I initially called and spoke to Miguel about replacing my rusted rotors and installing new brake pads on my Nissan Maxima. Service from that initial conversation was great. Their price was better than a few other places I called. They replaced my rotors, brake pads and I also had my brake fluid flush in only 2 hours on a Thursday afternoon. The service from Miguel and Kevin was exceptional and the quick time to get the job done was even better! Thank you!

I have had good service and pricing in the past. Last time the dealership wanted almost $400 for brake flush and fuel injection, Brakes Plus was half that. This time, however, the A/C maintenance recommended by dealer cost me $20 more (with a discount). I was disappointed. I'm sure the service was fine, just not the price on this.

Very courteous and professional staff. Took my car to be serviced, and they provided a thorough assessment of what required immediate attention and a follow-up timeline for the remaining issues. It was comforting to discuss my car concerns with seasoned professionals. They've definitely got a customer for life!

My tires were wearing funny. I was recommended to get an alignment. I made an appointment and these guys had me in and out in less than an hour. Great people. Informed me of work that was needed on my car. Gave me a quote and a deal. I will be back.

In a small business owner I always appreciate when I feel like staff is conducting great customer service the guys at break plus did a great job with our vehicle. They were professional. They were able to diagnose her problems explain it to us and make us feel like we were in the driver seat, even though they were the ones doing all the work highly recommend them very upfront and honest

Michael and Robert were very kind and informative. The appointment was made quickly, and my vehicle was fixed within a few hours. I could feel the difference immediately. Thank you for explaining everything and for making it safe to drive again with my new brakes.!

As usual the wife was over on her oil change and had a emergency and needed to travel out of town. Really needed service before the long trip and the guys were fantastic and actually jumped me up to service my vehicle and get on the road. I truly appreciate that they understood my issue and were extremely helpful by taking great car of me.

Brakes Plus is a happy surprise. They do so much more than brakes. They have fixed my AC, solve service engine lights, and been available every time I need them. If you are frustrated with your shop because you can t get in, it takes too long, or they don t take care of you, then Brakes Plus is for you! Thank you for all your help.

My car has 60k miles and I've never replaced any part of my brake system. I had done a lot of research about brake pad/rotor wear and life expectancy prior to the inspection since I'm used to the hard upsell. After the inspection, they recommend pads only. When I asked about rotors, they said mine were great and had a lot of use left, no upsell was even attempted. My tire pressure was low as well, and they took care of it without me having to ask. Overall, my experience was great, I'll definitely be going back.

Alignment on my Rivian R1T was an exceptional experience. Upheld my appointment time and even got me in early. Friendly knowledgeable and hard working all around. I have nothing but praise for this shop. Been using it for 3 vehicles and have had excellent expediences, whether it is my wife or me using Brakes Plus.

After I made a mistake and went to the wrong location, the staff at this Brakes Plus was more than kind and helpful. I thought I had a brakes issue, but once they looked into it, it turned out it was actually my tires. What could have been a decent sell for them was handled with integrity and literally saved my life (or at least a potentially really scary incident). Thank you so much and I will be coming back as I know I can trust them.

I was blown away by the wonderful service I received here at Brakes Plus. Miguel was so kind and conversational but most importantly HONEST. I came in for a brake inspection after being quoted an insanely high number I didn t trust from another business - and wouldn t you know it, I didn t need everything the other place said I did. Miguel was able to save my back rotors which in turn saved me hundreds of dollars and he also got my car in and done very quickly. Nobody likes the price tag that comes along with car issues but at least Miguel made it honest & hassle free which I know can t be said with many businesses. I ll definitely come back again for any future needs.

They got my truck in and out in a few hours with new brake pads and rotors for a reasonable price! Barry was fantastic to work with and I ll be coming here in the future when I need it (hopefully not any time soon though haha)

I went in for an oil change and Tanner was more than happy to help. The other place I go to has me wait a whole day, this was my first time at a brakes plus and it was done in 30 minutes! Tanner was nice enough to show and explain everything he serviced for me. He even pointed out an engine mount collapsed, which explained some issues I was having. Thanks for an amazing experience Tanner!

I went there today for alignment. My car was fine but I got new tires and was told I should get an alignment done. I usually do all my car things at the dealership but decided to try something different today. Worst thing I ve done! The alignment was done in 30 minutes. I got the car and started driving. I decided to let go of the steering wheel to check. Car completely swayed to the right. I did it s few times before turning around to go back to the shop. I told Barry what happened and he took my car on a drive. Barry came back saying everything was fine. I insisted it wasn t, and he insisted it was. I took the car and I said I d be back if it wasn t. It wasn t!! I drive back home and let the steering wheel go a few times, it always swayed to the right. I went back and another associate, Michael, went on a ride with me. He saw what the car was doing. Michael acknowledged that was not right. Back at the shop Barry still tried to say that the car was fine. I got my money back but I will never use this place again or recommend it. They treated me as if I had no idea what I was talking about.

Always friendly. Having issues with my car is stressful and the guys here are always polite and try to get a low price for me. Been here a year ago and stopped going to my local dealership. It s fast, convenient and a lot less than the dealer. Very happy with the service here and will continue to come here.

Just a simple oil change but the team at Brakes Plus on Higley are always friendly, helpful and efficient. The work is done as promised and a courtesy call given When the vehicle is done ahead of schedule.

Just had my brakes done and the whole process was exceptional. Mike made sure to diagnose the correct problem on a test drive. Great service and staff and excellent eye for detail. I highly recommend this establishment.

I had a quick timeframe to get my brakes done and Miquel accommodated me perfectly. The pricing seemed fair and I was grateful for the shuttle service to and from. My service was completed in 3 1/2 hours from door to door. Thank you!

I bring several vehicles to the guys here. They have always taken care of my needs and mentioned items that they feel are or will be a concern in the future. I have never felt that I was pushed or swayed to do anything my vehicle didn t need that would continue to keep me safe. Thanks guys!!

The service at this location is the best! My girlfriend & I have had nothing but the best customer service & expert advice when it comes to car repairs! Young women beware, they WILL overcharge you.My dad called in for me and was given a quote of $30 for a battery replacement that was under warranty. $15 for an eletrical test and $15 for labor. I went in myself and was charged $68 when everything was said and done. My dad then had to call in AGAIN for me, then and ONLY then did they make an attempt to correct the overcharge. Shocked by the straight up dishonesty of this location.
