I brought our family van in for a recall that we received in the mail. The paperwork said it should only take a day. While dropping the van off I was told it could be a few days, I explained how tough it was going to be because no other vehicle could fit my big family but I know how business can be so I was understanding. The recall paperwork said a rental would be coved but when I asked for one I was told none were available. Well after a week and a half and being passed around to 3 different services people. I asked again for a rental and finally was able to get one. Another week went by before our van was fixed. It took 2 1/2 weeks to complete the work that was supposed to take 1 days. Also the door to out fuel port was broken when we got our van back. Definitely a frustrating experience.

I bought my F-150 in November of '23 and took it in for its first oil change, tire rotation and 10,000 mile inspection. The price was more than fair. The whole staff was friendly and Zachary my service writer was very communicative.Great place for service!Oh yeah...loved the show of force in the morning! You all looked eager and willing to take care of my truck!Thank you!

Fantastic experience with my first service for my Lincoln Navigator at San Tan Ford. Service Advisor, Zach Roinick, was attentive, provided great, frequent communication, understood the service request and completed without any complications and had everything on the service list done in one day. My Navigator was washed and then delivered to my home. Thank you for a service well done!

I bought my F150 2 years ago and taking it here for service. This is definitely the gold standard in quality, service and customer orientation. All other Ford dealers service should measure themselves against San Tan Ford. Every single time straight As. Thank you !

Last week, I had the tires and rear brakes serviced on our F150. Jake our service advisor was very helpful and attentive throughout the process - from quoting the job through to the completion of the work. Highly recommend!

We have purchased all our vehicles here over the years. I just had warranty work done on my F150 and as usual the service department is always courteous and outstanding! Jesus was our rep this time and he did an awesome job!

I get the oil change. Nice they provide Lyft when you have to wait a long time. Every time I come the list of things that they say need urgent attention with my car gets longer lol. Which seems like a scam. Otherwise great.

I purchased a Ford F-150 from San Tan Ford in 2020. I began to hear an undetectable noise and was worried they would not be able to repeat it. I asked to drive with the technician and he diagnosed the noise immediately to be my springs. They replaced the isolator pads and all was good. However what was cool was he noticed that my dash had warped, I had not even noticed. They also replaced my dash all under my factory warranty. I was treated with professionalism and the utmost respect. I dropped my truck off and was on my way with a rental in a very short time. As long as San Tan Ford keeps up their impeccable customer service I will have my car serviced there. Shout out to Eric Thompson who took care of me, I will always ask for Eric!!!!!

Extremely frustrating experience(s). Multiple issues with my 2020 explorer which I purchased from them brand new. They put band aids on issues until the warranty ran out just to tell me things aren t covered under warranty when their bad aids where out.

It's a rare time when a dealership sticks to their appt times and the service is completed as promised on time. They even paid for Lyft rides. Awesome!!

I think the techs do good work here, however service schedules appts at least a month out and parts needed for warranty repairs don't arrive when expected leading to many extra weeks of waiting.Also, communication with my service advisor has been a struggle. He is hard to reach by phone and doesn't always reply to emails, and hasn't shared the outcomes of each of the concerns I reported before dropping off the vehicle.The vehicle they rented to me, which turned into a Ford-paid rental as the wait got longer, was in okay condition but not nearly as fuel efficient or fun to drive as my own vehicle.I'll update this when the part they're waiting on has arrived and been installed.

Although I was late they kept my appointment without giving me a hard time. Traffic sucks and I know I should plan for it, but life happens and they understood so their customer service skills are 5 stars in my book, I only rated 4 stars bc I wanted to be fully serviced (i.e. change spark plugs) but it was just an oil change that included changing my air filters. The work they did was great, but I wanted to be fully serviced not just an oil change.

Amazing Dealer Service! I scheduled online, which was super easy, then when dropping off my vehicle they were very friendly and helpful, answering all of my questions. Communication was great throughout the day and everything I requested was completed by the end of the day. I was especially pleased because this was my first time using their service department, after being disappointed with the service we had been receiving for the last 9 years at a different, closer dealership. I am sold on San Tan and will continue to return here, despite it not being the closest dealer to my home. Thank you!

Wanted to buy a new 2023 truck. It was $88,000. I had $17,000 in trade in equity. Final price if the new truck?!?... $119,000. Or $1500 to $1800 a month truck payment. San Tan has weird math. Or someone hoping for a big commission. No, I did buy the truck...

We bought our 2017 Energi Fusion new at STF and have had all service and warranty repairs done there. Great interval service and warranty repair coordination by James. Josh in tires, batteries provides excellent service, and we have used their Remote Service, during COVID, with 5-star results as well.

I would give them negative stars if that was an option. I purchased my truck from this dealership with a maintenance package, they told me I had to get my maintenance done at their dealership. Not true.My first experience with Joshua in the service dept was great. My second was with Robert/Ashley, Ashley was who I had my appt with, she was oblivious to the fact that I even had one. Then she said Robert would help me. Robert doesn't know how to do his job. He failed to notice I had a maintenance package. Wanted to charge me for my 60k mile maintenance, and charged me for rotating my tires, which comes with the oil change, along with washing my vehicle, which didn't happen. When asked about it, he literally said he didn't realize I had a maintenance package. I've never had to ensure they knew that. He texted me saying that I could text him any time with questions or for updates, he never responded to those messages. He then called my husband about the work being done, when I gave my number and my husband isn't the one that knows anything about my truck. When I called to ask about charges, he didn't return my calls, I had to call and ask to speak with anyone in service, and he happened to be the anyone answering the phone. Then told me he thought he called me. Initially, San Tan told me to just drop my truck off and they'd get to it sometime in the next 2 weeks, but I made an appt anyway, thinking they had a scheduling service for a reason. They also won't give you a rental until they verify warranty work, which i get, but not when they're cool with you being without a vehicle for 2 weeks before they can even figure out the problem instead of actually using their scheduling system for the purpose it was intended.Every dealership has at least a 2 week wait for transmission work right now. They not only didn't fix my transmission issue, they made it worse, so I had to go without my truck again to fix what they couldn't. Larry H Miller had a 2 week wait as well, but they at least rescheduled my appt for when they could actually look at it. They also communicated the whole time and didn't charge me for things that I shouldn't be charged for. I will be taking all further business to them instead. San Tan Ford was probably the worst experience I've had at a dealership. And I'm still waiting to get my money back that he said was charged by accident. I work in the service industry, and I believe in giving people the benefit of the doubt. But Robert went beyond deserving that and should probably reconsider his career choices.

+1 to San Tan Ford Service.Windshield cracked traveling on 60W and took it in to San Tan Ford a couple days ago.Scheduling, handover and quality of work were all great. I had my windshield replaced, tires rotated and a software update applied.Shoutout to Lincoln for being a thoroughly professional service advisor.All in all a great experience with the San Tan Ford Service team.Services: Tire rotations, Vehicle Inspection, Auto windshield replacement, Auto maintenance

Every time I take a vehicle here to be serviced The works package . They pencil whip the tech sheet. I even wonder if the change the oil. They lie and do horrible work. I m a big ford fan and this place is an absolute disgrace. I ve never seen such lack of pride in someone s work.

Expect to leave your vehicle here for at least two weeks. I have to reach out to get updates. Couple days ago I called after my car being there for several days, I asked what was wrong with my car and they still had not finished the "diagnostic". They can't "find" the issue. They said, "It is difficult". My father was a mechanic for over 25 years and he would know this service is terrible and excruciatingly slow. It's just a fusion. Honestly feels like they want to overcharge for labor and I'm not surprised.
