Similar to the other reviews, my experience was never great here. The wait time at the counter is LONG. I purchased 4 new tires for my vehicle, and besides the good price, the rest was a bust. Staff was always friendly, but when you are used to the speediness of Discount, you will always be disappointed. Sadly, I will never purchase tires again from Costco. Not worth the wait times.

Very friendly and efficient service! I like that they can pull up all my information about my vehicles and past purchases such as battery/tires etc all through my membership information. They have the best warranties, too!

Wow what an adventure. Just waiting to be helped took an hour. Photo was taken on a weekday evening at 6:30pm. There is only one person at the front desk. I actually timed how long it takes to help each customer: about 12 minutes per person. You can forget about appointments. They accept walk-ins ON TOP of appointments, and everybody waits in the queue on a first come first serve basis. The mechanics are great but what a major waste of time just for a simple tire rotation. I can't wait to get my own lift at home so I can do my own tire rotation.

Awesome prices but don't do it, really. The warranty is useless, is you need anything done like a rotation it will take hours, it's just not worth saving a few bucks unless you absolutely never plan on setting foot back inside the tire center.

First appt - they sold my tires to someone else.Second appt - truck with the tires didn't arrive.Third appt - had the tires but the credit card they forgot to give back to me was accidentally shredded.My advice - pay for the tires over the phone when you book your appointment.

Didn't want to warranty batteries. Waste of time. They don't warrant their batteries they make you re buy them. Rude ladies at this location

While this review is for Costco Tire Center, all I did was buy 2 batteries there. My truck is a diesel and has two batteries, which both were bad. I was able to drive to Costco, but only had one wrench. I was expecting Costco to have a socket that I could use to reach down to the battery release, which I could not reach with the wrench. I was expecting it, because that's the type of service I've come to expect because my local AutoZone provides it. However, the Costco battery was costing me much less, so I went there. I had to go home for tools, and luckily my truck started so that I could.Advice to Costco - please review your tool loan policies and consider the ways your competition pleases their clients. You have room to improve.

Don t even bother with this place. The people at the tire counter have an attitude like they are so much better than you. Off putting right away.Made a 3:30pm appointment to have a tire fixed. Was told an hour, leaves me a 30-45 minute gap in time, so I agree. Well, 6:30pm rolling around and my tire not even touched! I was even asked by a technician, 1.5 hours after my appointment time what car I was waiting on!I asked to use the restroom and I was asked if I was waiting on a car to use the restroom!! By the same person who asked me what car I was waiting on!!! Guess that weed got to their memory.What a joke this place is!

I made an appointment to get my tires rotated and arrived about 5-10 minutes before my 1:00 appointment. I waited in line for only a few minutes (no big deal) and when it was my turn, the staff member was very friendly and I handed over my keys and was told it would be about an hour. I thought that was a pretty long wait considering I had made an appointment, but I had a decent buffer until my next obligation that day and waited at the tire center. After an hour passed, I asked one of the staff and they assured me that my car was "almost done" so I went back to waiting. after several more minutes, I was informed that they JUST STARTED WORKING ON MY CAR. At that point I knew I was going to be late to my work meeting which started at 2:30 (it was 2:15 when they started on my car when my appointment was at 1:00). I ended up having to reschedule my work meeting as my care wasn't back in my possession until nearly 3:00.TLDR: I understand that they are probably very busy and I don't expect that I should take precedence over anyone else, I would have appreciated the staff being more upfront about how long the wait was ACTUALLY going to be so I could have made arrangements and still made it to my work meeting on time. I think Costco should include a wait times statement when making an appointment so people can prepare accordingly.

Went in Tuesday to schedule a tire rotation at 10am for upcoming Saturday. Literally waited more than 20 minutes for someone to help me, mind you there was 1 person ahead at this time. Then today Saturday at 9:45am I come in for my 10am appt and I politely waited almost half an hour before I just spoke up about needing to leave my keys (the wait would have been much longer). When I finally get up to the front the guy tells me my appointment is at 10:30, which is completely false. The whole point of scheduling an appointment is to save time. He was then proceeds to tell me to rotate and balance my tires will be an hour and a half. That is a 15 minute job at most. Wasted my morning and my gas to get there. Will never get tires or services here again and don t recommend it.

Okay at this point I am never coming back to this specific tire center. I called and wanted to schedule first available without stressing their schedule so I ended up getting a 6:00 pm because they said they d have stopped walk ins by then and it would be the easiest time. Then I get there and they tell me they re understaffed and would take a little longer than usual, so their estimated finish time would be around 8:00 for my 6:00 appointment. Mildly inconvenient but no worries, I need to get my tires replaced. Then they decide ya know what We can take some walk ins no issues. Then two of the three mechanics so now it s 9pm, I m stuck here waiting for my car to be finished and this walk in lady is apparently taking priority over my appointment because she went to customer service and got a manager. I am so done with this location.

Terrible service. It's not worth it to buy tires at Costco. I had leaks in my tires and they said I have to leave it all day, or make an appointment which was in 10 days. How the hell do you make an appointment for a flat tire? Ridiculous! So I came in 10 am and I was the first one there, and there was 6 people after me. So I went shopping at the warehouse and an hour later my car never even was looked at, the woman that helped me said that there was two appointments but everyone that came in after me have all left. Maybe it was a racial thing, the lady seems to not help other asian people that was in line. Terrible service!

The counter person was polite and informative in my transaction for new tires for my truck. The gentleman that work on my vehicle was very good as well. I had a set appointment and was on time for it. Was very disappointed in how long it took tho. I have had recent total knee replacement surgery and knew it would take an hour or so to mount and balance the tires. Didn't realize it would take 2 and a half hours! In my younger days I worked at a tire shop and could do the same job in about 45 minutes. By the time they were done working on my truck i was in a lot of pain from not being able to ice my knee or take my medication. If you are having tired out on your vehicle be prepared for a long wait.

Costco tire centers have free nitrogen pump and pressure sensors for special tires that need nitrogen mixed air. We filled up and then went inside to speak to attendant and Even when very busy the attendant came out to check our tire for pressure or leaks and said we were good to go! Thanks!

I hate to write this because I love Costco. But consumers should be aware of the policy of this tire center. I recently bought tires here and (I thought) no problem. However, when I brought the car in for rotation and spin balance a few thousand miles later, a lug nut was missing on one of the tires. It had come off while I was driving. The techs noted that the lug was missing in the notes but didn't tell me in person and let me drive off without offering to sell me a new lug. I noticed it missing a 1,000 miles later. I am letting Costco management know about this awful situation.

Prices on batteries and tires are competitive, but they are usually too busy to even acknowledge you. Just went there had to wait cause only one guy was there really busy. Not the first time it's been like this. Seems to be understaffed at this location. Phone calls don't get answered or if they do you get put on hold hopefully till you just give up. I would go to discount and get better customer service.

Talked to Evan. He was great and very informative. I had called earlier to the Bell Rd location on the west side because my mother who is needing the tire rotation lives on that side. He not only gave me the wrong information but also refused to give me information because we were talking over the phone so he could not verify my identity. The latter I could understand but giving me the wrong information that I otherwise would not have realized had I not called this location is not great. Evan apologized and told me to come to this location and whoever would be working that day would take care of me and my mom. I'm super grateful for how kind and patient he was with my questions.

They were able to change out two wheel sensors and do tire balance and rotation to keep the car safe and on the road! It's best to make an appointment. Thank you guys

Ken at the tire center went out of his way. Not only Ken stopped what he was working on to help. He also gave me inspiring thoughts on my scholarship program. Professional and personally is what Costco has always been about :) Thanks Ken

Went in to have my tire repaired, and found out they didn t have that tire In stock, no big deal. They said they would have it the next day so I call asking if they had received it yet. They said no but their delivery comes between 10am-2pm. I received a few phone calls in between then but didn t recognize it as their number so I didn t answer but called the number given on the website right when I was off work. I was told they had been trying to reach me but my question is, why was their no voicemail left for me? Get past that and go to the location, get my car in and out pretty fast but when I open my trunk, anything that was in there when I dropped it off, was thrown all over the place. The tools needed to put the spare tire on weren t strapped back down and a few were even out just thrown around. Then on top of it all, two separate times I was called by a rep and told the wrong information thinking I was a different customer. Overall was just not good service.

Cody was super helpful and was able to fit my car in when I had a couple screws through my tire and couldn't get to work. I always get great service at whatever Costco Tire I go to and 100% recommend getting tires here

If you go in early during weekday it seems to be the best and fastest time I was in and out in 45 minutes great job guys always impressed and never decide his five or the service I received at Costco excellent place to purchase your tires excellent warranties flawless replacement installation of tires on any make model of vehicle!

Great service by the employees. Costco tire website (appointments) and buying tires is worthless as of 2019. Impossible to track tires and therefore creates more work for the employees.

They were fantastic and wonderful.Ken was super kind and helpful and went above and beyond. All the staff is friendly and they don t try to sell you on things you don t need.Highly recommend coming here.
