Fast turnaround from schedule to completion, great low price, fast service, nice technician, and a great experience overall! Had a windshield replaced on one vehicle and chips filled on another. They came to me and then took less than 45 minutes total to complete the job. Highly recommend using K&B's services.

Very thorough inspection on new windshield. They found very small marks on new windshield they got and informed me in advance. I know other installers just ignore that and install, and claim that mark is "new damage" after installation. I learned that very hard way and that was why I was looking for a new installer and K&B was just great. They got new windshield again and when they found another mark they got discount for parts even before I ask. They also ask me to come and see the mark by myself and ask for my opinion. When we decided to install them, work quality was just perfect.My wife and I will keep coming back here.

Extremely satisfied with the service from K&B! Anthony (glass replacement) & John (calibration) were communicative, caring, friendly & extremely knowledgeable. They know their stuff!! I was a bit anxious about this since I've never needed this service before but the windshield replacement & calibration were completed onsite at my home in no time . They both answered all my questions & made me feel really confident that I chose the right company! Extra props for calling ahead & letting me know when they would arrive. I highly recommend K&B Auto Glass!!

Would Not recommend using this glass company. They installed two new window seals in my car charged me over $1000 and they left my car a mess by leaving the old seals and dirt from the seals all over my car. Very disappointed.

Always on time , quality work. Quick accurate quotes. My go to glass professionals. I'm actually waiting for my windshield to get a crack so I can get it replaced and stop a squeak that started with the last replacement....

Gus responded very quickly when I was in Goodyear Arizona and got a chip in my windshield. He was great to work with and did a fabulous job. Very quick and meticulous. Not only do I recommend K&B but I would certainly suggest you ask for Gus if you're anywhere near the Goodyear Arizona area. Hyundai referred this company to us and we decided to go with them even though they offer no incentives for replacing the windshield like most companies do.2 weeks after the installation our windshield was already cracked, no impact happened, obviously a bad installation. No problem, things happen.Called the company, a guy came and took pictures, and even though is clear that this was a bad installation they refused to fix it.Not only that but customer service was absolutely nasty about it.Over 30 years of having cracked windshields replaced and not one time this has happened so If I were you, I'd go with any other company.Service: Auto windshield replacement

Great experience working K&B! They worked with me and my insurance and made the process very easy. They were able to get my insurance to cover OEM glass which was great. Everyone has been very friendly, professional, and communicative.Shoutout to Tim for handling the insurance process and Ben for taking care of the installation! I took my car to replace the windshield and recalibrate, after the "experts" at SafeLite Auto Glass didn't know how to recalibrate my car, even though they said they can recalibrate. K&B Auto Glass took care of the windshield and the recalibration within a couple of hours. Gary, the service advisor at K&B, is a competent and a very nice guy to work with. These guys are good.

I implore everyone, do not use K&B autoglass services, they are absolutely trash no attention to detail, no punctuality, absolutely 0 customer service. This is by far the worst auto glass service I could have imagined getting. Don't be conned into their service your better off with a busted windshield. They will jerk you around and not order the right parts, fail to show up or show up on time for their appointments. When I spoke to their manager she was as ice cold as a snake. I can believe they do business like this. Absolutely dumpster fire. DO NOT GET SERVICE FROM THEM!Services: Installation, Auto windshield replacement

Had my windshield replaced , in the process they broke my necklace that was in my car . The guy who replaced my windshield admitted to breaking it but didn t care to apologize nor did he say anything until after we picked up my car. Blamed me for having it the car and said they weren t fixing it! So disrespectful and unprofessional. I will not be using them again!

Exceptional service.. From ordering the factory glass directly through them, to its arrival, seemless scheduling, removal and installation...My installer Ben was absolutely incredible replacing my windshield,, doing what seemingly is a difficult job, he is a master at his profession, very polite, courteous, and a really nice guy. K&B replaced the windshield on my Rubicon 4xe. My installer was Ben. I highly recommend him. He did a professional job, looks factory fresh. My dealership recommended this company. I am.so happy and glad. It was an oem replacement. They were here within the time frame. Santino was excellent. Explained to me the process. The tech that came out to replace our windshield was very polite and very meticulous when doing his job. The people I talked to at K&B were also very polite people to deal with. The job was done in a timely matter and he ask us if we had any questions. We were very impressed with them. If we ever have another problem we will definitely go back to them.

I've been very pleased with this company! I have had them replace my windshield multiple times. They do a good job and stand behind their installs, no questions asked. I recently had a windshield replaced with a HUD, it was blurry after the new windshield was installed. After discovering it was the wrong glass, K&B took care of it. Refreshing to have a company stand behind their work.

Excellent service led by John Quintero. I was needing my new car s windshield replaced ASAP as we were needing to head out of town in 2 days. And with only one car right now, I thought this would ruin our trip prep time this week. FAR FROM IT! I had the car s windshield done within 24 hrs, and it was so easy. Very professional work. I used K & B autoglass as my Subaru Dealer reccomended them and works with them for the Callibration of the Windshield. When I scheduled with them we scheduled with the Subaru Dealer for 8am and they said it would take a few hours. I waited until 9:20am and they still haven't showed up or contacted me. I called and they stated they do time blocks and would be here between 8 and 12. A time block was never communicated to me or the Subaru Dealer at any time. I would cancel and not give them my service if I didn't already wait a few weeks for the replacement of my Windshield and would have to wait another few weeks to get it rescheduled with another company.

Took my charger to the Dodge dealer where apparently they have a person from K&B on site. I happened to have a cracked windshield and the service writer asked if I wanted them to replace it. I agreed and the following day when my car was ready for the window replacement the K&B guy called me. I specifically asked them about the strip of tint across the top of my window and they assured me that they not only could and would do it they would do it before installing the glass so it looked clean. There was an issue and they rescheduled the replacement for a different day at my house. Upon my arrival home they were just finishing up and I noticed there was no tint. Apparently he was never told about putting the tint back on the new window. He took pictures of the old window with tint and said he would send them to the guy at the dealer and he would contact me about getting it fixed. Later I drove the car and found my rear view mirror to be exceptionally loose. They never reached out to me and after numerous times calling them nobody answered the phone. Apparently their assurance doesn't mean much and follows the same line as the quality.UPDATE...I was contacted by K&B and they realized there was an issue/communication disconnect. After we talked they we're very quick to come out and make sure everything was corrected. It seemed like they sincerely wanted to make things right and they did just that, for that I give them 4 stars and would be willing to give them another try.

Never use again to this company for windshield replacement or anyone from my family and friend . Installer replaced windshield and molding and i asked him why they put back old molding and he told that's new one and i can see different between new and old. I called insurance company and K&B office and finally installer grab new from his van. I don't why he lied to me or if i don't see molding or don't ask anything i am end up with old molding. My insurance cover for new molding and windshield. I am thinking may be Owner, Manager are good because of all other review but my installer was not honest and good.Mostly we worked done by Installer.Larry Patel

I asked them to send the best installers to replace the windshield on my 2018 numbered Corvette. They sent the K and the B (owners) of K & B Auto Glass. The guys were extremely careful in covering and protecting areas around the glass so as not to risk damage, and I was impressed how they treated the car with sincere respect.

This company is a absolute scam. I payed fir a warranty to get my glasses replaced if it ever cracks. They replaced it once. The second time they told me they only do it once a year. Onto my third glass now and they are telling me they only replace it if they installed it poorly. That's gotta be the stupidest thing I've ever heard. Obviously if you mess it up you need to replace it. Do not trust this business.Edit: they have already covered a cracked windshield from a rock once. And now as the owner states they are completely denying it. Clearly a shady way to sell warranty. I was specifically told the warranty would cover cracks from rocks when purchasing this warrantyService: Auto windshield replacement

Ben and Matthew came to my work to replace my windshield. They were right on time, did the work quickly, and the job was perfect! In addition, they were both very polite and professional young men. I highly recommend K & B Auto Glass Works!!

One bad experience. We got referred to them by our insurance company, they scheduled to have our windshield replaced the next day, on the next day we get a call that the windshield was damaged and they couldn't locate one anywhere and had to be ordered.. and so they did, they scheduled again for a week later. on that day the tech called us that he would be arriving in 20 minutes, after half hour he called us to tell us that the windshield had not arrived yet (they didn't even check on the status), they gave us more excuses, this time they where trying to find it somewhere else. we told them not to bother and we would use someone else. their Manager called us 30 minutes later (John) He said that the dealership had a damaged windshield the first time, but that he had authorized locating the windshield at other vendors, so we told him... why didn't you do that in the beginning? he responded that they gave a chance to the dealership to correct the issue and get the windshield ( that at my wife's safety, since she had to drive the car for a week with a badly cracked windshield), he said that it was not their fault and blamed the dealership. the call turned bad when he told my wife in a aggressive tone that they didn't break the windshield, my wife told him that he never told them that it was, but them repairing it in a timely manner as scheduled twice was. I finally took the phone and told him to not bother, as we had contacted Safelite Auto and they are going to take care of it.I WILL NEVER DO BUSINESS WITH THEM AGAIN.... BEWARE!!!

John is great! He helped me out today with a chipped windshield. My chip was right above the defrost vent, which is a tough area to repair a chip. He did it seamlessly. It is apparent to me that K & B Auto Glass Works focus is customer satisfaction. If I need any windshield repair/replacement in the further I would definitely use them again!

I have been using K&B Auto glass for almost ten years! I have never had any issues with them and I trust them 100%. I send ALL my customers to Johnny Quintero! I ve known Johnny for about 4/5 years now and he s the best! I work for a dealership and a lot of the newer vehicles have sensors and cameras behind the rear view mirror. I can t tell you how many times I ve had to tell a customer they have to replace their windshield right after having it replaced because whatever company they used, used aftermarket glass or, they broke the bracket. It can be a nightmare!! You have nothing to worry about with K&B!!!! Don t use anyone else!!!!

Very impressed with the service here. Dealership couldn't get me in for 3 months so they replaced it themselves. Everyone was so nice. They even had Lyft take me home all the way to San Tan Valley. And picked me up when it was done. Would definitely recommend!
