Joshua was beyond excellent!! The care and time he took to tow my very lowered car was honestly outstanding he never had a driver that cares so much it s like he treated it like it was his own!! My car didn t even scrape off the ground and every little bump I hit I scrape. Joshua did his thing and did beyond great I d give more than 5 stars if I could. Gonna ask for him every time

I ve used Desert Emerald Towing twice now. Both times I ve found the service to be friendly, right on target with time, communicates during the process, and my car has been taken good care of during the tow.
