or receipt. BAD service. I would not recommend to come to this shop.

Called to make an appointment for an estimate on our merecedes sprinter work vehicle. Gave them all the information, set the appointment and they confirmed by text. When we got there we were told our van was too large for their paint booth and that they would not even do the estimate. The heavy set lady at the front desk was rude. I will never use this company for any company or personal vehicle.

I'm afraid to be negative as they still have the vehicle, however, their communication is terrible. Get text saying they'll call, they do not, and now repair has been pushed out a month!

I would not recommend this location. I had a body work repair performed on my 2019 Mercedes E300. Everything seemed to be normal until the car was ready for pickup. When I arrived, I was given my keys and told my vehicle was outside. I informed the guy that typically there is a walk around conducted with the customer. Upon inspection, the car had not been cleaned, with dust on the interior and door jams from the repairs. There were also parts from the repair still inside the vehicle. I then asked for the manager who apologized for lack of quality control and took the vehicle to have it cleaned. Then I was told it was not actually ready, as another part needed to be ordered and the rear door would not lock. After troubleshooting for another week, overall it took two weeks longer than expected for the repair, without any compensation for the poor work and subpar customer service received. After this whole ordeal, the gas cap is no longer flush with body.Services: Painting, Body & Trim

I had a great experience with Service King! We did have some delay with getting parts to complete my fix, but this issue was out of their hands and they kept me informed just about every day with a text. Their customer service was excellent and their follow-through on customer satisfaction was admirable. They made sure we were taken care of, and I really appreciate that. Great job, Service King! I want to clarify that the other driver ran a red light so I am not a terrible driver. Repairs cost above 20k and the staff at Service King handled everything efficiently. I was always updated on the repairs and they were very thorough on explaining every single step. I had to take it back once for a minor issue and the manager, Eddie, was very reliable and accountable . He made sure I was taken care of and that my concerns were met. The car runs like it s brand new and I am very happy with Service King.

was told it would be a few days repair. A week and a half and still no vehicle. Several employees look bored here. Perhaps someone should manage this place and put them to work. After all, that's what they're paid for.Update: I did reach out to the owner listed below. I have gotten nothing.They painted my bumper the wrong color.Would you believe it's been 2 months and still have the wrong color paint on my car. And Rick hasn't called me back to schedule it.He needs to be fired.Services: Painting, Body & Trim

Doing business with this location was stress-free and easy. Having car damage is never a fun experience. I appreciate Service King making the repair process easy on my end. They constantly communicated to update me on when my car would be ready. They even got my car finished ahead of schedule. Staff was friendly and car came back as good as new!

Great customer service! They kept me updated threw every step of the process. They had my car towed to my house and they even washed and waxed my car. It looks like new! Really wish you could see the before and after pictures. Highly recommend if your looking for excellent quality work.

Conducting business with this location was a fantastic experience! I dropped my car off on a Monday to have the back door and bumper repainted. They told me my car would be done in approximately a week. To my surprise the repair was completed in 3 days, and the job done was immaculate. They even washed my car inside and out, including steaming the mats! The manager, Eddie Narramore, was very professional and a pleasure to work with! I would definitely recommend this body shop!

Fantastic experience here with Moses & my Dodge Charger. Not only did I have to reschedule my drop off two times in a row, I was also unable to pickup the car for a few additional days after the repair was complete.Moses worked with me the entire time from start to finish and couldn't have been more professional. He assured me the time frames were no problem and when we did meet we went over exactly what would be done to the car and how long it would take.The repair was immaculate, it looked like I had received a new bumper but Moses assured me they were able to repair my original - It looks brand new!A huge thank you to Moses and the team at Service King, they do a great job and you should feel a-ok leaving your vehicle with them! Very happy with the entire process.

It should come as no surprise that this repair shop is not BBB accredited after 46 years in business. Do yourself a favor, avoid this place like the plague.In June I took my car in for repairs, it is January when I am writing this review because it took that long for there to be a problem. I took my car in knowing that I had a thousand dollar deductible, of which I attempted to pay 3 times. Each time I was told they weren t charging me my deductible. I thanked them profusely each time. At the time, I assumed they weren t charging me because I had used them previously but didn t question why they weren t charging me. Fast forward to January, I get an email from my insurance company stating that the repair shop called them in an attempt to collect my deductible and that I need to pay it immediately. I respond letting them know that the repair shop informed me on numerous occasions that they were not charging me my deductible. The GM of service king responds to the email stating that they told me they weren t charging me because my insurance company left the deductible portion blank on the initial paperwork. In the same email he informs me that they are left with no choice but to turn this over to collections so I need to make arrangements to pay this immediately. At no point did anyone ever say, I m showing you don t have a deductible or your insurance company left that portion blank on the paperwork, do you know if you have a deductible, or hey I know we told you we weren t charging you your deductible but this is why we said that and we made a mistake and need to collect your deductible, nothing. Instead I get email threatening to take me to collections for something that they said they were taking care of. Again, do yourself a favor, avoid this place like the plague.

Great place for your car to be taken care of! The service was prompt and they provide lifetime warranty on all of the work that was done! Text messaging updates daily to save your time calling in. The team will make sure your car will be in tip top shape and running with absolutely no issues! After the major repairs they did a test drive and found out additional repairs are needed, which were done in no time! Manager Keith definitely one of the greatest managers I've known! He will not let customer leave unhappy

They seemed really nice when we dropped off the car. We had asked for a separate dent to be repaired and asked for a separate quote to be done to pay out of pocket. Everything was going great until our insurance company called us. They asked if we had approved two more quotes. There was some minor front bumper damage from scraping parking curbs, and the minor dent we had spoke to the desk clerk about. Thankfully our insurance company called us or we would have had to pay three deductibles. We called and stopped the work that was not part of our original agreement. When we received the car back the job looked clean and we were happy just to have that part done, but when we got home and started to further inspect we noticed that places Inside the trunk area were poorly done and there were places the paint was just not done at all. Overall they did an okay job and as long as your carefully watching them you should be fine.

Service King was fantastic! From the receptionist to Brandon my service advisor! Very knowledgeable, friendly and got my vehicle repairs done quickly and the car looked great! They even touched up a couple of paint scrapes on the entire bumper! I would definitely recommend Service King on Elliott, Gilbert AZ

Needed the front bumper and grill assembly reattached along with areas were the paint had been badly scratched areas were the clear coat had bubbled and was peeling, the car was washed and detailed, looked almost new. Service King is one of those places that you hope you never have to deal with in your life but I tell you what, if you ever do find yourself needing to have work done on your car, Service King is the place to go. Eddie made sure every week to keep me updated on the car and assure me it s in great hands. I got the car back and it looked and drove better than it did before. Not only did they fix all the damages on my mustang but they even cleaned both the inside and outside for me. Thank You Eddie and Service King for taking care of my baby!

GM Todd was absolutely outstanding and professional helping me get my rig fixed after a minor incident with a nefarious landscaping crew trailer. Worked with me explaining all the details of the job, called the rental co to get me picked up and turned the job around ahead of schedule. Great communication and service. Brandon Loring did a phenomenal job with my Dodge Dart. He was informative and kind and timely. My car bumper looks better than it did when I bought it brand new. I highly highly recommend this business and location. I am beyond satisfied with the customer service and repairs.

Moises did an incredible job. He and his team stayed a bit late and got my car done almost two days ahead of schedule time. As customer service is declining in the world, you'll find plenty of smiles and helpful folks in here!

Oh wow! Where should I begin?First of all, I really regret taking my vehicle to Service King(SK). The entire process was stressful. When, I called to make my reservation, the lady failed to mention that there was an Enterprise within the Service King location. This was after I told her that I needed a rental and had a rental confirmation number from the insurance company for Enterprise. So, I ended up going to pick up the rental car from another location.I dropped my car off for five weeks. I received a ridiculous estimate within 4 business days. When I state that it was ridiculous, I mean that they were saying it was going to be over $10000 in damage. My car is only worth a little over $11000. So that means it was in danger of being totaled which is total bs. I did a little recon online and found vehicles that had similar damage that were fixed for less than $8000. These people are money hungry scums. They lack integrity and definitely do not care about their customers or the quality of work that they perform. The insurance company did not take a look at the car for about two weeks. Their estimate was much lower. The whole communication process during the five weeks was horrific. It got a little better in the final week. I wish I could have dealt with someone other than Ruth. Her people skills are non-existent.When I picked up my car, the 'check engine light' was on. Hmmm..it wasn't on before. As a matter of fact, it has never been ON since I've owned the vehicle which would lead me to believe that Service King created the problem and it didn't mysteriously appear when I picked up the vehicle. In addition, the hatch area was extremely dusty. It was clean, when I dropped it off. The back windshield wiper was put on backwards which leaves little faith in the employees of Service King. I didn't notice it until the day after I picked it up since it was raining outside. :( How in the hell does a certified tech put a rear windshield wiper on backwards?I did mention the check engine light being on when I picked up the vehicle. Ruth questioned it saying that it was on when I dropped it off. I told her no and she double checked the original paperwork. So, one of the techs ended up rebooting the system instead of checking on the actual problem.Guess what?? The next day the check engine light came on AGAIN. I had to make an extra trip back to Service King to get it fixed along with the rear windshield wiper. It seems as though they would have did a quality check before releasing the vehicle. I'm crossing my fingers and hoping that nothing else occurs because I don't ever want to see this place again as long as i live!!
