I used to go to overpriced shops until I realized you can actually order any tire you want from here! I love this place! It's like a shoe store for cars! The general manager Jaz is super nice too! They're fixing a hole in my tire thanks to the construction on every street around here. Thanks Discount Tires!

This is my 2nd visit to this location and it was just as pleasant as my first. I was greeted by Kelli as she was coming in from helping another customer. Greeted with a smile and pleasant demeanor. I needed a flat repair and walked in 30min before closing time. She said no problem with a smile and took it in knowing it would keep them there late.As I waited for the repair I listened to every phone call and transaction. You see, I am by profession, a shop manager. I have been in the tire, repair, and now aftermarket auto industry for 25yrs. I can see, hear, and detect things the normal customer cannot.This shop is clean, well managed, the employees seem happy to be there, and eager to help. This is a hard task to do in a VERY busy industry. I am VERY impressed with every employee working this evening. I want to thank you for the great service at the end of a busy holiday and closing time.Great job to the manager for running a tight ship, and to Kelli and everyone working at this location. I will gladly send local business their way!Thank you!

Very impressed with their customer service skills and speedy work! From the first phone call, to having my car aligned was seamless! I only had to wait in the lobby for 45 minutes, which was faster than I expected! I work at an automotive dealer, but decided to use Discount Tire, because it was more than $100 cheaper for an alignment, and that is even with my employee discount! Super happy! - It was $89.99 out the door, no additional fees or taxes! - They were able to fix my toe alignment on my commuter (Infiniti QX4) they showed me where the alignment was and what they did was great work! - Will return again -

Today Jaz, Kelly, and Jonathan, made my bad day a lot less miserable. I brought my car in for a punctured tire and they all went above and beyond to help me out. Not only did they answer every question & concern I had, but they gave me the best price I could possibly find for my tires (and yes I checked multiple competitors and online websites). Plus they did it all with a friendly smile and welcoming demeanor.What impressed me the most was that today was a holiday and they were extremely busy! I fully expected them to tell me that I'd have to leave my car over night and pick it up in a day or two; but instead they squeezed me into their already busy schedule and had my car ready for pickup the same day. They even stayed later than the posted closing hours so that I could pick it up.It's not every day that I experience this level of professionalism and high quality customer care. Much thanks to Jaz & his team, I'll definitely be coming back next time I have tire troubles or need new tires.

Had slow leak in one tire. Wait time from start to finish was 45 minutes. Tire was taken off, tested, put back on with minimal fuss. Wax kept informed of each process. Great people.

Exceptional customer service throughout the entire team was wonderful. Your 1-10 scale does not allow high enough marks and this experience will NOT be forgotten as the quality of professionalism was above all others. I spoke with the manager and directly complimented each person I spoke with but this team will not likely understand how much I appreciate their kindness. My only complaint is they don't offer more repair services such as brake work, etc but that is really NOT a complaint. This team is a lighthouse for businesses all over the Valley and I sincerely hope this kindness spreads all over as we need more like them. God Bless brothers!835 S Cooper Rd, Gilbert, AZ 85233

I had a great experience at Discount Tire yesterday! Everyone I encountered (from the person I initially spoke to on the phone to the employees helping customers in the lobby, and the man who worked on my car) was very polite, helpful, and happy to help. Jaz was particularly kind, helpful and informative!

Buyer beware. This place is a scam. I ve had my tires changed 4 times by them and they have never honored the tire warranty. I just got my tires changed and they tried to upsell me on the tires they just sold me the month before telling me theres metal coming out of it and it needs to be replaced immediately and they can t rotate them. I asked to use the warranty and every time they come up with an excuse to not use it. first it was they aren t worn enough yet after telling me there s metal coming out of them. Then this excuse was it s because you didn t rotate them enough. Once again I fall victim to paying another $200 dollars because of their excuses. DO NOT COME HERE!

They replaced the tire after having to wait all weekend, then broke the bead on the tire that resulted in them having to order another tire. HOWEVER, the technicians in the back that called my son and told him that they had done that DID NOT TELL the front counter staff and they allowed us to pickup the car and drive off with an installed new tire that they had damaged. Now you may ask why did my son not call me, well he did, but he was in school and by the time the teacher allowed him to call me, we were already on the road. I made it to Main Street & Country Club before the tire went completely flat. I made it to EVIT safely, but then was told by this location that we would have to arrange for a tow and pay for it ourselves. Now they would reimburse us, but really?? They gave us a defective product and then we have to be out of pocket $180 until today . NOT happy!PS - the car is my son s and the tires were paid for my his girlfriends father as a gift. So my name is not in their system for this issue!!

Ok, sorry for the delayed response but I at least wanted to give discount another shot because I still needed an alignment, so I went to the Cooper and Warner store. The original invoice #1882718, where I got home and the next morning, the new tire was flat as a board due to the technician not changing a valve stem, (at the Warner and McLintock location)on a loose wheel, with no tpms or anything unusual. That's the original reason for the review. Now, the reason I am reaching out is both positive and negative. The positive, the gentleman at the counter, and the technician who performed my alignment were top notch. Great service, great example of people doing there job well!!. Now, the negative, and the reason why I probably will never return to discount tire is this. The following pictures are as follows, DF, DR, PR, and PF wheel clear coat damaged. This was not there yesterday. I personally polished every single lug nut, all 20, and installed these wheels originally. I rotated the tires, myself, with care because the tire wear, and I know these marks were not on the wheels. I feel bad because the counter guy and alignment guy were awesome. Someone new, or inexperienced, or careless, or whatever marked up all 4 of my wheels due to being careless... These wheels were 99.5% perfect when I bought them, and brought them in. Now the clear coat is damaged on all 4. Never have had any issues with discount tire before, but I simply cannot return due to damage and carelessness, by 2 stores now....Follow up pictures of Phil Ward damaged wheels. And 3 reciepts for alignment and 8 tires since 12/16/2024...... Was a good customer......

Yesterday I needed a routine rotation and balance when the Discount technicians found that every single bolt on every tire of my car had seized, they all needed to be replaced! Car wasn t safe for any real driving.Store manager, Jazz, to the rescue! He assured me all would be well by the end of the day, and despite any small doubts I had he ended up being right!While it was a bummer to be without a vehicle for the day, Jazz used his personal Uber app to ensure I got home where I could be comfortable rather than leaving me stranded to figure it out on my own. So sweet of him! Very grateful, especially considering the apps on my phone weren t properly functioning.They took my car across the way to brakes plus where they had to special order the bolts for my Subaru. They arrived just at the end of the evening!5pm rolls around (closing time for both brakes plus and discount) and more miracles!BOTH teams were willing to stay late to ensure the services were completed and that I d get to have my car in my possession at the end of the night like they wanted.By 6pm brakes plus had replaced 15 bolts and Discount Tire had balanced and rotated everything pit-crew style! It was so fun to watch. They were efficient and effective and everyone we worked with was so kind.Many thanks!This could have been such a headache, but it really wasn t at all. It worked out fineJazz even called me this morning to follow-up and make sure the car is driving well today! Amazing :)

Got a flat tire first thing in the morning, took it over to this Discount and Jaz was who helped me out. He helped with the tire that had been ruined by a nail and also found another nail in a different tire. He was able to help me get both fixed and done within an hour. His customer service and expertise is so appreciated. I'm also thankful to the gentlemen who helped get the job done. They got my car done within an hour even with having about 4 people before me.Every encounter at this Discount has been amazing and that's why I trust them.What started as an awful day was made better by this awesome team! Thanks Jaz and everyone there!

Took my car there today and was told I had a nail in my tire and they patched it up. I m on the road to Tucson right now and the tire light came on. How can this be, after they fixed it? They didn t fix it because tire patches are free. They just reset the alert light. Shame on you. This can kill me now!!! Im stranded. And I wasted 3hours of my time at this charlatan establishment that lies to their customers!!!

Terrible experience!Positives:Took me in right away (had an appointment) and got me out in 45 minutes for the changing of 2 tires.Negatives:1. Advisor added in warranty without even discussing with me2. They left my vehicle without the tire pressure sensors on the correct tires. (So essentially my car was reading the psi for the front left tire when it s actually on my right front tire)3. Two tires were at 35 psi, 1 was at 31 and one at 29.4. One month later I found out that they over torqued one tire which costed me another $300 plus at a brake shop.First time dealing with Discount and will never again deal with them.

Ruined a tire brought in for simple nail fix, had to buy a tire to match it, ok stuff happens. Had a alignment done Oct 11th and by the 20th the inside of new front tire was bald. Had to have the store in Sierra Vista take off spare and to replace it so I did not have a blow out. They said the Cooper store would contact me about correcting issue. They did not. That is now Three tires in less than a year counting the spare. Is this the new strategy where you get folks to replace tires one at a time by creating issues. I want to replace 5 tires at first of year to give me a more aggressive tire...where might I not go? I still have to fix the alignment....fun

Went for air, and I had a screw in my tire. They could fix it, but the wait was long, so they took my details, and I got there real early the next morning. Had ne out in an hour.

Exceptional customer service thanks to Kelli! She was easy to work with, efficient and an amazing employee. Went in with a flat tire and ended up needing 3/4 of my tires replaced. Kelli made it stress free and assured me that I d be taken care of, and I most definitely was! Thank you so much for your help, Kelli!

Service was quick. Great customer service. My new store for tires. Thumbs up to Ken and Justin.Called about tires today 10-21-2022 told me they were out, few hrs later call came they have now. Had all 4 off road tires on and balancing in 30 minutes. 6 hrs at a dealership. Thanks for doing such a great job in such a short period of time I will be back as usual. If you want your tires and wheels put on correctly and quickly I highly recommend this place.

We bring both of our cars here. The guys are friendly and knowledgeable and don t try to sell you extras to increase their ticket average. Phenomenal service every time and the waiting area is clean, cool and comfortable. Definitely recommend this place!

For second time in a couple months, I picked up a screw/bolt visiting family in the Valley. First time the tread on my original OEM tires were worn enough that I opted to replace all four. This time I was able to get a free flat repair via a same day appointment (within 2 hours), enabling me to return home (175 miles) as planned. The shop was busy, but it is well staffed and everyone seems well trained and all were courteous and professional. The free repair wasn't handled any differently than a profitable service, and they got me in and back on the road quickly. While waiting, I saw appointment customers, walk-ins who needed various degrees of assistance, and heard phone calls where the manager worked hard to find some in stock tires in an odd size that are just not high volume. He identified a shop nearer to the customer that could help him. Sure seemed like the goal was to get the caller what he or she needed. Another caller was worried about getting to the shop through rush hour traffic before it closed at 6pm. The manager told him to just drive carefully--they'd take care of him when he got there even if it was after 6pm. Again, just seemed like the right attitude to me. Bottom line is, I'd do business at this shop (Cooper and Warner in Gilbert) again without a second thought.

Usually have a great experience here but not today. Took my car in last week to get my tires rotated, and then after my car began vibrating badly when I d drive.Took it back today and waited 25min for them to check my car in, only to find out it d take another full hour to actually correct the mistake the originally made when they rotated my tires.Also, the staff helping me, Julian, refused to wear a mask the entire time I was in the shop.Not the greatest communication on a mistake they made. :/

Discount tire treated me so kindly today. My husband always takes care of everything so today I decided I needed to learn how to do this. Discount tire found a tiny nail in one tire and fixed it free of charge! What amazing service. The men that helped me were really kind and helped me maneuver through this little problem and helped me build up my confidence!!

Everyone was great to work with. Jesse was my salesperson and he quickly visited with me at my car and discussed the benefits of choosing DiscountTire. He took me back inside to invoice and bill me for the specific tires I came in for. He surprised me when he told me that my car would be done in about 45 minutes. I then decided to hang out instead of getting a ride home and back. About 45 minutes later I was informed that they were unable to find all 4 of the tires I came in for. There was only one other set for my car in stock and Jaz said he would upgrade my tires at no additional cost. They had those tires on my car and me on my way in about 20 minutes after that. The whole team seemed to work well together and I really felt taken care of. I will definitely be returning to DiscountTire.
