I feel awful writing this because I went to the Queen Creek location last year and didn t have a great experience. The GM was super nice and fixed everything. This time I took my car to the Gilbert location. I was rear ended in my 3 month old 2023 Camry. There was almost 14k in damages. It took over a month to get my car back. The first thing I notice is that the gas cover is not even flush with the car. The sales advisor did the same stuff the manager at the QC location did and tried to tell me it was supposed to be like that. Eventually, he had someone take it back and adjust it and it was still not in the center - not a big deal, but if they can t even get that straight who knows what they didn t get straight when my car was smashed. Today I noticed that the strip on the number is not even straight. Again, if they can t line this up, how am I supposed to feel safe in a car that they put back together. For almost 14k, my car should be perfect!

I'm very impressed by the team at Caliber Collision. From the first time I met with them they were very friendly and professional. They repaired the back of my van after being rear ended. Repairs were completed on time. Shortly after I noticed that a part was loose but didn't contact them about it until several months later after it fell off. They did not hesitate to replace the part without asking any questions at no additional cost. Tim Davis was very professional and had the issue resolved immediately. Excellent customer service!

This is the second time of using caliber collision. I have had a great experience both times. Today I went in and had Jon Rowe as my service advisor. He was absolutely amazing! It is rare to find somebody who is honest and provide great customer service! Thank you Jon!

Dropped off our van for an accident repair on December 20th at the Caliber on Abalone Dr, Gilbert & we were thrilled Caliber had it repaired the next day - during the busy holiday season!Our car looks great & Robert, our service advisor, was very cordial & professional!We are very pleased with our service & highly recommend Caliber.

Our car got rear-ended. The insurance company gives us several options for repair, we chose this body shop because it is not far from us. The reception lady was friendly. She quickly located the staff who do the inspection. Rudy carefully evaluated the damage, and explained the procedure for repair. He is a nice person to speak with, very knowledgeable about car repair. He called me the next day to update the status and let me know the work can be done sooner. We're satisfied with the work performed. It was done professionally and quickly. What beyond my expectation is that the car was entirely detailed when we picked it up. (Rudy simply mentioned that he washed our car, but we know it's more than car wash after looking at the tire & rim and clean interior.) Thanks, again!Services: Painting, Body & Trim

Great customer service. Rudy called the Lexus dealer to make sure the parts were available so that we wouldn't have to leave the vehicle too long. With the nation's parts shortage we were very surprised that everything was available. With that being said, Rudy gave me an estimated date and constant updates. The work was completed prior to the date and with Great results. Definitely happy with the work.

Got into an accident a few weeks ago and the damage was significant. Caliber collision handled everything perfectly. They dealt with the insurance, were very communicative on the status of the repairs, and gave our car back earlier than promised, and as good as new. Thanks to the entire team, and a big kudos to Robert and Tatiana for keeping us posted every step of the way!

Rudy and the others at Caliber took great care of me and the body work they did on my Mini Cooper!I chose Caliber out of a list sent to me by my insurance company, and they were the only ones that didn t have a review page full of negatives. I was honestly suspicious that they only had great reviews, but i am happy to join the rest with nothing but great things to report!Rudy let me know that Mini currently has many parts on back order and that my car repair could be finished between 2 and 8 weeks. I fully expected my repairs to take at least 6 weeks. I appreciated that he was vague and gave me realistic expectations. I dropped off my car fully expecting not to see it again for at least 6 weeks, but thankfully it was back in my hands within ten days! I was updated frequently on the status of my car via text messages and phone calls.I am one hundred percent satisfied with the work done on my wrecked car (it looks better than ever!) but I m even more satisfied with the customer service. Rudy went above and beyond - he even secured my front license plate, which was hanging on by one screw. It wasn t necessary or even close to the body work I needed done, but very much appreciated!

Very happy with the services from Caliber Collision. Since my arrival Tatiana help me to set and Rudy took over and did the inspection of the car. He maintain me informed everyday of the progress. I ve had to send my car back three times now to have them fix repairs they did. Quality control is subpar and my car was returned still damaged. They had to send my rim off to another shop to be reconditioned yet it was returned to me with large gouges in it that are impossible to miss when mounting the tire to the rim or attaching the wheel to the car.Multiple paint defects.Body panels aren t aligned well.Panels aren t put back on correctly (missing screws and fit is incorrect)A headlight was replaced and they replaced it with one that was severely spidered with hairline scratches/ cracks all over. See photo 5. That didn t match the other side (original from factory when car was purchased) that was in way better condition without the spider cracks. See photo 6

Scheduled an appointment to get an estimate. Estimator Robert only quoted half the damage. Called and emailed to see if he could add all the damage to the quote. Never got a call back. Receptionist was polite but seemed confused about quoting all of the damage and not just part of it. Also worth mentioning, they wanted to use used body panels to repair my vehicle. I ended up going with a different collision center as they were happy to send a quote to insurance with 100% of the damage reported. Would urge people to not use Statefarm approved shops.

My car had some small scratches, but deep enough to require professional help. The car took longer than expected, due to paint issues, but the wait was worth it. The repair looks great

I took my Tacoma in for minor cosmetic repairs. The service was estimated, scheduled, and completed without flaw. The impressive thing is that though my repair was small, I feel I got very good service. I was made aware of each step in the process and each was as I had been prepared for. This is a class-act operation and I will certainly use them if, heaven forbid, I need them again. I will also happily recommend them to friends and family. ThanksService: Body & Trim

Someone backed into me June 20th in a parking lot claiming they didn t see me, leaving a very small dent on my quarter panel in the back of the passenger side. My insurance referred us to come here and I dropped off my car June 23rd. I explained to Brian how I was moving out of state and my car needed to be shipped on July 6th and I was also going to my hometown June 25th to visit family before I moved. After looking at my car, he said it was minor damage and that it would be done fast, not to worry about anything, and that I could leave the car there while out of town and that I would be able to pick it up when I got back July 5th. The morning of June 25th before my flight, we got a call from Brian that my car would be finished in about a hour and I received a text while on the plane that my car was done. My insurance company was also told my car was finished. After being out of town for a week and a half the moment I got out of the airport, I got a ride to Calibers Collision to see a sign on the door stating they were closed July 5th after communicating with me I would be able to pick it up. The next day I got another ride to Calibers and said I was picking up my car, when Brian told me my car was not ready and that it was in paint and they tried to do a paintless dent repair but since prior work there was done before they had to take it apart. He also asked who told me my car was done and I told him that he called me and I got a text when he responded oh the automated text . I told him, my car was supposed to be shipped that day and he told me it should be done in the next two days. We asked him to release my car to find the inside of the back passenger door not put together, and pieces of my car in the trunk and while waiting for it to be released he told me it just needs to be painted . The way this was handled was not professional at all and was not a very trustworthy or reliable experience. I should have been updated on my car especially if I was told it was done being worked on and ready to pickup. This all happened while in the process of moving and I made sure that was communicated the whole time through. I have attached pictures of the before with the dent circled and the after of how my car was released.

They got me in right away, worked with my insurance, kept me updated on progress via text, and finished four days earlier than anticipated! The car looks great! I was very impressed with the care they took in getting my F-150 back on the road looking like nothing ever happened to it. I would have given them 5 stars except the clear bra on the front bumper was an item that was forgotten. But when I reminded them of it, they got it taken care of.

It was recommended to take my car to caliber by my insurance company. Both Tatiana and Ethan were very professional during the process and kept me updated on the status of my vehicle. AVOID AT ALL COSTS!!! (Unless you want your wheel to fall off). There is another excellent collision shop less than a mile away. I took my truck to Caliber Collision on 876 Abalone Dr, Gilbert, AZ 85233 to have my truck quoted for repair after an accident. I chose not to hire them to do the work, but I did contract them to perform an inspection and comprehensive quotation of all parts needed to fix the truck. When I picked up my truck, I paid their invoice for the contracted work performed and proceeded to drive it to the shop I chose to perform the work. Unfortunately, I didn t quite make it. In route my drivers front wheel and tire flew off the truck causing an accident and injury. Come to find out, they failed to secure the lug nuts on my truck after performing their work/inspection. Luckily no one was killed, and I was traveling at a relatively low rate of speed on surface streets. I called Tim Davis (Manager) to inform him of what just happened. He was initially really apologetic and agreed to pay for the tow to at least get it off the road. Not more than 20 min later Tim called me back with a total change of tune denying any liability (probably after being advised by ownership) and refusing to pay for the tow. This was approximately 45 min after picking up my truck and drove directly from their shop to the other one that was going to do the work. He claimed that my tire was never removed by them. So that left me confused, either they are lying about removing the tire, or they are lying about performing the inspection and comprehensive quote I paid for. Bottom line is that there are plenty of other great collision shops out there, I would highly suggest steering away from this one at all costs. The lack of attention to detail in this case could have killed someone, and their lack of accountability is telling of their moral compass.Shortly after reporting my first complaint I was contacted by Matt Arnett, Regional Manager for caliber collision to discuss my initial allegations. After discussing the matter further, they asked for a quote to fix the damage that was caused by their shop and was then passed off to their insurance company to file a claim. However, after speaking with the insurance company I was told that they spoke with Caliber Collision who denied any wrongdoing and did not want to pay for the damaged parts without doing any type of investigation into the matter. I sent them over 20 images of the damaged that they caused due to their oversight.

I was rear-ended on the US-60! These guys were all very professional and competent to perform the needed repairs on my car. My service advisor Ethan kept me updated on their progress and was always reassuring. Tatiana, Tim and 2 other staff were also very helpful to me and made the whole experience more pleasant than I expected.

The staff at this location are great, Robert was a breeze to talk to, he is very easy going and friendly which you dont get too much in customer service nowadays. I would definitely recommend this location for their expertise, convenience and friendliness.

Everyone at Caliber Collision were amazing Tim the GM, Rudy who took charge of my repair, and even the Receptionist they were all professional, knowledgeable, competent, courteous, and friendly the whole experience with them was an A+ experience I would definitely recommend to any and all who need such services thank you Caliber, you guys took a bad incident and made it so painless/seamless!
