Michael & Alex recently came to an elderly neighbor s home to fix her car. These young men were prompt, confident, professional, polite, and ethical. Their assessment was direct, and charges fair. It was satisfying to support two such fine, young entrepreneurs. Would definitely recommend.

I have never experienced a shop that has treated me with such respect. They are always flexible, try and get every customer the best deal, and save us thousands on services that other shops charge. They have saved me more than once when my car was continuously having issues and I am so grateful. Will definitely be doing all future work through them!

Great service and they know what they are doing. Kept me up to date with pricing and any problems they may have run across during the full inspections of the auction cars we took over. We've taken probably 6 different cars over to these guys and gotten everything back in great running condition (except for the motor I didn't want to replace) but that's on me. Great service ,fast service and they give you ALL the info you need .

Michael and Alex have been working on my vehicles forever. They've always taken great care of me. Honesty, quality work, and just a natural eye for things are the details to their success. Michael, with just the naked eye, has identified, fixed, and/or warned me about problems that seemed to be overlooked everywhere we went previously. I have referred them lots of business, and will continue to spread the good word!

We have a 2005 Mazda 6 that needed everything under the hood replaced, including radiator, engine, clutch, and everything else that goes along with that. After weeks of searching, I found a low mileage engine with a very good warranty from an engine replacement shop.Long story short, the car was not running after the other shop did their work and also had it towed to yet another place to get a catalytic converter replaced. The other shop blamed it on me for not getting the long list of "recommended services" that would cost an additional $3,000. When I asked them to finish what they started they basically told me that since I didn't have them complete all their "recommended services" initially, I'd have to wait a couple of weeks for them to squeeze me in. Everything they listed as recommended should have been included in the work they did.I called Mike at Innovative Automotive with the tow truck on the way, and he told me to bring it right over. He took one look under the hood and spotted just about everything that was botched by the other shop. They had smashed a steel brake line that was leaking in addition to a long list of other things. Since the car is so old, no parts companies carried the brake line needed so they scoured junk yards and drove over to pick one up on a Saturday.The car came back to us purring like a brand-new kitten. We have total peace of mind that this old car is good as new now that Innovative Automotive has completed it.They are honest, hardworking and do excellent work. They are very patient and provided excellent communication along the way. Needless to say, I will definitely come back to them for all our car care needs and will pass their name along to anyone looking for an excellent, honest Automotive Repair shop. I highly recommend this shop!!

Amazing to find such trustworthy services from a mechanic. Michael helped to diagnose the issue or car was having and tell us exactly what work was and wasn't necessary. He fixed the problem quickly and affordably so we came back for tune up services since we knew we could trust what he said. I'll be recommending them to anyone I know that needs a mechanic!

Even before Mike started this shop, he always took care of our fleet of vehicles very well. This last visit to him was no different. The service was taken care of quickly and he even made sure to keep me updated as he found a possible detrimental problem with my company vehicle. I would trust these guys with any of my vehicles.

They properly diagnosed an overheating issue that was a radiator replacement on a 2017 GMC that Christian Bros had diagnosed as a blown head gasket or cracked block. As a result the repair they completed saved me over $6000. Definitely come here for your automotive needs!Service: Engine repairService: Engine repair

Affordable, fast and respectful service! Car was having massive overheating issues due to this summer heat. Was really trying to push it off due to the cost some of the shops were quoting me however Michael was able to get it all taken care of by the next day and saved me some money on it as well.
