If I could give 100 stars I would. Jake is such an honest & reliable person. He helped me so much with my car and gave me some great information and advice regarding the issue that my car was having. He knows his trade very well and explained to me in great detail about my vehicle's issue. Even though my car's situation wasn't fixed (no blame on Jake), Jake did his due diligence and did not charge me for it. I've never come across a mechanic like him. I recommend him completely. Once I get a chance to buy a newer car, I will most definitely bring it to Jake. Don't buy a ford focus lol

My family and I have been using Higley Family Auto Care for all of our vehicles for about a year or so. Hands down THE best mechanic we've had the pleasure of working with! Jake is super friendly, and incredibly knowledgeable. I'm not car savvy in the slightest but he makes even the most intricate issues make sense to a beginner. Anytime we've brought a vehicle in it comes out feeling brand new, very quick and communicative too. Highly recommend this shop!

Took my car here after getting multiple estimates and Jake was not only the best price he was upfront and honest about the work to be done. My car was in and out same day and he went above and beyond with the service. Would highly recommended and will be using the next time I m in need of a mechanic.

Jake has been always been my maintenance man for years and has done a phenomenal job for us! I would always come back because of the work and detail he does! Happy to see great results and for it to be a reasonable price! Would highly recommend!

I have so many great things to say about Jake and Higley Family Auto Care.1. They really DO care. Jake is thorough and wants you and your vehicle to be in it's best condition for these hot and busy AZ roads.2. "Family Auto Care" is real here. Your car will be taken care of in the best possible way.3. Knowledgeable and fast! Jake will go over as much as possible while getting all the info together from you, your vehicle and the internet. Then after inspection, he'll make sure you know everything you need to know and how it can be done as well as pricing. I mentioned thorough and he really will inspect your vehicle top to bottom.4. Kindness and trust. I will be trusting my vehicle's needs with Higley Family Auto Care for as long as I'm driving in the east valley.

I highly recommend Higley Family Auto Care. I took my 13 year old vehicle to them after it started making odd tapping noises. They have wonderful customer service and are extremely professional. They got me in right away, repaired my vehicle in record time, and at a very reasonable price. Jake, the owner, took me through all of the repairs my vehicle needed and explained everything in a way that I could understand. I will be returning to them in the future for all of my vehicle's maintenance and repairs.

I wouldn t trust my car with anyone other than Jake. My jeep has been having so many issues and every time I drop it off to get checked I have a peace of mind that he will get it done right and give me the honest truth and won t overcharge me or take advantage like many of my mechanics in the past, very lucky to have found this shop.

Jake took my call and helped provide me with some great options for issues we were encountering, including several that provided 0 benefit to him as a business. If he's willing to do that for a potential customer that's never payed him a dime before I can't imagine what he'd be like to have work on my actual car. Will definitely be back in the future.

Jake owns and runs a Top Notch auto and truck repair and maintenance shop, very clean and neat shop which is extremely organized. No job seems to Big or small for him as his experience and knowledge are second to none. I HIGHLY recommend Higley Family Auto Repair!

Highly recommend! The service was great. I stopped by nearing closing time and Jake didn t hesitate to take care of diagnosing a starting issue with my car. I was informed about the problem, cost of repair and expected time frame. The issue was fixed same day too. My overall cost and time spent was true to Jake s word with no surprises. Great quality service all around. I ll be recommending Higley family auto and bringing my own vehicles back in the future. I drove by this new shop and after finding its high ratings I decided to give it a try--and I'm very glad that I did. I took two of my vehicles in that were having different problems, and I got both of them back on the same day and for much less than I was expecting to pay. He even stayed late after closing while waiting for a part to arrive so I could get my car back before the weekend, and didn't charge me any labor to install the new part. He does a great job of quickly diagnosing what the problem is and then explaining it and being transparent about giving you options and prices without trying to upsell you parts/services you don't need. Jake runs an honest business, is an excellent mechanic, and charges very fair rates. Higley family auto care is very genuine on their estimates and they provide detailed explanation.. I went for Pre purchase inspection and Jake did explain in detail on what is required and didn't try to up sell. I recommend them.

Jake and his family are brilliant Mechanics and treat you with so much respect. They don't hesitate to go out of their way to make sure you are satisfied. As soon as you enter the door they make you feel welcomed and answer any questions you may have. It's hard to find a mechanic to trust these days but at higley family auto care they are true to their word. I highly recommend this shop for your go too mechanic. Best service I ever had. 5 stars for sure

Thank you, Jake for taking care of my 6.0 Excursion. This is going to be my new to go mechanic. Since the moment I open the door I felt welcome. Jake and his staff took care of my diesel Excursion like it was there personal vehicle. I'm new to the diesel world so he took the time to explain different things about my truck that I didn't even know. He recommended things for the future. He didn't try to sale me things that it wasn't needed. I will be bringing my other vehicles and recommend this shop. Give them a shot like I did you won't regret it.

I am pretty particular with who works on my vehicles and especially my Jeeps. Jake is awesome; everything you would want in a mechanic. He listens and doesn't assume, he is honest and most of all friendly.Great service and fixed all my issues for a very fair price.

I highly recommend Jake and his team. I found this place on a whim after my window regulator failed. The dealer was 8 weeks out and I didn't want to go to a 'big box' store. I called, Jake answered the phone and was very friendly and knowledgeable, then he gave me a quote over the phone. Jake told me to bring it down and he would get it done, that is exactly what happened. Communication was a 10/10, Service was a 10/10. I will continue to recommend this place for all of your auto repair and auto service needs. Thank you Jake!!

I went to this shop for an oil change and was very impressed with the staff and service. The price was fair, especially considering the high price of oil these days, and they got the job done fast.Probably the thing that I was most impressed by is the knowledge level of the staff. I have known these two guys for 20 years and I'll tell you they are straight forward all the way. Get the job done and understand not being a millionaire. I recommend them
