Manual in service center did an outstanding job. My car needed a total engine replacement. Manual kept me informed and did an excellent job pushing through the warranty request and approval. At the end of the day total engine replacement was done under warranty and took less than 2 weeks. Thank you so much!

Avoid this service center like the plague, my overall experience was a nightmare. Drop-off had no receipt and we had to park my non-operable car in their extremely bumper to bumper packed lot (huge liability), the receptionist is extremely rude, advisors are never available to take calls or even bother texting back. Had 3 people tell me 2 business days on diagnosis, it took a week and a half with 0 communication to let me know anything.Long story short, they misdiagnosed the car saying it had issue "X" when in reality they found out later it had issue "Z". Problem with this is that they wanted to charge me for both, and problem "X" which was the incorrect diagnosis cost 3 times as much as the correct "Z" fix.I give them 2 stars only because they did somewhat right their wrong after arguing with them, by only having me pay the expensive "X" repair (since parts were installed), and not having me pay additional for the correct "Z" correct since their own diagnosis was wrong. Rick my service advisor was very friendly as well and has the patience of a saint considering how livid I was with everything. This sort of made up for the lack of communication and other misdiagnosing issues..Mistake or not, this service center gives dealerships a bad rap. I paid 3x what the actual repair should have been due to the wild goose chase on irrelevant parts/fixes

LOST A CUSTOMER Pick a different Dealership! If you do choose this one just beware of the con-artistry you'll be subject to. Travis was horrible, he had No communication, not even a reciept for drop off. Claimed they had issues with their email. Held my car for 5 days after bringing it in for recall and warranty covered items. Told me that the warranty item was covered then told me it had expired even though Hyundai corporate told me otherwise. Told me I needed an Oil change when I just had one 100 miles prior. Asked for a quote to replace the entire AC system- not repair, then they wanted to charge me for diagnostics on the AC system which I did not request. Overall after having some words I am able to pick up my car for no charge but would have preferred to have my car repaired at a resonable charge and had a better experience. I do not recommend this location for service.

My 2023 Hyundai Sonata shut off while driving on the road. I had to have my car towed to Santan Hyundai Services. Not knowing when the car would get initial diagnosis, I had to wait for about a day without a rental car. Mrs. Hailey told me it can take up to 2-4 Business days to be seen when it was Friday. It was due to fuel injector issue, but this issue put me in great danger.I asked Mr. Ricky for an oil change and tire rotation. But they didn't rotated. I am uncertain if the tech really changed. I asked several times, they lied to me. But I have the evidence they didn't do it.Overall, I have an impression that this place does not care much about the customers and their needs. No transparency nor responsibility.

Amazing. It was a quick check in and service appointment. Skylar was professional and efficient as he confirmed and explained the services for my appointment. I was given a complimentary ride to and from my other destination while my vehicle was being serviced. My vehicle was also sent through the wash after. Highly recommend and will be returning for all my service needs! Thank you!

****update- after speaking with Larry, I was able to get my car worked on the next day. Despite it being an annoying situation, they handled it well and were able to correct their error. Thank you for assisting me!!**** Booked an appointment a few weeks ago due my car needing an oil change. Was told they were pretty booked up but that they could squeeze me in in a few weeks. I called today to double check the time of my appointment and it had never been booked. Now I have to hunt down another place and in the meantime, I've wasted time due to the fact I thought I had an appointment. The soonest they said they could get me in was over a month out. Horrible service. And no resolution. To an issue they caused.

This was the first time I ve had a good experience, realistically just want the expected come in drop off the car and pick it up.I bought my car here, and everything from followup (post sale) to now (roughly 1 year) has been a disappointment. I ve worked to have 3 oil changes and gotten only 1. I was sold the auto Bulter package which is a waste of money and now this location reduced their support and coverage for it. The management is absent and can t be bothered. The only thing that made this a great experience was having to re explain all of the challenges and allowing Chris to deliver. Chris was understanding to my frustrations and followed up. He made the exception to get my car in for oil change and auto Bulter and I felt he went above and beyond.Where I m truly grateful it shouldn t take complaining or a poor review to get great service. Where I ll always ask for Chris it may be wise to review something more scalable and look for opportunities to enhance to all around experience.

I d like to start off by saying that our service advisor Ricky was very nice.The 3 stars come from OVER a month wait to get in even though something was wrong with the transmission. The renovations make it difficult to know where exactly to go. We dropped our vehicle off on Friday and were told it would be ready on Monday. We had to reach out Monday afternoon and were then told it wouldn t be ready until Tuesday afternoon. We would have liked to know it wouldn t be ready until Tuesday so we could have planned for it.

Even with the major renovation this location is doing, they made the process of getting my car fixed easy. There are people as soon as you drive in directing you and getting you set up for your service and they have created a nice waiting area in the temporary space. My car had problems with the navigation system and they kept it overnight and did a full download. All of the problem were taken care of and Mario even sat in the car with me before I left to show me it was all working properly. My hybrid battery died. They offered to take a look at it and suggested it would not be as bad as my car said it was. While I didn't take my car to them, they were very helpful and supportive. When I need dealer only service, they will be my choice.

Scheduled an appointment to fix a recall issue only to show up to the appointment six weeks later and find out when I got there they did not have the part. Went back the following week after they assured me they had the part and were holding it for me. They again told me after I showed up they did not have the part. They finally got the issue taken care of after multiple trips to the dealership and told me they would deliver the car to my home. Got a call a few minutes later that said they had called the wrong customer and they would not be bringing my car to me. I was also told I would receive a free oil change in the future for all the trouble. When I picked up my vehicle, they did not provide anything for the free oil change.As both a Genesis and Tucson owner this would have been my preferred dealership given the location but I will be drive however far I need to in order to find a more organized dealership in the future.

Been a long time customer disappointed that I couldn't get in for a simple oil change apparently there booked until june...oh I have recalls as well. When I told the guy I couldn't schedule an appt 2 months out he said for me to be careful because my anti theft was on recall well thanks for your help..even if I did have an appt you want me to go another 2 months without fix. Luckily I called Tempe and they got me in a week for what I originally wanted an oil change. And the lady who helped there was very nice.

Had a great experience. I had an issue with our new Car. Reached out to our sales rep Ken, who is a pleasure to work with, He helped get us in right away. Kevin in the service center was wonderful to work with. He got things taken care of quickly. I m so happy we chose San Tan Hyundai for our new Palisade!

I spent months looking for a Hyundai dealer that would even answer phone for you my New Santa Cruz. I emailed and all that contacted me was sales reps, one called back three days to schedule an appointment , when I specifically asked to talk to a actual service writer. I was frustrated had a warranty issue, and the dealer I did use told me three days wait, then three days repair and maybe a week until I could get in, with no loaner. I got lucky With Kevin in service department, not only did he answer phone calls , he got me in soon for check , they found strut issue , I left , came back two days later when part came in and done in 2 hours. Maybe I got lucky with San Tan with Kevin, but they have earned my business for my Hyundai from now on . Thanks again Kevin , PaulServices: Steering & suspension repair, Auto maintenance

Not a fan of this service center. Free service (oil change, tire rotation) which is scheduled for day and time still requires a 1.5 - 2 hour wait time. Currently, hood latch won t operate (low on wiper fluid) and earliest service appointment is November 28th (five weeks from now) Feels more like they want to discourage your use of their service department Have never purchased a new vehicle with such an unaccommodating, unavailable service department.Service: General repairs & maintenance

Don t go here. They make u wait at least 1 month for any service regardless if it s an emergency or under warranty or not! Even just an oil change. They even tell you it s Not under warranty when in fact it IS!! Absolute disgrace of service and supposed advisors. And they really don t care how rude, unfriendly, unprofessional and unhelpful they are. Save your time and energy and drive to Chapman Hyundai Scottsdale.

I went to get my car serviced 4 days ago, there is only 10,000.00 miles on the car. I was told that I have a major oil leak and it was critical to get it fixed, I agreed to make an appointment and advised I would need a loaner car, my service advisor Caleb said that he would get all the details done and call me. He made it seem as though I have major problems with my car, I have yet to hear back. I have even left 2 messages and no call back.Service: General repairs & maintenance

Worst experience when dealing with a car dealership. I called and it rang forever after I selected option 2 for service dept. Hung up and called back. Got Jessica, she was not helpful at all. She did verify that my car had no recalls but I wanted to make an appointment and she said no because the dealership was not taking any new customers. Didnt know that dealerships were now like doctor offices. I asked to be transferred to a service dept manager to get a question answered about my door locks. Was put thru to a voicemail. Dont think I was really going to get a call back from a person especially since I was not a customer of theirs. Dont go there!!!!

Had to do an update on vehicle. Line was unbelievable...no shuttle or pick up, waited for service and time frame was 2 to 4 hours. Brought crossword, book and lunch. Had time to do a few puzzles and within an hour my vehicle was ready for me. Washed, serviced and sitting outside.

Terrible technicians had a recall on a 2013 veloster they put a remanufactured engine and broke all the coolant hoses then turned around and told me it was maintenence items and I had to pay cash out of pocket just for them to do their inspection & for me to get my car back. Not to mention they left me without a loaner vehicle so I had nothing for a month... very disappointing to even consider yourself a "BUSINESS" SCAM ARTIST!

They over charged me for work they did. They give me the price of 1200 but when I when to get my vehicle they charge me 1567. They don't give you transportation as your vehicle is getting repaired. And you have to wait for 2 weeks to get your car back. Worse place everService: TransmissionService: Transmission
