Excellent customer service! I installed a Tundra hybrid power kit and needed technical help. Their customer service promptly responded and clarified directions and even sent me the parts needed to finalize my install. Best part is that they followed up a few weeks later to ensure that everything went well.Customer service is top notch. Thank you!

This place is absolutely amazing!!! If you are customizing your off road vehicle, this is truly a dream come through location. On hand supply is completely bunkers, with everything from wheels to exterior lighting and sooooooo much more. Your off road vehicle will thank you . You cannot miss this building right off the main road.So the question is if the place has changed. Yes, it just gets better every time I stop in.Now if only Google would stop suppressing actual customers reviews, that would just be awesome sauce.

I've been a loyal SDHQ customer from their original store on Baseline, and my continued patronage is a testament to the consistently exceptional customer service I've received over the years. Ryan has consistently gone above and beyond to assist me with pricing, technical support, and purchases. Today, alongside Ryan, there's a great team that includes Serenna, Brice, Alex, Jordan, Big Red, and Daniel. Ryan's commitment to treating customers right and getting things right the first time is clearly reflected in his staff! They are knowledgeable and always steer you in the right direction. SDHQ stocks top-quality parts and never oversells. I can't express enough gratitude for their invaluable assistance over the years!!!

Rey few companies have customer service like Sdhq. One of the reasons why it s my go to for f250 super duty parts. The s&b body mounts were on back ordered, but they went out of their way to contact s&b for priority order. I am a automotive service advisor and mechanic, so the I know how much it takes to run a company and provide the best service.

Ordered a set of their 2019+ Ranger A pillar light mounts for my truck and was very happy with the product and instructions. Easy installation and a high quality product.Shipping to Ontario Canada was fast and reasonable.Hopefully there is more to come for the Rangers!Great experience and great product. Will be back!

Very helpful... I ordered my intake and tuner from them. Had emailed the sales associate at 3 or 4 AM to get some tunes for the tuner, I must have been the first person he emailed that morning. After providing him the info he needed I had the tunes asked for. I had some issues with the program on my computer and the sales associate quickly put me in contact with someone that could help me with that. All of this at 7 or so AM.I have also been in the shop and the sales manager herself showed me all around the shop and showed me vehicles that had the products on them that I was thinking of purchasing for my Raptor. She spent at least 20 mins with me answering questions showing me different lighting options. Seriously some of the best customer service I have ever had and I didn't even purchase anything at that time.

I was seeking help with a Eaton Locking Differential for a 21 Ram 1500. The young lady who answered the phone and helped me was very polite, professional, and although she wasn't able to answer my questions she got me help and the team responded very quickly to my email with a fitment guide. Fantastic customer service and will be calling again in the future.

Since I first began visiting this place in 2005, things have only gotten better. Good fabrication parts are hard to come by, yet they always have what's needed. It's also much easier to plan when you can see it and handle the components rather than just view an online photo! Excellent merchandise and personnel!

Had serious terrible getting other motor sports shop to source the part I was looking for, reached out to SDHQ, and they were excited to take on the challenge! Not only were they able to find the part, but they got it ordered and received in under a week! Incredibly fast and top notch customer service! Prices are starting to really increase across the industry, but SDHQ goes above and beyond. Plus they have some awesome trucks out front.

I've bought various parts from Serena at SDHQ for 9+ years. She recently completed a full Carli suspension on my 2021 Ford F250 Tremor. They have an amazing facility, inventory and crew. Highly recommend SDHQ!!!!

Since May, when I received my truck, I have been visiting SDHQ. All of my questions have always been answered by Serena and the boys. They know a great deal. Everything I order is generally available the same day, if not the following day. I've only had positive experiences there, and I want to return for more. Regards, SDHQ!

I visited this place almost two years ago and have been a customer ever since. The sales counter people were really smart and actually saved me some money building my jeep. I say saved me money because I was all set to buy a lift kit and had a poor understanding of the differences between the different packages available on the web. In the end I was able to purchase a kit for a few dollars more but it came with everything. I woulda had to buy a bunch of non included hardware and components if I had gone the way I originally intended and this would have been over 1500 dollars more. Had I never gone in there, i would have been that guy who made an uninformed decision and ended up spending twice what I need to to get to the same place. With the savings I had them install it for me and guess what. They promised me my jeep back on a friday and it was ready two days early.Off road parts are complicated and these guys know their stuff. almost two years later my modifications are still functioning perfectly. Thank you SDHQ. im a customer for life.The only thing I dont like about this place is that they have such a huge inventory I find myself finding new things I didn't know I needed on their shelves every time I visit.

I've never had anything but positive interactions with SDHQ. Their customer service is top notch and they know their products inside and out. If you have an idea but aren't sure how to make it happen, this is the place to go. They are also very supportive of off road racers and can often be found at tech/contingency in the desert, helping out and just being awesome. I highly recommend SDHQ Offroad!

Huge shout out to SDHQ! Just had my 2019 Ford Ranger suspension upgraded to ICON stage 5 with UCA s. 2.5 Series coilover shocks with remote reservoirs +CDCV.Service was EXCELLENT! Appreciate the communication and service provided. Brice was amazing at explaining and answering all my questions.The truck rides soooo much better. I off-road enough to fully appreciate the upgrade and couldn t be happier. Just regret not having done the stage 5 upgrade from the beginning.Special note if your considering upgrading your suspension .the cost of upgrading existing ICON suspension later can be as much as just having it done in the first place.So if your debating between Stage 4 or Stage 5(CDVC), the cost difference is probably a few hundred upfront. Save up and buy the Stage 5. Upgrade cost wasn t a big deal. It s the labor cost that add up. Just thought that might be helpful to know in the beginning.The store is incredible, it has more truck and jeep accessories than I know about or what to do with.I would not hesitate to recommend this place.Thanks again to everyone at SDHQ!!

I was looking for some good suspension for my truck about 3 years ago and came across sdhq offroad on the internet after finding out about them on a forum. I gave them a call and told them what I wanted but I really didn't know enough about the parts I should get and had a pretty tight budget that I wanted to stick with. I talked to the salesman for a while and they helped me decided which route would be best for me based on my needs, budget and their experience with the parts I was looking at, which was a big deal because I didn't have any experience to go off of. After that first time I was impressed on how much they worked with me and answered all the thousand questions I had! Ever since then I've been going back and will continue to go back because I haven't found another offroad company that can beat their service and work quality. Thanks again to the guys and gals over there.

I ordered the total chaos long travel kit for my 2015 tundra and new fenders. This couldn t have been a better experience. The shop itself is world class and all the staff love off-roading, everyone is knowledgeable and as a customer you re in good hands. I was always updated on when my order was coming in. They have earned a life long customer.

First Bad experience, I did my research on SDHQ. It looked like a good company to buy from. unfortunately, I was sent a compression terminal kit that didn't fit my negative cable. Now i have a cut-up negative cable, so I had to improvise and micky Mouse my terminal so i can make it fit.

I purchased a Carli Ram track bar via the SDHQ Amazon store. After two weeks I received a Ford track bar in the mail with a Ram part sticker placed over the Ford part number. SDHQ washed their hands of the matter blaming Amazon. Interestingly the box had SDHQ tape on it and Amazon doesn't apply part numbers to products. It's obvious this part was in the hands of SDHQ before they gave it to Amazon (Amazon did not get it directly form the manufacturer). The fault lies squarely with SDHC and they are simply deferring blame. Now almost 4 weeks later I'm still waiting for a refund of over $700 (part and shipping cost) and am still without a replacement part. I don't like leaving bad reviews, but when a company can't take responsibility for mistakes I simply cannot give them a good review and must warn others to use caution. Pictures showing SDHQ tape and the faulty part number label.

No published shipping rates to Canada. You have to order, pay, and they will ��invoice�� you separately, making it harder to change you mind after if the rate is too high. I ll look elsewhere.

These guys don't know anything, I always have to bring parts back, cause they never get it right 1st time. Like this pic, swore it was right... nope not even close, it's just a simple he351 drain pipe gasket.Then other time sold me wrong turbo clamp. Tried to bring back, would only give me store credit..Said that's there policy.So today I was a little heated when gaskets where wrong cause had to stop what I'm doing and try to exchange them..Well the manager had a snowflake temper and gave me my money back and said he was going to help me out of the store.. pretty sure I walked in on my own to feet , I don't need help out cause you got feelings hurt.They suck and don't know anything when you ask about parts.If book doesn't tell them what it is, they have no clue.
