If you need your vehicle serviced - GO HERE! These guys are the best. They know their customers - remembering me each time I call or set foot inside the doors. And they treat their customers right. They thoroughly explain what the issue is and what needs done to resolve it. I will keep bringing my cars to these guys in the future and highly recommend you do the same!

Been coming here for years and I'm embarrassed I haven't posted a review until now. This is the best mechanic I've ever been to--hands down. No BS, no upselling, just honest, quality work. Integrity and expertise are the norm. Many, many thanks to Mike and Willie for keeping me on the road safe and sound.

Ended up going here when multiple shops couldn t figure out what was wrong with my car for months on end. Mike the owner and willy were able to diagnose my cars issue in a day and fix it shortly after. Freeman s auto is a fantastic place with genuine mechanics who care about their customers more than any other automotive place I ve been to. They have a gained a customer for life! Thanks guys!

This mechanics actually know what they're doing, they've always been able to fix anything tonight I have a problem with on my trucks or any other vehicle I might take to him highly recommend Freeman automotive

Mike runs a great automotive shop! He worked on my Van in January by replacing my starter. My Van didn't start the other day and I had it towed to the shop. They fixed it Free of charge. It was something that had to do with the starter. He stands by his work. Thank you Mike and Willie. You are the best. I will always bring my Van to them.

I've been to Mike here twice with my 2004 Taurus (150K+ miles and still going strong.) Freeman's came highly recommended by my sister and brother in law, and definitely lived up to their glowing review. They do it all. Completely trustworthy and honest, and an excellent communicator, Mike is skilled and a hard worker. The prices are up front and reasonable. I travel a lot for my job, and whenever I am in the Valley, this is where I'll be going for any of my car's maintenance or repair needs!

Before I found Freeman s, going into any automotive shop was as dreaded an experience as car shopping for me. I never knew if the work I was being told I needed was truly necessary, or if the price I was quoted was actually fair. Going into Freeman s I don t worry about any of that! I know I will receive honest feedback and receive good quality work at an affordable price. Michael always takes great care of me. I've brought my vehicles to Mike 4 or 5 times in the past couple of years and every time it has been a great experience. He deserves all of the praise he has gotten in the other reviews and I highly recommend everyone to go see him.There are plenty of shops closer to me considering I live in North Mesa, but I will definitely make the trip down to his shop whenever we have car problems because I know we can count on him.Like the other reviewers, we've had less than ideal experiences at other shops. I'm glad I don't have to deal with a laundry list of items that the other big shops hit you with at the end of their service in an attempt to squeeze more money out of you (How many times do I need to have my cabin air filter replaced? That's not what I came in for!). I'm positive that if Mike saw something concerning, he would bring it up, but he doesn't seem like the kind of person who is going to hunt around for other stuff wrong with your vehicle in an effort to make some quick cash unless you or he had a reason to suspect it was a problem (although, I'm sure he'll look if you ask him to!).Mike is quick, easy to talk to, and I trust him with our vehicles. I normally don't post reviews, but for Mike I'll make an exception!

Car battery died, in the garage, ugh. My old car, a 2000 Jeep, was an easy change. However, I got a new car recently. Too techno for me. Did a search and Freeman s was open and nearby and already had great reviews. Michael was friendly and informative over the phone. I got the car over there and the battery was changed super quick. Great, fast service! I moved here earlier this year and have been looking for a reliable and honest mechanic. I can tell you right now, Freeman s Auto is that place. I brought in my BMW to have them check out a few things (AC leak, oil leak, and warped brakes). They called me later that day explaining what s was done and gave me a quote for other work that would need to be done in the future. The rates are great for work required. I would highly recommend coming here.

The transmission went out on my 2006 Lexus, which could have easily been a 6-7k replacement. Mike made a few calls and had a rebuilt tranny shipped in and replaced for half the cost I was assuming to pay. He was very honest with answered all my questions quickly throughout the process. The car runs like normal now and I will definitely do business again!

I have two Volkswagen vehicles, one I unfortunately took to the competitor on the corner. Not only did it cost me thousands more than I anticipated (and them going back to my insurance, demanding more money), it took almost two whole months to get my vehicle back. My family lives in Queen Creek, not anywhere close to Gilbert and Cooper. I took my first vehicle to the mechanic on the corner from a referral I received and definitely learned a lesson. I was also referred to Freeman's Automotive from a gentleman who helps out at the American Legion Post 39 in Gilbert, he told me that is the only shop he would let work on his vehicle and has been taking it to Freeman's for years now.My wife's air conditioning went out in her Passat and after trying to inject it with freon ourselves, isolating whereabouts the leak was and pricing out the parts to fix it, we determined it was well beyond our capacity and called Mike at Freeman's Automotive. We took the vehicle in to get a quote and right off the bat, the integrity that shop operates under, is noticeable and unparalleled. I explained that we tried our best to do everything ourselves, realized the single part was $1200 or so and pointed out where we thought the leak was. I explained that we got freon and filled it up ourselves, the ac was cool initially then got warm quickly. Mike told me that because we ran the freon through and already knew there was a leak, he wasn't going to be redundant and do all of that again, saving us the cost of freon and labor. He then explained he knew a company that could fabricate just the hose we need, rather than spending the $1200 for the part. We were able to repair our air-conditioning for under $600. AND then, because his prices were so reasonable, we got a quote to repair the wobble the car was making (we were quoted $1800 from another shop closer to us), Mike and his team of mechanics saved us nearly $1300 on that job alone. I am not making it up, I do not know any of the people at Freeman's Automotive personally and have not been compensated for this review in any way. Freeman's Automotive went above what we agreed upon, they set reasonable expectations initially as far as having the work completed and the vehicle returned, they had everything completed sooner than expected, Mike communicated with me throughout the time our vehicle was in his care, it was me who fell short a couple times.The caliber of professionalism at Freeman's Automotive is second-to-none. They have earned our business and recommend anyone looking to save themselves a headache, or nightmare, give Freeman's a call. You will not regret it.

My husband brought his 2003 chevy truck for a tranny repair and we couldnt be happier with their service. They couldn't have been more knowledgeable and honest and of course their quality work was excellent. From the beginning Mike was truly a straight up nice guy. This is the only place we will be going from now on!

I can not say enough GREAT things about Michael and Willie! I was referred and couldn't be happier! The work was done right, on time, and even a bit under the estimate! Thanks a bunch!The wife's car was getting repaired and I was getting my truck ready for her as a substitute. Just as I was heading home, the A/C in the truck quit! Oh no! Wife isn't going to like driving in the heat of the day without A/C. I came in, explained my trouble, and these guys were my 911 hero's! Fixed the air and the wife was happy. Not sure they can always help me with the wife... But that day was terrific! Thanks guys!

I had my 2006 Volvo S60 2.5 serviced at Freeman's. I had my scheduled maintenance needed done, which was the timing belt, water pump. They replaced everything along with a new drive belt, and pumped up the A/C for HALF the cost of what Volvo wanted. Car runs like brand new. Thank you for also getting it done on time, no delays or long waiting. If you need vehicle service go HERE. Period

Very nice and made sure to explain all necessary work, cost, etc. before doing any work. Wierdly enough second car broke same day and they were awesome and let us pull one to get other fixed first. Will gladly come back!

Were very helpful and gave us a free inspection. We didn't need anything, and he let us know. Didn't charge us, just asked that we remember him next time we need something.
