Last night around at 5:30, I had a tire loosing air fast. I was not close to home and found this Firestone. I drove in and Amber and Daniel were able to inspect my vehicle. It was found that the inside tread had separated on the driver's rear and was also beginning to happen on opposite side as well. They close at 6 and I knew they would need to stay late to fix the vehicle with 2 new tires. Amber and Daniel both assured me that this was not a problem and they only cared about my safety. I had my wife and grandchildren with me too. I truly appreciated the above and beyond experience they provided. Thanks again!!

Riley and his tech Riley were professional and honest. They have earned a customer when I am in the area, and I would recommend them to my colleagues and friends. I hope someday Firestone will start doing Tesla alignments in the valley though.

Fixed my headlight. Reasonable price. But more importantly, they identified something wrong with my car that has been bothering me for a long time. It wasn't for a service that they offered so it wasn't something they were trying to sell me on, but they went out of their way to check it out and let me know about it. Really appreciated it.

I d like to give a 5 star review to Cody from here. I needed a skid plate installed that I had with me and he spend 25 minutes of his time haggling with the aftermarket component and didn t charge me for it. This is professionalism and it s something I don t often see.Give Cody a raise!

Honest service. Went for a free brake I section and they told me I could wait a little bit before doing anything. Always nice to find a mechanic who isn t trying to sell you a service.

Arived at 7 am to pick up my vehicle which is the advertised time they open.Waited outside stranded for almost an hour before an employee showed up to open the shop late ! Submitted a request to speak with someone regarding this over 2 weeks ago and still no response from anyone at Firestone.Extremely disappointing and will take my business elsewhere.Update 3/24/24 still zero response from Firestone.

Just got new wheels and lift kit done on my new Subaru forester and needed a alignment done . Wasn t able to have done by installers due to the fact that there s was down . I went to two other places in the area and they said they couldn t do after making me wait both times. Called this location girl upfront ( forgot name sorry ) super friendly and knowledgeable was like come in we ll take care of you . They did take care of me and super fast . Definitely recommend this place for anyone who want quality work and customer care !! Thanks !!

I had an 8am appointment on Labor Day. I was amazed that they were open. My service appointment was for an alignment. After about 25 minutes I asked the front office manager when it would be ready. He said its done right now and checked me out and handed over my key. This was one of the best service appointments I have ever had. Ryan, store manager goes above and beyond in terms of customer service and vehicle care. Luke is unsurpassed and more than amazing. I had an urgent issue early Sunday morning, and within one phone call and one hour, I was on the road as good as new. Moreover, their pricing and promptness was so unbelievably fantastic that I was literally scratching my head. I woke up to an exploded tire, my tire size is not common at all, and they had one delivered to the store and Luke had it installed in minutes. I have a lot of connections in the automotive and tire business, and I've never been this impressed. If I could rate 20 stars, I would. Thanks, guys!

Called for a quote on swapping out my ignition coils (total of 6) along with the spark plugs. I had already done a ton of research on the materials needed and found that it was around $50 per cylinder for the new coil and spark plug (OEM). When I called, they quoted me $206/cylinder (total of $1236 not including labor) for just the coils and another $72 for each spark plug. This came out to a total of $1,668 on just the materials (labor was around $230). I inquired how they are able to charge basically a 550% markup for the materials and the only response I could get was that their system chooses the parts and how much they cost. Complete rip-off, I will never go back to a Firestone again (I had previously gone to a different location, but they gave me the same quote). I spent $300 on parts and a couple hours watching YouTube and took care of it myself. If you are able to, I d advise the same.

Noticed one tire looked low and was going to stop after work to have them add air. Before I got there, car notified me another tire was low. Guy checks air and said "oh lady . You're losing air fast on this one! " He found a nail! 5:45pm ( they close at 6pm) and they replaced the tire for me!! I also recommend getting warranties on your tires.. makes replacement a lot cheaper.. In some cases even free.

I came there expecting to need some tires. Someone helped me and broke down my tread levels to me one by one. Told me I didn't need new tires yet. He could have sold me some tires if he pushed me, but he didn't. I did not even need this place's services but customer service and being honest + helpful is worth five stars. Kudos, Firestone.

My husband has been bring our company vehicles here for years. This particular location. I just brought our personal car to this location and it has been amazing compared to the other location. They were very nice and easy going setting up my appointment. When I got here they took my car back right away. I did not have to wait long at all. The manager Nick was very kind and friendly.

Had a check engine light on and needed to get some new tires. Tony and his technicians were very knowledgeable and quick with their service. I usually have my Honda serviced at the dealer and after going to this Firestone, I won t be going back to the dealer.I came in for an A/C issue and Ryan and his team had me back on the road with cold A/C in a couple of hours. I also had to battle the dealer regarding a warranty issue and Ryan went above and beyond to contact the dealer (not part of his job) when they wouldn t address my concerns. A General Manager has no shortage of things to do, but taking the time out of his workday to advocate for me was next level and so appreciated.I paid about half (or less) of what the dealer would have charged me and I felt very comfortable and well informed throughout the entire process. This is a very honest, trustworthy, and intelligent team.

This place is absolutely fantastic, I will never go anywhere else for my car needs. Josh made each visit quick and painless as possible. Good pricing, honest with quality service. They truly care about the customer and are always able to explain issues without trying to over complicate things or make unnecessary suggestions. I really appreciate all the help I ve gotten and certainly recommend this location. Do yourself a favor and ask for Josh who is amazing or Scott who was friendly and helpful when scheduling! Their auto technician Jacob helped me who was also super kind, knowledgeable and made sure I knew exactly what was going on with my vehicle. Thank you so much Firestone on Higley!

Highly recommend this Firestone. The staff were friendly and helpful. They explained everything in detail and made sure I had an idea of costs before starting any work. They were very professional and trustworthy. After replacing my brakes and two tires at a very reasonable cost, my car is driving great. I will definitely go back!

If you need service on your car GO TO THIS LOCATION! Best customer service, turnaround time and pricing!! The husband and I were in AZ for work and encountered a pretty major issue with our car and didn't feel comfortable making the trip back home to San Diego. I was nervous handling the issue on my own while the hubby was working but Dusty (Store Manager) was so welcoming, listened to everything I needed to relay from the hubby, explained everything and got us great pricing. The mechanic, Jacob completed the repairs in record time and our car has never ridden smoother! (Plus he's a super humble guy, he refused to accept my $20 tip.) Josh completed my check out process and provided top notch customer service, was knowledgeable about my car and the repairs completed. This team/location has an incredible system in place that makes the "yucky" feeling of having to get your car repaired, not so gross :) Thanks guys, I got major "wife points" for handling this issue for the hubby and all under budget!!

It was easy to get booked and the service over the phone was great- Dustin (?) or I forgot his name was super patient with my questions about the tire brand and didn't feel that he tried to upsell. Was happy how quickly I was able to get myself booked and he was just so friendly. Giving them an extra star for their customer service. :DArriving here, it was easy to get checked in and waiting area was clean. Took about an hour to get everything done. It looks like the team was also trying to inspect other things in the car as well in the meantime and asked if you wanted to fix those items, just wish they would have fixed tire vs doing inspection at the same time :D. Had to hold off on that.Tire job was done decently. :)

I went in today for an oil change and Ryan was very helpful! He noticed that I needed a few things for my car, but let me know that they weren't urgent and in fact, if I waited another week, all of the services would be on sale. I really appreciate when I know that a company is really looking out for your best interest instead of just "doing their job". I will definitely be using this location for my services!

I have been going to Firestone for years now I had never been to this location but they had given, hands down, the best customer service I have ever gotten at a Firestone! I got a reminder call the night before about my appointment. When I walked up to the door I was greeted by technicians in the bay, when I walked in I was greeted by Ryan who confirmed my name right away! The whole team was friendly and welcoming and my service was speedy and thorough! Great team and I will be making this my home Firestone!

Talk about a great Auto repair experience. Friendly, professional, prompt, and very reasonable prices. Always thought that big name Shops can be $$$ costly labor, but this Firestone was different, felt like a friend's local shop willing to help you. I'll definitely come back on future maintenance. For now, alignment is perfectly straight.
