Stopped by to pick up new windshield wipers and their employee Jeff looked up the exact wipers I needed without me asking and managed to install them when I wasn t paying attention. This is the second time I ve been to O Reilly s at 2 different locations and received above and beyond service. Thank you for bringing customer service back! Give Jeff a raise! :)

Jeffery the manager is extremely knowledgable and helpful. He changed out my battery and got me on track with a few other issues for my car. I really appreciated the service and kindness shown to get me back on the road safely.

I've been coming here for about 3 years now and they always help you out or at least offer, and not in that usual kind of auto store guy way. They actually asked you questions speak to you like you're human and even save you money on their suggestions! If you're looking for a Reliable Auto advice without the markup this is the place check in with Nick especially about your air conditioning

They're always very knowledgeable and helpful. I've been there several times over the past years and I've always had a good experience. I used to go to their competitor because they were slightly closer to my home, but I no longer do that. I only go to O'Reilly. And it doesn't matter who helps you. They're all very helpful. Thanks for the excellent service!

Was going to get a Wix filter but they didn't have any for my vehicle in-stock, not complaining but they had the K&N oil filter, and my Royal Purple oil. Guys behind the counter offer reliable service and usually bring up deals on products most the time haven't had any complaints about this location as long as I can remember

I love these guys! They've been so helpful every time we've come in. When I have a question they come outside and look at my car. When my wife went in to get wiper blades they went above and beyond to put them on for her! Not once have they not been helpful and attentive. They make sure I"m getting the right part and they give me advice on proper installation. They're pleasant as well and the store almost always has what I need. I'm a novice but they don't make me feel stupid. I'm a small business owner so I appreciate the lessons I learn about customer service from these guys.

Matt helped me out and he was great super helpful I definitely recommend this store it s super clean also took my old battery out for me and put in the new one all in the parking lot thank you so much Matt this place will be my go too! I know I can trust them!

Stopped in to get an A/C recharge bottle for the wife's van. Kevin and staff were very helpful in explaining a bit more about how to add the refrigerant effectively and test to make sure all was working well. Better service than anticipated! Thanks for a great experience.

19 Sep 2021We stopped by this location today and purchased a battery for our Toyota Rav 4Angel was the tech who squared us away. When we arrived he was installing wipers on another customers car and stated he ll be right in. Once their transaction was completed, Angel took care of us. He was super polite, confident, and I wouldn t hesitate to return to work with him.Thanks AngelTommy

Sarah Marie at the West Warner Rd. location was very helpful in finding an off market air filter for my 2001 Chevy! She had multiple air filters shipped to the store for my truck, and even ordered more that she thought might work. She embodied exemplary service in looking for the correct part, and had amazing customer service doing so!

Horrible quality of batteries. Service is just as bad.Update. After trying to exchange a 7 month old battery for not working and then telling me the battery is fine.I took it to real professional at the dealership. Bad battery.This place won t even stand behind their own products.

I originally went to autozone on Val vista and Warner, had the worst experience needed a simple headlight replaced. He tried to upcharge me for a single head light and wouldn t install it. I called Chad B and he was very inviting and knowledgeable. He invited me to come and offered to replace the light for me. Awesome guy would recommend everyone to go see him. Thanks Chad B.

Super disappointed. After talking on the phone with a really nice guy (was told by store it was probably the manager), I ordered a part. On the phone he said he d come outside with me when I got there and check to make sure it was right and check on a few other things I needed. I waited all day until they got the part, but when I went in, the manager had already left. The guy behind the counter rudely told me that they don t do that when I told him the guy on the phone said he d come out to look at it. I asked when the manager would be back and he evaded answering.There a lot of places I could have gone to. I picked this one because the customer service was great on the phone. But now I think you re terrible.

Gabriel was very helpful in trying to find the right part for my car. He went the extra mile cross referencing since it's a 2020 and finding a part for a newer car can sometimes be a pain. Unfortunately it's still a dealer item only, transmission fluid filter, but Gabriel provided me with the OEM part # to take to the dealer so I can pay through the nose instead of at O'Reilly's. LOL Highly recommend O'Reilly's, they got folks like Gabriel who go the extra mile.

I showed up here with a bad battery. When Al was replacing my battery we found that one of my terminals was so corroded with battery acid that it was broken in several pieces! Al was such a HUGE help. He found a spare temporary terminal and found a way to "fix" the problem until I could get the new terminal part ordered. Thank you Al for your amazing customer service and all of the hard work and dealing with my broken car for a hour. He made my car drive-able so that I could get home!

Javier helped me out in a pinch! It was the first big rain storm in a while (a few weeks ago) and I actually visited the Autozone across the street first. They sold out of the wipers that fit my specific make and model. It was a bit of a pain to figure that out too. Anyway, I made my way to O'Reilly's and Javier saved the day! He found the right wiper for my make and model and it took <10 minutes. I was then safely able to drive through the storm to where I needed to go. I must say, this experience may make me consider O'Reilly's over Autozone next time I have to make that choice! Nice job Javier and thank you!

I called around to several shops looking for a spark plug for my motorcycle, and they were able to cross reference it for me and though it is not in the store now, they said they will have it by 5:30 this evening. That is awesome, compared to "Uh, I dunno. . . " from the other guys who didn't even try to cross reference the part number from Honda.

Extremely rude and unprofessional staff and management. Will never be shopping here again. Multiple customers were helped before me when they came in after me and no one even acknowledged that I was standing there. The only time anyone ever acknowledged me was the assistant manager when he got mad that I was upset that they had literally helped 3 people that came in after me and hadn't even said 1 word to me when I had been waiting in line for over 5 minutes.

I am a long time customer to this location. I purchase lots of products for all my automotive work. I build race cars and need lots of tools and auto fluids to do so. I recently called in looking for transmission oil. Asked for Royal Purple Syncromax the agent answered.. "Is that a fuel treatment." I said no it's transmission oil.. he Said "Let me check." Comes back way my "Yes we have it" I show up out of my way expecting it to be there with good customer service and what do I get. The same Man on the phone walks me over to the gear oil and says here you go...SHOWS ME SOMETHING COMPLETELY INACCURATE I asked for syncromax as it states clearly on the product I wanted and the agent shows me 70w 140 royal purple gear oil. I did not ask for gear oil but transmission fluid. Then ge goes on telling me that I asked for gear oil when I didn't. Has the nerve to tell me off. So I left I would not be disrespected anymore.

Friendly guys in the store couldn't get part I needed, however ordered it online for delivery to my home/office and got a discount. If it would have been easier to get in store this review would be 5 star.
