Love this location of Joe's Auto! My mom and I have been coming here a little over a year now, and every single time Matt and his mechanics go above and beyond my expectations! As a woman it is refreshing not to have sale pitches or jacked up prices. They are fair, extremely knowledgeable and honest. Matt thank you for all your help!! You have always taken the time to break down and explain what is going on with my car! God knows I've picked your brain too many times and you have always treated me with patience and grace. I'd give you guys 10 stars if I could! Thank you Matt and Joe's auto!!

We're out on a road trip, probably about 20 hours away from home, and we started having car troubles. Matt and David were absolute lifesavers!! They got us in right away, they were super knowledgeable and fixed us right up!! They're great guys, and I can't recommend them enough. I just wish we lived closer so we could always bring our vehicles to them!

Matt and David were absolutely amazing!! I will definitely be coming back for all of my car needs. I wasn't even planning on going to a shop, but saw them while driving to the car wash & I'm so glad I did!! Thank you both so much!! Fast, Informative, & Friendly Service.

Very friendly and helped me out a lot today. Had a failed battery and couldn't start. The guy from here didn't hesitate to help me out with a jump and had me on my way in two minutes.

I stopped by this shop because i had a couple questions about my trucks AC. I was helped by Matt and Branden, and they were very helpful and informative. They took the time to help me even though I wasn't buying anything they stopped to talk to me and help me as much as they could. I will for sure be returning anytime i need something done, and I recommend anyone looking for a good honest shop with great people to check this place out.

I didn t have an appointment but they got me in, I had to wait a little while but it was fine, they were busy but squeezed me in anyway. They didn t try to upsell me on everything like most places do, I got a full synthetic oil change for $59.99 , I am pleased with their service.Service: Oil changeService: Oil change

Knowing that it would be difficult to land an appointment for an oil change between the holidays, a week ago I made an appointment at the Gilbert location. We showed up this morning at 9am only to find a sign on the door saying that the location is closed until next week due to labor issues. No one called us to let us know. We planned our whole day around making time to get the service done. It s now too late to get an appointment anywhere else. We have had several major repairs completed at this location since it opened a couple years ago. Because they can t seem to be respectful of our time and needs, we will not be back.

I usually get my car repairs done at Joe's Auto Chandler location, however, they were completely booked when trying to schedule an unexpected appointment. They recommended I call their Gilbert location, and the customer service was great all around. Taylor at the Gilbert location was extremely helpful over the phone and in person. I was able to bring my car in early that morning, and they were able to diagnose the problems, inform of me of what needed to be repaired/replaced, and they were able to fix the issues without costing an arm and a leg. I was able to pick up my car later that afternoon much sooner than I had anticipated, and the car is running incredibly well. I appreciate Joe's Auto Gilbert for accommodating me on such short notice, and a shout-out to Chris at Joe's Auto Chandler for sending me there. Let me start off by saying Joe s Auto is AMAZING! I received the absolute BEST service for my oil change! The location off of Cooper & Guadalupe was very clean, and my oil change was completed less than an hour. Taylor was the mechanic that helped me and he was very professional and did not try and upsell me on unnecessary services, which I appreciated. I have gone to many auto shops for a variety of services and Joe s Auto was by far the best experience I have ever had! Friendly and professional staff, clean location, and Taylor was great! Frankie is great! The guy took his time to help fix an issue with my tailgate actuator. The part I had purchased wasn't an exact match but Frankie didn't miss beat he took the incorrect one apart and moved the working interior part to mine and it worked great! He really stepped up and helped me so much. Always a quick service and friendly environment.Services: General repairs & maintenance, Oil change

The first 2 times I went, I felt like they were taking care of me. This time I took to have him check out a new to me car. Claimed that I needed new brakes. Took back to dealership, how is there a 6 mm difference in the brakes? Not sure I want to keep going back if they plan to scam me.

I was greeted immediately and professionally for my 9 am appointment. The office was clean, free of clutter, and inviting with a good view of the work being completed in the first bay. The car was fixed quickly, and for less money than I was expecting. I couldn t be happier and l I ll definitely be back soon for my Jeep!Service: Air conditioningService: Air conditioning

Called several other places looking for a same-day oil change, and Joe s was able to accommodate. Carlos got us checked in and we were impressed by his professionalism and genuine care for the customer. Upon check out, he listed several maintenance items the vehicle needed (we took my moms 2003 Trailblazer in for the oil change. It doesn t get driven much, but pretty sure the last oil change, let alone maintenance, was done in 2009!), along with a quote.Carlos s service is the reason we went back to get the maintenance performed at the same location. On our second visit, I think it was Brian that helped us. Just like Carlos, he was kind, professional, and honest. I took my classic vehicle over to the car show this morning. While wiping down my vehicle the Manager of Joe's Auto came outside to inform me to move my vehicle because he has a 9am appts to serve vehicles. Keep in my it's 745am and his first appt is 9am. Instead of staying I decided to drive over to Streetside Classics to show off my classic without someone whining as if his business has a 100 cars coming to his shop for service. I won't be taken my classic to this location in the future.

Joe s Complete Auto Care on Cooper & Guadalupe is *officially* the Morris Family mechanic shop!Frankie took stellar care of our big ol baby ;) our 1995 GMC Sierra. He answered all of my questions on the phone before I ever scheduled anything and remembered me when I called back to setup an appointment! When we brought the truck in, Franky took time to listen to our needs and the symptoms of our vehicle followed by setting clear and reasonable expectations. The work was done quickly (same day) and when Franky called to let us know it was ready for pick up - he once again provided a thorough explanation of what he found, what he completed, and any action that needed to be taken going forward. No pressure - just honest service.Unfortunately, the shuttle service was not available due to low staff, but considering we re still navigating a global pandemic it didn t surprise me. And Franky was very kind in explaining that it wouldn t be available.I wasn t sure I d ever trust a mechanic shop again, but between Franky and what appears to be Joe s Auto standard operating procedure, faith has been restored! :DThank you SO much Frankie - sorry I didn t ask how to spell your name - you are amazing! And thank you Joe s Auto!!We will most assuredly be back!PS - YAY we have icy cold air blowing through our vents again! On to summer adventures and more pleasant grocery excursions! They tried to take advantage of my ignorance. Then encouraged me to apply for a credit card to pay for over $2500 worth of repairs that they said I needed. When I tried they lowered my credit score by over 100 pts so that I would have paid out almost 3x the original price. They advertise giving you a ride to and from work. But when I asked I was told to use Uber or Lyft. Not that great to me.I am a real person who had a bad experience. I went to another Auto Shop, used Synchrony and had a better experience. They did not have outrageous price gouging and they did give me a ride.Service: Oil change

I am visiting from Fla and was having trouble with the air in my RV. My son referred me to Joes Auto in Gilbert.. There I met Frankie the manager who looked at my RV personally. Not only did he identify the problem quickly but he fixed it quickly. I found him to be very knowledgeable and proficient. My wish is I had Frank living in Fla. to take care of my RV and auto needs. Those of you who live here and can have him work on vehicles are very fortunate.Service: A/C installation & repair

I normally due all my breaks & rotor changes myself. Well this last time i did it i kept hearing some grinding under 25mph. I brought it to Joes & frank took care of it. Found the issue within an hour & was honest to tell me it was due to a few loose bolts & backplate that was slightly bent. Got my car back up & running im no time. The honest part is what gets me. He could have lied & kept the car for a few days but he did not. I know any further issues whee i will take my cars again Services: Steering & suspension repair, General repairs & maintenance

No response from Google.I just found out how to modify a review and this is the modification.I apologize to Joe's Auto for my lack of knowledge regarding reviews and locations.Once again, the previous negative review was NOT intended for Joe's auto. Worst business ever. My husband went there and they tell him its 1300 for a water pump and a new hose. We call the guy who we bought used truck from who said you know they re charging you 400%. He will do it for 300. DO NOT GO HERE. I have attached the receipt for your review
