These kids told me my side wall was bubbling. Took it to discount tire and the found something in the tread. Thank you discount tire for saving me money.

I asked for it! I always look for the best deal and sometimes it hurts small business and comes at the expense of customer service. Example: I was the only customer/car in the entire tire center with two techs working on my Tahoe. They took 1.5 hours to change my four tires when another company did the same work in ~15 minutes every prior time I've had it done. Watching them work was like watching slow-motion!Furthermore, the tire center is on the opposite side of the building then the entrance. I grabbed five or six groceries, paid for them, and waited next to the tire center door for them to finish my vehicle which was about 5 feet away. When they were finished, the gentleman let me know that I could not go through the door with any purchased items (even with my receipt in hand) and that I would have to go across the entire store to the main entrance/exit, and then walk back around the entire building to get to where my car was sitting 5 feet away. I don't completely blame this on the gentleman because it was store policy and he might have gotten in trouble but holy cow, at a small business no one would ever dream of treating a customer this way!One star for successfully installing tires.Negative 4 stars for horrible customer service!

The older guy in the shop needs some customer skills. Not the person to deal with customers and teach the newer younger guy. He was not at all helpful.

Had one experience here and it was outstanding. They got me in and out quick, had the battery for my car in stock, and bent over backwards to accommodate me. I recommend this location without reservation.

Very helpful and fast service. Honored my replacement warrenty eventhough I didn't have my recipt.

This location is always helpful. They want to do right by me and often go above and beyond what you'd expect from a tire center.
