5 stars all day every day. I had some minor front end bumper damage due to hitting a parking curd. Michael and the guys took incredible care of my vehicle. Honest and upfront. I will never go anywhere else for auto body work. Hands down top-notch work. Best in town!

Conman! and a crook! I caught the owner red-handed lying to me about a false report about my vehicle. Once confronted with the facts he kept saying we re not working on the vehicle and would not answer the questions about HIS report that I nailed him on. so what does a coward do hangs up on me and won t answer my phone calls and hides from me because he s embarrassed because he got caught. and he is dealing with somebody who understands bodywork and repairs I m not saying they don t do good work I can t say one way or the other but you can t believe what they say about any issues with your vehicle. I m pretty sure they make up things just to get insurance companies and dealerships to pay them more money making things up and if they get called out on it, they ll just hang up on you. I won t answer your questions or your phone calls.Another thing I can confidently say is every time they said they were going to call me back they never did. I always had to call them to get an update. Which I felt was very annoying.

Took my Nissan truck to Fix Auto Gilbert after another motorist damaged my front bumper. Chris was extremely helpful, coordinated with the other motorist's insurance company, and and even stayed after business hours on a Friday so I could pick up my vehicle once the repair job was completed. I was very pleased with their work and customer service.

This is the 2nd time I ve used Fix Auto and they always amaze me with how good they truly are. I picked up my car and could not believe how it looked like a brand new car, they can match the paint like no other and then to have my car detailed was the cherry on top. I chose this place from the list of businesses the insurance company gave me for an estimate after a collision I was not at fault for. I chose this place based on it s reviews. It is as clean and professional as you see in all the photos. ALL of the personal were over the top friendly offering me water, tea, even treats multiple times throughout my visit making sure I was comfortable. Even though I m not the one paying for the estimate, they treated me with the upmost respect. They did a very thorough and comprehensive inspection finding damage even I had missed. J was the name of the employee that helped me and I want to leave his name because he was so kind and helpful. He almost seemed to share the same appreciation for my vehicle type that I have. Even understanding that with a vehicle the age of mine I may not chose to have the body/paint repaired to avoid having half the vehicle looking fresh and new and the other half 17 year old paint. I am extremely pleased with the service I was given. I would recommend to anyone needing quality auto body repair done. You can tell these are guys that have years of experience and are experts at what they do. Thank you so much for making my visit pleasant!

If I could give no stars I would. The service there is not customer oriented. They do not listen to your concerns I had a list of things that were damaged due to the accident and was told we do not fix previous damage.... There was no previous damage. The estimator is arrogant. The work was rushed through and it showed. They didn't match the paint correctly (I've been to several different body shops who pointed this out before me telling them it's a problem and was told they did a bad job), my trunk is not aligned correctly and the scratches look like they were painted over with a paint pen so they are still very visible. I contacted my insurance who said since they warranty their work I have to talk to them which had proven impossible due to them not wanting to help fix the issues I have. I honestly could have went to a backyard house in AJ and got better work done. This place is totally unprofessional and does not stand behind their work. Total disappointment and a complete headache. My car is currently at a shop now trying to get the claim re-opened to fix it properly.Services: Painting, Auto engine diagnostic, Body & Trim

I have used Fix Auto twice now, both times were excellent. Communication was great, phones after the car was evaluated and frequent text messages to update during the ordering, shipping, paint and installation of parts. Prices were fair and they were very upfront no gimmicks. After hours they take great care to make sure the car locked and safe. After each service they returned the car to me clean, vacuumed and washed. Will definitely use them in the future for any car needs!Services: Exhaust, Painting, Body & Trim

My experience was pretty good at the Fix Auto Gilbert location. Can t tell the car was ever in an accident. My initial meet and greet didn t go as smoothly but the overall customer service was great. Dallas and the guys ar Fix auto are amazing. I had a small scratch that needed to be fixed and their efficiency and great price was perfect to get my scratched finished. This is the 2nd time I ve had my car repaired here. Both times everything went well. My car drives smooth and everything damaged from my accident was fixed. Although shipping delayed my estimated finish time, which was also out of their control, the staff communicated thoroughly each time I had a question or concerns. I had a rear passenger window shatter while driving, I called and they got me in that same day. They had it fixed within 24 hours. They were very helpful and did a wonderful job. I would definitely recommend them to anyone who needs work done on their vehicle.

When my daughter's car had significant damage after a crash, I was so worried - I've heard about how long it takes to get repairs done and her car wasn't drivable. Antonio at Fix Auto did an estimate quickly and told us what to expect during the repair process. We got regular updates and the car was finished sooner than expected. Best of all, the quality of work they did was top-notch. Not only would I return and recommend them to friends, I would hesitate to go anywhere else!

I relocated 6 years ago from New York. I had an excellent body shop that my family utilized there. The quality of their work was excellent. I highly recommend fix auto! Antonio from the very beginning was honest about the whole process and kept me updated via text. He also worked directly with my insurance, again keeping me updated on everything so I didn t have to deal with the back and forth.
