PUBLIC please understand that these people are old-school and have their own way of doing things. I hear others quote" they seem sketchy, but they did a great job" that's just the way they do buisness, I've never had a complaint. This place has been doing my personal and company vehicles since 1996, +20 vehicles. Best job with the least expensive pricing, fast and if there are any issues, they make it right. Perfect doesn't exist but great service does.

They installed a decal on my motorcycle windshield that no other tint shop was willing to do. Gave some good advice on how to properly take care of it also. 10/10 service

Got tint on my windows not to long ago, not the best customer service from these 2 gentleman. They don t have the best communication. Once they were done with my truck my mom dropped me off to pay for it, and that s when they decided to mention they only take cash so I had to contact my mom to come pick me up again to go get cash, then drive back to them, which that all could have been avoided if they communicated better. They do seem a little sketchy, so I d advise to be alert with them. They do quality work, just not the best customer service or communication. I d recommend them being your last resort on window tinting.Service: Installation

I used the self serve wash.The machine only takes quarters, but there is a place to exchange cash for quarters.The water pressure is very so-so and the water hardness isn't great. There appeared to be a good amount of soap coming out of the high pressure soap, but that may have been due to the low pressure.What I like most is that the bays are oriented facing north/south, meaning your car is out of the sun so that way the water doesn't dry as quickly.

Used self serve car wash since the owner is the same. Seems like the soap is never filled on self serve as it s not very different than a rinse. Don t bring a truck of any kind that looks off-road. If owner is there he will come and question you rudely about your truck and accuse of dirtying and clogging bays with mud. I remember him accusing my father more then once of such an accusation. Recently accused me on my day off with a completely different truck, not muddy or anything. Very rude, I forgot why I never go there. Much rather visit the self serve off of Lindsay and Broadway owned by a sweet old lady who always comes out to compliment the classics and thanks you for your business rather than harass and accuse. Always full of soap as well for a cheaper price. Guys a scam and very rude.

I've known people who have used this place for more than 2 decades for tinting their cars. Today was my first experience. It was super easy, super quick and quite professional. I absolutely would recommend tinting your car here.

Great local business that I'm happy to support and recommend. They have done tint for 2 of my cars as well as replace a windshield. Very friendly staff, reasonable prices and quality work every time. Also were able to get me in and out quickly on a saturday for my tint.

In 2010 I had all of my car windows (including windshield) tinted for $235.In 2013 I had all of my car windows (including windshield) tinted for $250.In 2016 I had all of my car windows (including windshield) tinted for $245.All three of those cars were the same make and model of SUV, which is the same thing I still drive. This matters because it should now make sense that I was quoted $225 to get my entire car tinted (including the windshield). When I called to make the appointment, I was very, *very* clear on the phone that I wanted every piece of glass in my car tinted, including the windshield. I said that at least twice, so I was surprised to find that my windshield hadn't been done when I picked up my car. The owner (I think) was adamant that the windshield wasn't included and hadn't been discussed (it had).I give them two stars instead of one because the work that was done appears to be of good quality. Still, definitely avoid this place. Find someone who will do what you ask for at the price you agreed to pay.

This shop has tinted windows on two of my vehicles. My first car I took to them about 5hrs ago and the tint was still dark, no bubbles or ugly fading like you see with some vehicles. I just got the windows tinted on my new car and they did a really good job. Got me in right away and had it done with minimal down time.

The guy that I spoke to (I think he was the owner, I did not catch his name) was top notch. He really discussed all of my options with great detail and was not pushy for one product over another. I was also able to see some of his work, and I would feel comfortable recommending this establishment for anyone looking for the services that are provided here.

Worst self service car wash I've ever been to. The owner comes out and harasses you if you're just waiting for your engine to cool down so you can wash the engine. Then, when you're finished, he'll immediately tell you to leave the carport to make room for the next customer. There is a disgruntled janitor that yells and uses profanities and crackhead that vibrate around the lot. Very sketchy place. I won't be coming back.

While their shop is not fancy, Jesus and his team do an excellent job. They don't try to upsell you on today's tinting trends such as "ceramic" and "infrared" blah blah blah... AZ is hot, with or without an over-priced tint job.While this shop has the "higher-end" trendy stuff they recommend their house brand tint. Save your $$$ and come here. Often, they are able to do same day or next day installation.I have had four cars come through here now, all have turned out excellent. You won't be disappointed.Nice work Gilbert Custom Tint!

Jesus did great work on my GMC Sierra. Was able to schedule the appoitment the same day that I called in and get everything done in just a couple hours from time of drop off. He also gave me great suggestions on how dark the tint should be.

Awesome service! Windshield replacement was very reasonably priced and the workmanship was excellent. Very happy and we will always use Gilbert custom for all of our vehicles.

I picked my car up and was told to come back later even though I came at the time I was told to. He never even called to tell me he wasn't ready. When I got home I put mt seats back up since he didn't and all of my old tint was everywhere. He didn't clean up any of his mess but he charged 300$

Gilbert custom detail has done 3 of my vehicles. First two last summer. Still look great. Newest vehicle was done yesterday and it s the same great quality I ve learned to expect.

Absolutely the worst experience I've had since moving to Arizona. Called a week and a half ahead made an appointment confirmed the appointment the day before. Arrived and was told he was backed up he had lots of people ahead of me. He said I could leave the vehicle and come back later he'd call me where am I going to go I just moved here it's 114 degrees, has no place to wait. He became rude and obnoxious, I certainly couldn't trust the way he would treat my 2019 Infiniti qx50.

I stopped in to wash my Jeep and Jesus noticed my window was cracked. I had a claim in with another company and was waiting for a call back to say the window was in. Jesus said he could have the OEM windshield for me the next day. I went with him and couldn't be happier! Extremely knowledgable and taught me a lot about the process while talking with him. He tinted my windows for a great price too and the jeep looks great now! He told me the Jeep windows crack all the time, 3 weeks later, he was right. I'm headed back to see him tomorrow. Jesus is my "go-to" for windows from here forward.

Great Service and no waiting time! Jesus (Owner) knows what he is doing. after looking around i didn't think it was going to be a good experience getting two windows tinted and turned to be an excellent experience. highly recommended, i like to support local businesses!

Jesus has tinted the windows on two of my work trucks and my wifes minivan. His work has always been perfect and his prices are very fair. There is no need to go anywhere else.

Washed and left as soon as possible. The owner and his employee we re having an argument, employee yelling profanities, owner did nothing to calm him or tell him to leave. As a woman, I didn t feel safe.

Straight up best windshield repair.... nothing like dannys windshield offer or safelite I have used both and thus why I am here.... not to mention he tinted my windows for no extra charge....cmon guys these guys are awesome

Super friendly, my son needed his windows tinted. He did it in under 2 hours and his price was very reasonable.
