Pep Boys exceeded my expectations in every way possible. From the moment I walked in, I felt like family. The staff went above and beyond to ensure that my car was taken care of promptly and efficiently. Their dedication to customer satisfaction was evident in every interaction. Not only did they fix my car on time, but they also provided exceptional service throughout the entire process. I highly recommend Pep Boys to anyone in need of automotive care. They truly treat you like family and ensure that your car receives the attention it deserves.

Do NOT go to this location. Dishonesty doesn t begin to explain. I am the son of a mechanic, zero trust in this location. Apt for oil change at 2pm. Collected my keys and left after 3pm car not even touched yet. I walked into garage several time and not a single person there wanted to be. They all looked like they hated their jobs. Nothing like a typical pep boys atmosphere. Clearly the person running this location makes it a very difficult place to work. I actually feel sorry for the employees.

Overpriced went in for a broken window regulator and to replace they charged well over 500 dollars. Keep in mind I dont drive a luxury vehicle or anything like that. Didn't make a fuss about paying but won't be returning here.

I had a full synthetic oil change with free inspection. It was a bit more pricey than I was expecting. I've been doing my own oil changes for years so I didn't know what to expect on the cost. Free inspection brought up a bunch of codes. Was quoted $35 to have the codes further diagnosed. I will be going back for the dx. :-)

I ve gone here a few times and they re always friendly, professional, and clean. I really like the online real time updates of the work preformed, recommendations listed by urgency, and photos.

Need it new tires ordered a set of 4 which was over $1400 set up the appointment once in there they kept the truck longer than expected issues with equipment but overall great service... wasn't happy that the alignment wasn't included though with the purchase specially after spending that much money

Terrible customer service and dishonest marketing tactics. I would have saved nearly $200 if I went to another tire shop but I chose Pep Boys because of their deals listed online, which were not honored in store.Save yourself and avoid Pep Boys because they're liars.

This location is not the normal Pep Boys. It s a much smaller foot print with better customer service and more knowledgable team members. The staff at this location are so amazing that it s like being at a BBQ with your friends rather than being at a garage that always try s to up sell you. I got rims and tires, shocks, struts, oil change, and fixed my axel seal. The manager knows his tires and offsets like a machine! Thank you to the team at this location, I love my experience and new wheels!

John the manager deserves a raise plain and simple. Had to get an oil change, usually I do it my self but seeing as I waited too long I had to get it done here! Afterwards I checked it again and saw there was oil left over as well as dripping coming from my filter. Afraid it had cracked or something was wrong I went back, John met me outside before I walked in and was extremely helpful and understanding as I truly didn t want to come off as unreasonable.He was extremely professional and even offered to let me go up under and take a look at it before I was given the keys back with the proper safety gear on.If there is anyway I can contribute to John getting the recognition he deserves or a raise then sign me up!

Honesty and integrity are the first words that come to mind. They very easily could have ripped me off for an unnecessary repair am I would have never known. Instead they told me the truth and sent me on my way. Yvonne, you just got yourself a repeat customer!

Came in to get tire alignment, and was told my tires aligned. Called me 30 minutes into looking at it, I was told the brand new bolt on my brand new control arm was loose and the nut was missing. Took it back and looked; the "missing" nut was sitting right next to the bolt, next to a bushing from one of their machines still next to it. Not only did they lie to me to try get me to pay $300 to do nothing, they left it off for me to drive off unsafely.If hard evidence existed, these criminals would be behind bars. Don't trust your safety to them.

Luis Giron and crew provided exceptional customer service. Came in for tire mount/balance and wheel alignment. Helped identify a cam bolt issue and were very communicative the entire process. I've been to many shops and haven't been happy but these guys exceeded my expectations. I will definitely be back. Thank you guys again

Broken trust. Been a customer for over 5 years. Tried to double charge me, told me I needed extra services that I clearly did not. Tried to tell me my tire was damaged beyond repair and needed a new one- clearly did not. The tire was never flat and I took it immediately to where the tires were purchased. No damage and still practically new. Manager blamed "covering crew"and did nothing to apologize. I have a service contract on the vehicle, but will soon be in the market for a new vehicle and will NOT continue service with this place- I no longer have faith in them.

My husband dropped his work truck off at 10:30am for tire replacement and the job was not complete until 7PM. Kept being told one excuse after another for the delay. When he drove off, the tires were completely out of balance. Will now have to take it to another shop to get the job done right. Never again. This is why we always go to Discount Tire for our personal vehicles.Update: noticed the next day that one hubcap was missing so obviously was not secured by this shop as well

Luis and his team went above and beyond to take care of my Tahoe post lift installation. My appointment was near the end of their workday and they stayed 30 minutes past closing time on a Friday just to get the exact fit I wanted. Definitely recommend. Thanks again guys!

Brought my truck here twice to service my tires and they were super helpful. First time to change my tires and the second time to fix a nail in my two of my tires. Couldn't recommend them more. Professional, fast, and helpful. They took care of my patch and fix quick, even when they were super busy (I went in without an appointment). I'll definitely be taking my truck here to be serviced moving forward.

Been two hours, still waiting. They told me they would get to my car immediately. I did business here based on that lie. Had I known I d be sitting here 2+ hours I would have gone somewhere else. Will take my business elsewhere in the future.Update, still here, now nearing 3 hours, to change a tire. 3+ hours to change the tires. Going on a hour a tire.

I don t remember the last time I got such amazing customer service from a body shop. The man who fixed my tire was incredibly kind, funny, knowledgeable and did a fantastic job. I had an emergency and they took me in right away. Such a great experience all around!

Went to Pep Boys to get my car looked at and they were amazing. They didn t do any work on it that was not necessary and were open and honest about what needed to be done! It s nice to see a car place that is really there for their guests and not just trying to get money. Staff was friendly and got the job done quick!

Aubrey is the new manager at this location. Wow! What an amazing improvement in quality customer service here!Supplemental info:Updated review 10/15/2022Took my new ( used ) car into get an inspection today. Even though they seemed EXTREMELY BUSY, the manager made sure I got quick service. And while waiting, I had a free cup of hot coffee they provide. It's my opinion that THIS PLACE is the only Pep Boys to go to for all your automotive service needs. You will not be sorry.

Always very kind and up front at this location. Slower service due to low staffing but they advertise that up front as soon as you walk. I m a twenty something female and always feel that they re honest about the work my car has needed, both when I come in alone and with male family members. Thanks pep boys!
