They were very helpful and professional. Their waiting area is so clean and cute. They kept me informed and updated on the status of my vehicle. They were quick and efficient. I do have a great warranty plan so that helps but they did a phenomenal job. Will go back to them for any further needs. I ve used them for an oil change once and an engine change.

This was my first experience with CBA and it was a good one! They made sure I approved of all the work prior to initiating repairs and texted me with updated estimates. Service techs and management were super friendly and even gave me a ride home after I dropped it off! This is where I will be taking my RAV4 from now on.

CB is trustworthy. It's so hard to trust mechanics/dealerships these days. They send detailed information including photos to show what needs to be fixed. They also offer shuttle service so you don't have to wait hours for your car which is great service!

Go somewhere else!! If I could give negative stars I would. They overcharge, it s better to go to the dealer for parts and repairs. They tried to charge me $1437 for a part that the dealer sells for $655. If you take your vehicle here please check how much they are charging you for parts. I spoke with the shop manager about this and he told me they need to make some profit so they sometimes double the parts price. So basically I end up paying $1200 and got my vehicle back with the same issues and now I m taking my vehicle to the dealer to get repaired for a much cheaper price.Update: I do not have a Mercedes Benz.

Absolutely insane incompetence from everyone involved. I come in with a broken window and a faulty oil sensor and the shop comes back with an estimate of $4000 worth of repairs. The warranty I had covered 80% of it but still a ridiculous amount of money. I agreed to all the repairs, just hoping to get all my maintenance done for the future and not deal with it.They have my car for three days. On Friday, I picked my car up and neither of my window or oil sensor was working. Furious because I had to pay $1000 out of pocket for neither of my problems to be solved. I come back after the weekend to drop off my car for them to fix their mistakes, when worker Liam chuckles about how many repairs they did to my car.I didn t see the humor in the situation but anyways. I drop my car off, and they call me within the hour to say that it was actually my motor for my window that was broken and Kia has a warranty on my engine that I can redeem from them at their service shop. They figured that out within an hour of dropping my car off the second time but not the three days they had my car initially.They told it would be done by the end of the day but then texted me it would be done tomorrow at 11:30. I texted them the next day at 12 for an update because it was radio silent when they responded and said it wouldn t be done for an hour. I show up an hour later, rant to the manager about all of this and to get my car with a fixed window this time and that manager comes in laughing saying that the motor is wired wrong so up=down and down=up. Again not really finding the humor in this situation.They offer to fix it and have my car in the shop for another day to order a new motor but seeing their track record of fixing stuff I didn t want to test it.I paid them $1150 to fix two things and it took them over a week for them to fix one of them on two attempts and refer me to another shop for the other thing. If anyone recommends this place to you run the other way and hide.

I would use them 10 out of 10. They were honest and upfront about evrything. I went in for an oil change and brakes and rotors. They emaild me with pictures and an estimate. They saved me probably $1500. Didn t need brakes all way around and they saved money by turning the rotors. So I decided to put the money back into the shop with doing a battery. I still paid less than originally quoted. Thank you from 2017 GMC Acadia.

I have been to the dealerships and had the long waits or the oversights. I have been to Jiffy Lube where I thought I paid below the average for pretty good service. I looked for another place to service my vehicle after the Jiffy Lube changed ownership. I read reviews on Christian Bros. and they were all good. I set up an appointment at the one on Pecos. When I walked in, I was impressed with the cleanliness and decor. I texted a friend about the fragrance in the air and we joked about the up charge I might find on my bill. They did quality work and the price was cheaper than Jiffy by a lot. I was extremely surprised and happy with the care.

David was kind and helpful. The prices were reasonable. Darcy, with the courtesy shuttle, was great & prompt. I enjoyed talking to her. We will be going to this location again for any of our car needs. Thank you!

Needed an oil change while I was in town visiting family. All of the staff members were friendly and made sure you felt comfortable. Stayed for the oil change and was out in 40 minutes. Would definitely come back to this location.

Ok listen. Nobody says yay I m getting my car fixed! It s expensive, it s stressful and it sucks. But with you guys it takes away a lot of the pain. I found you through my RepairPal app. Also because I ve driven by a lot you re by my house. But every time I ve been in the staff has always been amazing, friendly, responsive to every question by text, email or call. I get photos of my repairs in my estimates which is awesome and I m not bullied into work being done that I m not ready to do. I also love that when my car is there you do a bumper to bumper inspection no matter what it s there for and give me the report My car is always ready when promised which in the past at other shops has been an issue and I appreciate this. Again car repairs are expensive and nobody likes to have them done but when I have issues, Christian Brothers is where I m bringing my vehicles. Period.

They really are a trustworthy shop. I ve used them multiple times and their service is consistent. I was pleasantly surprised how they handled a recent issue that came up on my last visit. They didn t even try to compromise a solution, they just handled it 100% on their end.

Just had an electrical issue with my car and the first shop I brought it to was unable to make any diagnoses or find out what was wrong. Did some extensive research and talked with the team here at christian brothers to see if they could help. They were able to find the problem, fix the problem and were very open and transparent throughout the whole process. Would highly recommend as they are very honest and knowledgable.

They were very professional and explained everything in detail. We were able to get the car in for service the next day, while other places were a 3 week wait. They worked out the details with our warranty with no effort from us. Not much to add with a 4.9 star rating. Drive by the place, its usually packed with cars. Kevin and team are amazing. They are honest and do a fantastic job, always taking time to talk and answer questions. I took one of my cars in thinking I had an oil leak. The inspection shows no oil leak, just condensation runoff. How honest is that. I got the oil changed and a brake fluid flush. All good. I have an older pick up that had issues, but Christian Brothers did everything to fix it even though I had to take it back once. No charge on the second visit. Great warranty also. I will be taking my Wife's car there going forward, we have a warranty on it. I highly recommend Christian Brothers on Pecos in Gilbert. Call ahead if you can, they are typically booked a couple days out.

SECOND REVIEW after more work done UPDATE: I want to say that Anthony at CB Auto is really just the best. He provides great communication, is helpful in explaining everything so I understand when I don't, and just provides really great service. Christian Brothers on Pecos should be proud to have him as the face of their company, he does it proud. As for the techs, they ROCK! Thorough, knowledgeable and my cars are done right the first time.FIRST REVIEW: I cannot say enough great things about this company. From the first phone call to picking up my car the customer service is AMAZING. If you need a place to get your car done, don't hesitate. Honest, thorough, professional, and just all around fantastic. Excellent and fast service. Another shop wanted to replace my transmission for 4000 dollars. Christian Brothers saved me from that and fixed me without replacing my transmission. Most friendly and helpful people in the office I have dealt with in forever! I went in one time. And the next time I came in they knew me 2 days later!! Highly recommended!

I wish every business was as ethical, transparent and efficient as CBA-Gilbert. Kevin, Eric, Vince are great to deal with. It's never cheap when I come in here, but they are fair, save me money where they can and their work is always first rate! If you need a good car mechanic with great staff, this is it!

Loved everything from the quick attentiveness and courtesy of all the service reps, to how nice the courtesy car drivers were, to how quickly I was able to schedule an appointment to get my car in for repair, and to ultimately getting the work done quickly and effectively. I actually loved the automated process of receiving my car's repair diagnostics via a text link, to be able to immediately review all the noted issues along with the costs of each repair/parts, and signing off on only the items on the list I would approve to be worked on. Amazing process! No doubt you guys won me over to becoming a loyal customer! It's around Christmas time and even the halls of the waiting room were festively decked out with decorations!Service: Electrical repair

Trust. I felt completely at ease knowing my friends at CBA would take care of me. It was difficult finding someone to work on European cars, especially high performance volkswagons. But from the word "yes", I knew I made the right decision. The approval process by text made things very easy. And the work was done the very next business day. I highly recommend this place for your vehicle needs and repairs. The manager Kevin really worked with me especially when my warranty service did not. He and Nic worked hard to make sure my car was completed quickly and sufficiently. Very satisfied with the services. What he quoted me was the amount I paid and not a penny more.

I went in because Firestone told me our car had a possible transmission leak and they don't work with transmissions. CBA did their inspection and the leak was not related to the transmission. They gave a very detailed inspection report and took a lot of time with me to help me understand what was going on. I love that their employee Nick was willing to text me novels when I wasn't in a position to call to make sure my questions were answered. They provided pictures of the concerns and videos of what those issues meant. I really appreciate their transparency and thoroughness. They squeezed me in last minute and got my car back within a few hours (and it needed a lot done). Service was great, the shop was nice/modern and they even had a private driver take me to and from my home when my car was in the shop.I will be going to them from this point forward and happy I found them.

Christian Brothers Automotive Gilbert-SanTan makes things right! I brought in a used Mazda CX5 for a pre-purchase inspection and Anthony reviewed that no major or minor concerns were apparent on the vehicle. I purchased the vehicle due to this recommendation, but, when driving the vehicle home, I found the steering wheel shaking significantly when braking. I took it to a nearby mechanic to inspect this concern, and they found an estimated $2,500 in necessary repairs to resolve the extensive defects with the vehicle s brake mechanics. I returned to the CB Gilbert location where Anthony kindly received my concerns and set up an appointment to reevaluate this discrepancy. Following reevaluation, they too found the discrepancy to be present and the condition of the vehicle to require repair. Owning to this lapse of service, the store manager Kevin submitted to cover ALL repairs to remedy every item of concern. Kevin went above and beyond my expectations to correct this oversight. Made an appointment for an alignment on my Tesla Model 3 for 1/16/23 and when I arrive told at least 2 hours and required a special calibration as it s a special suspension. At that point ask the price and quoted $350; they told me they called to quote me prior to my arrival but I didn t get a call, just a text reminding me of my appointment. They weren t sure either if the specs were in their machine. I left as this was shady. Looking at my records, the same shop did an alignment in 12/2019 and paid $89. I question now if I can trust this shop for any of my vehicles going forward.

I like the fact that they emailed me as well as sent a text on what was going on with my car. That way we could discuss how to move forward with the repairs it needed. The front office guys as well as the tech that repaired are car were awesome.

DO NOT BRING YOUR CAR HERE. A mistake I will NEVER be making again. They ran a diagnostic and later openly admitted to COMPLETELY missing a major engine issue that caused the car to be a total loss. But only after charging us 2 grand to fix "another" issue in the same area... And when we brought up our issues to them civilly, the manager told us to kick rocks and sue if we wanted anything for the car they ruined. Save your car, your wallet, and your hope that there are decent people left in the world and go ANYWHERE ELSE.Service: Engine repair

Made an appointment for an Oil Change with CBA for the first time based on the great reviews I read but was disappointed in the lack of communication. I made an appointment for 11am and dropped my car off and they said they would text me with updates. It was 1pm and i had not received any word so I called and they stated that my vehicle was in the bay and that they double booked (never told me upon check in). They said it would be ready by 2pm and I told them i would need the shuttle back. I was not picked up until 2:45pm and the shuttle driver told me that no one told him i needed to be picked up until right before he came to get me. Seems like there was a lack of communication. Three hours for an oil change is way more time than expected. Hope if and when i return there is better communication and quicker service for an oil change.Service: Oil change

From the moment you get there the atmosphere is very pleasant and inviting. It feels like you re stepping into someone s home. All of the gentleman upfront are very kind, they explain everything very thoroughly to you. The technician Jeff worked onA lot of different components of my vehicle and explained everything to me in detail as to what he would be doing. My car, which is older a 2004 Toyota Corolla, is now running great! They are very thorough and very efficient. Another great perk to coming to Christian Brothers Automotive is that they have a shuttle service. Vince was the one to pick me up and shuttle me to where I needed to go. He is very personable and friendly and we had great conversation. All the way around I would recommend Christian Brothers Automotive to everyone! Thank you so much Christian Brothers
