Had an emergency flat right at 7pm when they were closing. They got me in, ordered the tire and had me up and running as soon as they opened the next day. Plus I got the HP tire at the best price I could find.

My husband s SUV stopped working suddenly while on Gilbert Rd. He called me and said there is a Firestone just across the street. He walked over there and was given the number of a towing company. When I arrived at the shop I said the vehicle was on its way in and provided the information to the gentleman at the front desk. He was very nice and accommodating, as we were in a hurry for an appointment that could not be missed. We were on our way quickly with the promise of a call the next morning. They called me with the diagnosis and estimated it could be done later that day. Repair cost was very fair, job done quickly and efficiently. Great interactions and customer service!! This Firestone shop turned a bummer ordeal into a pleasant experience.

My appointment was a 7am and they didn't show up till 830 and open up the shop. Also the 4 tires I requested a week prior were not available either. Rescheduled for the next day at 9 and didn't get seen till 10 and in the interim saw one tech break a mirror on a truck pulling out of the bay and another tech driving my 80k car with the hood up fast through a parking lot. When mentioned to the front they responded; nothing happened to your car so I dont see the problem. The manager did try to rectify the various incidents but I still feel I can't trust them with my car and would not want another person to experience the same.

I had to reschedule due to my mistake. They had to reschedule due to the tech calling in sick. Darryl was great handling it. The in-store experience was excellent. Darryl explained the process and approximate time. He called when the car was done. No surprises. He was ready for me upon arrival, explained the measurements from the alignment, and offered the private credit card (did a good upsale attempt without being pushy). I paid with my credit card and thanked him for the good service. I then told Darryl about the shop having a great reputation in the Tesla community and some people drive an hour to his shop. He did not seem to know that. I said that was 100% why I gave his shop a chance. I will be taking my other Tesla there in a couple weeks.

I am a AC technician work for Hicken Air. Customer service is big in my industry. I was thoroughly impressed by Daryl the manager over here at Firestone. Great customer service skills he even took the time while he went out to get the information on the work van to pick up a newspaper that was soaked by the rain in the parking lot. I would definitely recommend a Firestone to anybody needing any automotive repair. Thank you Daryl and thank your team for taking such great care of our fleet vehicles.

I had a pretty good experience, Daryl (not sure of the spelling) was helpful and explained the process as well as the results. The tech also alerted me to a potential leak that I would never have seen on my own since Tesla's are pretty hard to get under. They even provided me a picture which has been quite helpful in my dealing with Tesla. For these reasons when I need new tires I will likely come here.

Tony is always making sure that he understands what is going on with my car. He is great at translating my attempts to explain what is going on with my car. Always friendly and patient... regardless if there is someone else behind me. The techs are first rate also! Last time I was in because my idiot light was on for tire pressure. They even replaced the 'thingees that go on the tab where the air goes in the tire' for me. Glad this is my car's place for all its needs!

First time experience at this particular Firestone and I couldn't be happier. Service writer, Shane, was very helpful and the alignment tech, Junior, did an outstanding four wheel alignment on my 2006 Range Rover Full Size. These guys were able to fix a previously horrible alignment that I just recently got in Tucson on Ina and Magee that quickly resulted in me having to replace my already new tires. I wish I would have found this location earlier. These guys have my gratitude and all my future business.

Very good store. Not all Firestone are the same. This store gave me a lifetime alignment on my car for only $251. Unlimited alignments as often as I want forever. Super super good

These guys saved me tonite!! Shout out to Darryl the store manager who took care of me so quickly and efficiently and friendly!! Both my headlights were out on my Uber rental and luckily it was just bulbs that needed to be replaced and nothing more major so I could get back out on the road driving to earn an income.. Service managers are awesome! Ive gone here for over 10 years and Daryl specifically is a hard working and dedicated service manager. He has always helped my husband and I out with giving us what the car needs and never up sells or done us wrong. Haven't had a bad experience. I trust this location and its workers for my car needs.

Took my 2012 Honda Civic in for an alignment after experiencing rocking in my steering wheel and front end vibration that I had explained prior to coming in. (Shame on me for not taking it to my mechanic first.)Firestone did a basic inspection and provided the alignment and advised me of wear on both front tires but failed to catch a large rip, exposing the wire belting inside, in the front passenger side tire which was the tire I had explained that was giving me issues. The alignment fixed nothing because the alignment wasn't the issue to begin with and had I been notified of the rip in my tire I could've resolved the issue by purchasing a tire first; instead of an alignment first and THEN a tire from another location after getting a second look from my mechanics at Automotive Performance and Repair in Gilbert.When brought to the attention of Firestone I was provided a simply apology and they advised it must've been an honest mistake and that could be true enough, but it could've been a costly mistake that may have caused massive damage to my own car let alone another had this rip become a blow out and lead to loss of control of my vehicle at highway speeds.I've had issues with Firestone in Tempe on Baseline but never this location until today. Honest mistake or not, this is something I see as unacceptable oversight for a business specializing in wheels/tires.

I specifically asked them to just look at the brakes, the front desk lady said it would take 30-45 minutes. It ended up taking 2 hours and when I returned their were a list of recommended repairs/service.. front and rear diff fluid, wiper blades, valve cover gasket replacement, fuel system cleaner, checked air pressure, battery, tire rotation. All of what they did was nice but not what I asked to be done and in the time frame I was told it would be done in I asked them to replace the rear brake pads and resurface the rear rotors. They said it would take one hour and it took 2 hours and you bet I waited around because I thought I would be in and out of there guess not. They do a good job but were terrible at listening to what I asked and decided to go above and beyond well ya did I spent all morning and early afternoon waiting around for a job that should ve been no longer than 2 hours Service: Brakes

The gentleman upfront was very easy to talk to. He explained everything in detail and made me excited to buy the life time alignment. The quote was more than fair and I got a discount on almost every line item. The guys at Firestone take great care of my truck every time I bring it in for any kind of service. They take the time to look everything over and provide suggestions but don't pressure me to buy services I don't really need. My local Firestone on Lindsey in Mesa doesn't currently have an A/C Tech and recommend I go to the Gilbert location at 70 E Guadalupe.I called last week after two failed attempts at a different Firestone location and Darrell set me up for 7am appointment.I arrived, Darrell checked me in and my car was looked at in no time.I love going to Firestone, Darrell was able to see I was also due for an oil change. The A/C was charged, oil changed and new nozzle for my windshield wiper fluid was installedRon assisted me in checking out and explained everything that was done. I have never had any of the Firestone technicians I've had since 2012 tell me I needed something for my car that wasn't needed, they never try to upsale me.I highly recommend this Firestone location, you won't be disappointed!A+++Services: Air conditioning, Oil change

I've used this shop a couple times and I really appreciate their respectful attitude toward someone's car. I always feel like I am talking to a technician and not a salesman. I'll call out Darryl as every time I talk to him he introduced himself by name, listens, never makes me feel rushed, and solves my problem. Darryl's capability of customer service motivates me to want to use their shop more often for my repairs and work to be a loyal customer.

I was in a pinch for just 1 simple tire pressure cap for my car that I broke at the Chevron gas station right across from them so I came in and asked Ron if he could help me out. Ron gave me 4 new caps for free. These are the kind of people that you want to do business with. Definitely recommend!
