Great pricing and promos from costco. Employees and technicians are very bland. They seem to act like zombies and don't seem too keen on helping the customers. Talking to them/working with them makes the whole tire process at costco pretty miserable.

Service was Great and FAST!!! Very knowledgeable.Costco had the absolute best price on tires compared to every competitor I checked with, plus an additional $150. 00 rebate. road Hazzard is included. I HIGHLY RECOMMEND!!!!

Ryan's assistance was perfect on one very busy afternoon/evening. I could not drop off so he gave me an estimated time frame, it was slightly less, but it was long as they were slammed. Appreciate the correct expectations on time and services, this helps tremendously. Thank you!

Wouldn t recommend coming here unless you have 2 hours to spare for a 15-30 minute service. Scheduled an appt for a certain time and car sat in parking lot for an hr. Empty bays. Terrible service.

Called and after being on hold they quoted me $400 for two tires. Then $709 for four.Told them we were desperate and they said five to six days wait, but BEFORE I can make an appointment I had to buy the tires.Went to Walmart..$300, last minute, on and out in an hour with complete warranty.No benefits here at all.

Poor manger at tire center but what saved the 3 Star rating was Store manager and the ladies up front caring about people. Good prices and service. Tire management needs help

They carry batteries for the car, but the Sossamon location was out of stock. They had the battery at the San Tan location and after getting out there I was told they do not install the batteries. Epic fail!

Poor customer service, employees have no sense of urgency (especially this one employee named Jacob: he was unprofessional and rude) also they left my window down after service.

Great service, bought new tires and they were on sale. Just make sure you get them installed at the same location you bought them.

Called in 2 hours before close to say it was booked .that s not the problem.. there was no customer service. The man on the phone was rude. And didn t offer an alternative such as coming in tomorrow just hung up. :( i was talking so nice too. It was just one single tire installation I had the extra tire too.Walmart auto center isn t good but they did better.

Costco tire center is the best! They offer great warranty and service. If they don't have a tire in stock they can order what you need! They also carry batteries(Arizona literally ears batteries with the dry hot heat) their warranty is by far the best. Three years and the peace of mind of the Costco return.

WARNING! This place was A nightmare. Extremely unorganized, i pre paid to have my tire replaced. I was told the tire would be in by monday since i had to travel in wednesday. Lies! They dont even know when the tire will be in the shop. Front desk is as rude as it gets! I love costco but this tire shop at this location is trash. I CANT BELIEVE HOW UNORGANIZED AND RUDE THIS SHOP IS!

I went in for a tire patch at another tire shop, after an hour they told me we cant patch it, $213 out the door with a new tire . I decided to take it to Costco and told Sonny that I needed a new tire. He took a look at it and asked his manager, JD, if he could look at it and see if it could be patched, which it was! I really appreciate the customer service provided and they put the customer first instead of just trying to sell me a tire and seeing me as a sale.

They told me it would take about an hour to change my tires. They knew I was staying and I went shopping then sat at the tables right next to them. Two and a half hours later I asked about when my car would be ready to see if I needed someone to come pick up my groceries since it had been so long, but turns out my car did only take an hour (based on the paperwork they gave me), they just never told me it was done. They also didn't know where they put my car so I got to just wander the giant parking lot forever till I found it.

I had a flat on a 1 week old tire (not costco's fault, defective tire from manufacturer). Took it in and had to wait an hour for someone to inspect it. They couldn't replace it same day. Also was charged another $4+ for them to replace the tire pressure sensor.

Waited 15 mins in line to just speak to front desk associate. Then told it is An hour 45 minute wait to get a tire plug put in. That s a ridiculous amount of time to wait. It s crazy that you need an appointment to get an emergency service done in any timely manner. Buy from a real tire shop.

If you are a Costco member they'll stick decent tyres on your car at a reasonable price. They don't have the range of a dedicated tyre store, but you'll usually get about 80 bucks off a set of four, either on Bridgestone or Michelin depending on the month. The people behind the counter usually know what's coming up if you have a preference.
