This place is awesome. The office atmosphere was excellent clean and very inviting. If you have to wait this would be the space. My overall experience with Christian Brothers was superb. They went above and beyond to render speedy and efficient service. Their pricing was competitive and they took care of all my warranty calls. They took awesome care of my Jeep. Definitely will recommend them to friends.

I had an exceptional experience at Christian Brothers Automotive Service! From the moment I walked in, the atmosphere was welcoming and professional. My first visit to this establishment was very satisfying. Right from the initial greeting and discussion of the required services, Christian Brothers proved to be honest, professional, and competitive in terms of pricing. I have visited two of their locations, and both have been excellent. The individual named David who assisted me was incredibly thorough and professional, making sure to maintain eye contact, which is important to me when dealing with customers. He addressed all of my inquiries, and the service was fast and hassle-free. The facility was exceptionally clean and well-stocked with beverages and snacks. As a woman, I am typically wary of using the restroom at automotive establishments, but I was pleasantly surprised to find that it was very clean and attractively decorated these details matter. Amazing service today! The safe was extremely friendly to me and my kiddos. Such a clean and cozy car shop it was almost like I was waiting in my living room.My car over heated today right on the intersection. I pulled into the taco place and the guy told me to walk over to the car place to ask if they sold coolant. They offered to top off my coolant for me and even had someone move the car for me.They found 2 serious problems with my coolant system and they ordered the parts and had it fixed in no time.I highly recommend this Christian Brothers for sure!! So grateful for them and getting me and my kids back in the road safe.

Can i tell u that this place is amazing! I brought my car in to change my back light when no one else in town didnt know how to change it and it was done with no issues! First time visiting this shop for some brake work. First impressions were great-- friendly welcome, clean, refreshing and comfortable lobby/waiting room. All the staff I worked with were knowledgeable and courteous, and were genuinely appreciative of our business. In the end, the work was done fast, on time, and at a reasonable price. A good mechanic and auto-shop is a valuable thing. Happy to say this will be our go-to for any future auto needs. Thanks, guys!

I had my BMW towed to CB and received instant customer service as I walked in the door. My car would not start and I already confirmed it was not the battery with AAA. I got a call the next morning with an inspection & estimate for repairs by a text. I authored a new starter and had them replace the rear brakes and rotors. We discussed several other items needing attention but there was no pressure by CB service rep to do them now and I liked that he didn t try any scare tactics. All in all, my car is running again and I got excellent service from CB once again. I even got free shuttle service from them I highly recommend them for any auto service!

First time here received amazing customer service and they kept me updated of the status of my car through the whole process. They provided a detailed inspection report with pictures, showing what maintenance is needed by priority and were not pushy at all. I will definitely be back and recommend them to anyone!

I was recommended here by a co worker and she had so many good things to say. I have never had good experiences with car shops but this place is totally different. First of all, the way they communicate is stellar! The report is so detailed, they take photos, and email/text everything over so you can review and actually know what is going on. Then they send an estimate link where you can see additional work they recommend, the cost and approve or deny the estimate. The guys that work there are so friendly and patient and don t mind explaining everything. I always have a lot of questions because I don t know a lot so having the report is so helpful and the guy on the phone went over everything with me. I will definitely be going back!!

The team was thorough in their analysis of the problems with my 98 chevy tracker. They advised me of the issues, provided me with the costs and severity of each area in need of repair.We were able to repair the most needed items at a reasonable price. The work was completed ahead of schedule. They were EXCELLENT in all areas.As a side comment...their office and garage areas were the cleanest I have ever seen in any automotive shop.

I've been looking for an honest mechanic shop with reasonable prices and excellent customer service skills. I have now found this in Christian Brothers on McQueen and Guadalupe. David, Bryan and Steve all provided exceptional service. I took my Chevy Tahoe in, had mutiple services done on my Tahoe for a fair and reasonable price.They provide shuttle service which is a nice touch so you don't have to sit around and wait for your ride. I was a walk-in with brake issues, and they were super quick to get me in. They explained everything during the process of diagnosis and what they needed to do to fix it. They constantly updated me when my car was taken in, when it was being fixed, and when it was done. They also provided my transportation back to my house because my car had to stay overnight.Overall, I have not had a better experience anywhere. I felt extremely taken care of and everything was super professional.

Amazing service! Kind, caring, professional staff and .Ryan is a delightful, respectful young gentleman who shuttled me home. He even waited to make sure I was able to get in my home!!! A rare business with a servant s attitude. And by the way, our brakes work great now!

Was looking for a shop that was not going to rip me off and try to upsell. Brian at Christian Bros didn t do that, neither did other staff or the mechanics. All of them explained what my vehicle needed and let me make the decision. Very family orientated. Thanks to everyone that works there. I ll be back.

Excellent service and fairly priced. Service managers were very polite and I love the digital inspection report where you can see photos of each item they want to do. Kept neat and clean. Very nice experience. Would go back again for sure!

I took my Highlander in due to a coolant leak, found out there were a few other issues, they were honest and kept me updated throughout the whole process, I didn't feel like they were trying to take advantage of me. Everyone was so nice and they got my car done within a day. I would recommend them to everyone.

Took my Audi q5 in because it smelled like gas inside the cabin. They had a shuttle take me home which was a 30 minute trip one way so I appreciated that. They kept me updated every step of the way and quickly Diagnosed a leaky fuel pump. They replaced it within a few hours and offered to have the shuttle pick me up when it was done. The cost was very reasonable compared to what I've heard from other shops and the staff was friendly and courteous and really took care of me. The shop was clean and the waiting area was very nice. Would recommend highly. I went l even left with more gas in the tank than when I came in, I was excited to see that.

This location opened in 2023 and is really close to what I live. So, I decided to give them try. Now I regretted. The result is VERY disappointing. I had them changed the engine oil and replaced spark plugs. After I took my car back, I found a pool of engine oil on my garage floor the next morning. I took my car back in their shop. When they called me it was ready to pick up, they did not bother to explain what caused the leak. After I pressed for it, they finally said it was a failing gasket. Just now I found out the engine oil they put in was 0W20, as opposed to 5W40 for this car. Because the oil is much thinner, it may have caused damage to the engine. I will call the shop on Monday to find out. I will follow up with this review.This is a follow-up review: CB took the car back in and replaced the engine oil with 5W40 for free. The owner of CB came to me and apologized for the trouble. Like he said, no one is perfect. Being able to admit the mistake and to make up for it deserves respect. I am revising the rating to 4 stars.

Simply put, these guys have the best auto repair shop I have ever dealt with! Blaine and Brian are professional, courteous and above all honest!! I have been here 4 times and they have never let me down. I highly recommend taking your vehicle here to be repaired or for any maintenance.. They also offer a free shuttle service if you just want to drop your car off. These guys and this place is the best!!

My oil change was fast, efficient and clean! Pricing was affordable and they provided quotes for anything they found that needed or was close to needing repaired/serviced. No pressure at all. Would recommend getting your car serviced at Christian Bros Automotive.

Highly recommend these guys Blaine my service advisor and his team handled biz. I had a coolant leak from heater core hose in a tight tough to reach spot back by the firewall that required few other things to be removed for access, even then it was still gonna be tight as heck to get at ." Miss my old school Honda "lol .Few other chain places i checked with said they couldn't do European vehicles which surprised me. CB got me in the next day replaced the hose purged my cooling system and got me back on the road in no time. There's a nice size Starbucks next door so hung out there for an hour or so .No hassle, no gimmick ,Good service & good price. I had appt set with another specialty bmw/Volvo shop prior to inquiring with CB, but didn't wanna wait any longer with this brutal heat as the appt opening was still days out. Also CB beat the price of the other reputable European shop dealer alternative I had scheduled so again Highly recommend these guys and thanks again! I recently had the pleasure of visiting Christian Brothers Auto for a checkup on my 2006 Honda CR-V, and I couldn't be more satisfied with the service I received. Initially, there was a clunky noise when shifting into reverse, but the service advisor Blaine couldn't replicate it during the test drive. However, the senior advisor Bryan DeStefano s dedication to thoroughness was impressive. They insisted on inspecting the under chassis to ensure a comprehensive assessment.I also want to describe the sound that I could hear from under the engine side of the car. When I decelerating on the freeway without pressing the brake, I could also hear the same 'thud' sound.Their attention to detail paid off as they identified issues with the axle, lower arm, and lower ball joint. I'm grateful for their commitment to my vehicle's safety and performance. This level of professionalism and dedication to their customers' peace of mind is truly commendable.I highly recommend Christian Brothers Auto for their expertise, honesty, and willingness to go the extra mile to ensure a complete diagnosis. They turned what could have been a minor issue into a thorough repair, saving me potential trouble down the road.
