"Heads Up, Napa Managers: Here's Why Robert is Your MVP"Originally I went the Napa store in Gilbert for some basic gear oil, then enter Robert to help me out. This dude completely flips the script on what I thought I was there for. He's not just handing me what I asked for; he's on point, showing me I could use some OEM quality brake parts too. Before I know it, I've spent over $600 on premium parts for my truck, which I was going to go to FORD for.Robert knows his stuff inside and out. He made sure I got exactly what I needed for my truck. We're talking checking each part, making sure it fits like a glove. It felt more like shooting the breeze with a buddy than parts buying He even made sure I didn't forget the small but crucial stuff like brake cleaner, wire wheel, grease and gloves.I've maintained my vehicles my entire life, and it's rare that someone actually catches my attention, let alone convinces me to buy extra. But Robert's got this down pat. It's crystal clear why loyal customers keep coming back it's because of smart personable and knowledgeable guys like him.The parts fit perfectly, no squeaks and stops like brand new again! Needed a battery. NAPA was the only place that would delivery in-stock batteries quickly! I ordered after hours and received the battery first thing in the morning on a Saturday! The store even called to respond to my order question! They quickly delivered my battery, lifted into my car for me, and took my old core! I had my new battery in in 15 min. My only suggestion is it would be nice to have installation services for a battery at your location. I'd pay an additional $25 for it.

It took them five days to fill an order with no updates other than when it was filled, but the location was clean, staff was courteous, and nothing was missing from the order.

Exceptional customer service, I ordered the part from the parking lot, walked in, and it was ready to go already. Got my parts and was given sound advice for my repair and had no problem returning the core. Thanks again. Will be back!

I have been a customer of Napa for most of my life. They are my go to auto parts store.But I recently found out their hour are posted wrong.There is nothing more irritating then to be lied to. I called to see if they had a part available and used Google Maps for the phone number and the hours are posted there. It said Napa s was open until 8PM.Yes I should of asked how late they were open but why would I the hours are posted on Google Maps.Napa can you please have this changed so others don t have the problems I had & have to go to AutoZone across the street?

Went in on Friday because I was having car battery issues. As I was walking in one of the Customer Service tech open the door and asked How he can help. I stated I may be having a battery issue came right checked my battery 2 different timesSaid battery was still good. Great customer service!

quality parts at affordable prices.. my favorite place to get my parts plus I know the parts will fit and be the correct part so dont have to go back frustrated because they gave me the wrong parts like some other stores tend to do

I called in to verify when the store closed and I checked on google both stated 7pm. When I arrived at the store it was closed at 6:05 pm. Apparently they are only open until 6pm. I spent an hour round trip driving to the store. Very poor customer service. Then I was told by one of the drivers that the manager would still help me. I sat around waiting for another 30 minutes and he never showed up. This is all because their battery only lasted a year. Terrible quality all around.

We were buying a couple of really expensive parts and they gave us a 20% discount, a free NAPA shopping bag that we find more useful than we thought (parts, returning cores, etc). The next time we went in, they gave us an American flag since we brought our NAPA bag, the kids loved it. They always have Quality parts and this store has fantastic customer service as well!

PAUL IS AMAZING !!!!! I need a part that was very difficult to find and he was able to pull some strings and cross reference my part numbers to find me the OEM product. He was able to give me a price warranty and it s arrival information. THANKS PAUL!!!!

I forget about Napa, but I won't be now . Ordered online, received a few update emails before getting the ready to pick up email. Picking up was easy. When I walked in an associate asked what he could help me with, told hiim I was there for an online order, he pulled it up, verified the name and product, printed me out a receipt and I was good to go. I'll definitely be going to Napa in the future, and you should to.Thanks

Wow what an experience! I worked with Robert today. Very attentive, hustled like I was going to pay him personally. Great personality and went above and beyond to make sure everything I needed was ordered and ready for me in one place. Great job ! Ask for Robert!!

Very busy store. The whole crew always working hard and non stop. Great customer service. I lost my receipt for a defective alternator, no problem they exchanged it and they also installed a battery for my wife and put wipers on for my daughter. Great neighborhood store...also when I was in the store a customer came up short on money, they took care of him. Great store.

Part was more expensive than the AJ store but they were out of stock. So made the drive and bought them anyway. Then I end up not needing them so I drive over to return. After two weeks and paying with debit card I asked for cash. One employee butts in to the transaction and says NAPA doesnt do cash advance. Thought that was rude.

Went looking for the store around 8 pm and store lights and the sign lights were both off. Drove around 2 times and still couldn't find the store. Finally when I did find the store, their OPEN sign was turned off too. Notified the guy at the counter and he didn't seem worried at all like he was happy with the lights off and no customers. Napa should investigate this store and people managing it. If this was my store, i would fire the people responsible right away.

Excellent store and staff. On my last trip there, I looked online to make sure they had the part I needed but when I got there, they didn't have any in stock. The staff gave me an upgraded part for the price of the basic. Seriously great service.

These guys have been excellent help everytime I go. Although the quality of the tool I bought twice here was lackluster. As least NAPA didnt charge a fortune for it. Look forward to bei g back next time.

Worst experience I have ever had, they double the labor and part charges and tell you your car is fixed, a week later my car had the same issue and additional issues on top.Really, your looking into this?? The owner told me he didn t need my business and told me not to come back! Oh yeah, this happened 5 months ago and no one has tried to contact me. I had been overpaying this place for 10 years because they were so close. I HIGHLY recommended Desert Auto on McQueen and Guadalupe, owner is honest and respectful unlike this place!

Very helpful! Needed a dealer only overflow hose for our MKZ, Oreillys & Autozone were of no help. The parts guy was able to find a small plastic connector along with two small hose clamps & fixed the original hose for $3.07. Not gerry rigging mind you it was replacing the same part on the original manufacturer's overflow hose.

Austin and Trevor saved me soooo much time. I called them at 6:43pm and they were closing at 7pm. I knew I wouldn t make it there by that time. Austin says to me, We want to make sure our families are taken care of. I ll wait for you even if it s after we close. I want you guys to know Austin and Trevor did just that. They waited for just a few minutes after 7pm and saved me a couple of hours. Because of them, my wife can get to work without concern, kids off to school, and I can go to work at my normal time. Thank you gentlemen for being extraordinary men! Only NAPA Auto Parts for me.
