Very innovative and detailed with how they service cars here. I really like how they took pictures of both critical and minor parts that came up for my Accord and how it gets sent through a pdf. via text or email to check and save for later. I honestly never would've thought local shops would do this but makes so much sense with technology today.For everything that they said needed to be serviced was honest, very nonchalant and definitely better fair pricing than a dealership service would offer.Highline has a really good price on oil changes and modest price for tire rotations. Overall they're great people to work with and willing to have a mind of a teacher to help you understand the best way possible with what going on with your car.They also have really nice drinks too (Izze sparkling juice)

Never once in 16 years of having Highline care for my vehicles have I felt dissatisfied or less than completely confident about the work they've done. They have always treated me, and everyone I've recommended them to, with the utmost respect and care. I cannot recommend their services enough.

These guys have great integrity! I bought a GTR v2 bell housing to fix the infamous rattle and it something was rattling loud in the v2 after a while. They covered it under their 5 year warranty and the second one is SILENT. Hassle free! These guys stand by their word. In business that means everything. Quick, easy, and efficient! My brakes started squealing during the holidays and the dealership could not schedule an appointment until next month. Adam and the team were able to get me in quickly and had the repairs completed before I could finish lunch!!

First time experience with Highline Car Car, went there based on online reviews. Had brakes & rotors replaced all four wheels, as well as engine oil/filter service. A few days later, drove from Mesa to Los Angeles, then up the coast to the Santa Barbara area the next day. We hit rain & strong winds, as well as heavy traffic conditions at times, and I am very happy to say the brakes performed flawlessly and quietly and the braking was never less than smooth and instilled full confidence in the driving experience. Let me just add that I agree with what other customers have said about getting what you pay for... perhaps a bit pricey but, honestly, what isn't these days.Bottom line, a job done right is well worth it. Thank you Adam and all involved at Highline Car Care, see you again soon.

This has been my mechanic for 3 years. Sadly I will have to find another. If the manager or owner would like to discuss I am open to that. Worst customer experience since Manny Moe and Jack blew my cylinoids putting tires on. Non listening arrogance and ignorance, a deadly combo for a business owner. If he (you know who) choose to talk to me that way I can only imagine how he handles other ppl less familiar with cars. Other places have smiles and coffee. I'll just go thereThanks

Called close to closing but was able to get my car in the next morning for a broken hose. Also had a loaner available for me! Only took a few hours to fix but the friendly knowledgeable service was reassuring. They found a new and satisfied customer! Thank you Highline Care Care!

The team here knows their stuff and takes care of their customers and their cars. Unfortunately I have had my BMW in 3-4 times and they have always been able to do what was needed. I started going there based on a personal recommendation and I'm happy to share that with others now.

I have had my truck worked on by these guys previously with a happy customer (me)My wife's car brakes started to make noise and they promptly fixed along with a new battery as it was about to go.I recommend bringing your vehicle here for quality service.

Believe all the positive reviews; they are true professionals. I bought a used Lexus and needed to upgrade the oil lines. Highline did everything perfect and were great at communicating through the process. Their parking lot is always full of luxury and sports cars because people trust their work.

My Nissan GT-R was taken in for a transmission and motor swap, Wes and team was very informative along the way of any issues or suggestions. Thank you Highline Auto Care for taking great care of my Supra. I took my Supra to Wes Hawkins and his company to have some work performed. They re-wired my duel fuel pump system, because it was not functioning correctly. They jumped right on the repair and had the issues resolved quickly. They also advised me of a few other issues I needed to resolve while my car was being serviced. They took the time to quality control their work and some of my own work that I did prior to bringing them the car to ensure nothing was missed.They performed professional work. Wes kept me informed of the progress and also stayed within my budget. His crew is very courteous and honest. They don t sideline your project, and they listen to you. I plan to continue to use Highline Auto Care for any future work that I cannot perform myself.Thank you Wes and Jon for the outstanding performance. These guys rock! My navigation/head unit for my 2004 Lexus LS430 went out. After research I found Highline Car Care. I made a brief phone call to confirm that they could repair it and received assurances that they could. So I shipped my unit to them and within less than ten days had it back as good as new! I'm very pleased and would recommend them to anyone.Service: Electrical repair

It was my first experience with Cory and the team at Highline and I must say it was an excellent experience. They were able to get my truck in the same day and back on the road in only a few hours after dealing with my AC. Excellent prices and honest and friendly team. Michael at Highline was great. When we initially got our Lexus touchscreen back it had some ongoing issues. Michael was very responsive. We sent it back and he did the repair again and this time it works perfectly. Lexus wanted to charge is $5000 for a new touchscreen. I am so happy we found Highline!

Adam and the Highline team are amazing! This is an excellent shop, from basic repairs on daily vehicles to complex issues with high performance and import cars, they re absolutely my go-to. Clean, competent and super professional. Online or over phone, they re convenient to schedule with, reasonable to work with, up front estimates and timely work. We ve had a few projects that we ve taken to them, and were pleased each time. Latest project was a Nissan GT-R turbo diag and prior to that a clutch replacement, assembly and flywheel on a GT-S Skyline R33. We couldn t have asked for a better experience. Wes and his team have serviced our Q60 a couple times. Their work is top notch and they don't give you the run around. Highline has become our "go-to" independent auto shop, and we recommend them to anyone looking for a shop you can trust to treat you right.

I recently had the pleasure of having my old 4Runner serviced by the professionals at Highline Auto Car, and I couldn't be more pleased with the results. My truck was in need of some serious repairs, particularly with the head gaskets, and the team at Highline Auto Car really took the time to inform me about the work that needed to be done and how they would approach it.Throughout the entire process, I felt very taken care of and informed by the staff at Highline Auto Car. They were courteous, knowledgeable, and went above and beyond to ensure that my truck was running smoothly and would continue to do so for years to come.I was particularly impressed with their attention to detail and the care they took in explaining the work that was done. As someone who isn't particularly knowledgeable about cars, I really appreciated the effort they made to make sure I understood what was going on with my vehicle.Now that the work is complete, my 4Runner is running like a dream. My boyfriend and I have been bringing both of our Mercedes to Highline Car Care for 2 years now. They are always professional and courtesy. Also, very knowledgeable. In the past I ve been skeptical about mechanics but not with this company. They re always honest and upfront and have even saved us money. I trust them 100% and highly recommend! BEST MECHANIC AROUND! My parents have a shop in another state so I always check with them on pricing before agreeing to anything at a mechanic. Highline has never overcharged for anything and they're always prompt and super friendly. Easy to get in the next day too. Highly recommend!

My car was in for an oil change. And to discuss what was needed for service based on the mileage. All of the needs were accurate and agreed-upon. Great job team Highline Car Care. This was my 5th visit over the past several years. I would recommend them graciously. They are honest, thorough and professional.

Cory fit our vehicle in for necessary leak check. He and team quickly diagnosed the issue promptly fixed it and kindly did not charge for the service. Professional & honest.
