They screw up the car, never again.I finally had a good place to look at the damage done to my car by big O.They had messed up my cooling system, it was working just great before. Later it cost me $785.00 dollars in parts and labor.Never again will I ever trust big O to touch my car.

DO NOT BRING YOUR CAR HERE!! I have brought my car in multiple times because it has been pulling to the LEFT. After getting new tires, brakes, rotors, shocks, and struts. They fixed my alignment and even brought out a paper showing how the alignment is good. After they did that my car was still pulling again so I took it back in and they told me the alignment was fine then sent me off. Took my car to another mechanic and he happened to find the control arm on the LEFT side was completely cracked and broken. Did some research and it turns out that this is the cause for my car pulling left. I did not need the new shocks or struts because the control arm was the real issue. I don t trust places that will put their money over my safety. BIG O just wants to make their quotas and screw people over. They have brake certified people trying to do a technicians job. Someone needs to be held accountable. Also their warranties are a JOKE!!!

Had an emergency and they were able to get us new tires by lunch time. They were super transparent with the out the door cost of everything (no hidden fees). Great customer service over the phone and in person. Check their hours. They were randomly closing early that day, but again, they were able to help us quickly.

Each time I go there the employees take such good care of me answering my concerns even show me where the issue is not just on paper but at my car they work hard to satisfy all my questions. Tony has taken such good care of me the last two weeks with many repairs and Adam working things out for me also I ve been going there for many years and there are always a place I can count on not to overcharge me or say something is wrong when it s not they re very honest The hard workers that do all the repairs deserve so much so much praise I know it s their job, but they need to take pride and what they do in the accomplishments they make on the repairs I don t feel they ever get good credit. I never able to truly thank them because they re busy working on the next vehicle.

I called several days before to get an oil change, alignment, and tire rotation. I had my wife drop and pick up the car, under the impression after my initial call we were good to go. after having it for 4.5-5 hours my wife picked it up and let me know how much it was. Not only did they completely skip the alignment and tire rotation, 1. They literally sell you on your cabin filters that were changed out a month ago, every single time, but they also charged for tire disposal when I didn t dispose of tires? On the bottom of the receipt it shows quoted work to be done which lets me know in our discussion the alignment and tire rotations were marked down and just forgot about . Make sure you re not getting charged for random bits they don t do and double and triple check what you bring your car in and lose it for a day, actually gets done . Because they won t .

Pretty good experiences besides install fee is a bit much but if you have mangled nuts, they will get you 100$ worth of nuts and tell you to go to a mechanic. Luckily i am a mechanic, so i solved my dilemma, the nuts are very nice.

I had a very good experience at this Big O on Lindsay and Warner Rd. This past Sunday..The man who helped me, Tony( Anthony Chacon), wasn't anything less than amazing! He helped me with what I needed, in a very professional and honest way. What a gentleman and definite asset to this establishment!He was extremely knowledgeable and friendly in a professional manor. Give that man a raise!!!( or at the very least, a longer, paid lunch!!). I will definitely recommend and return to this business due to him..

Horrible service I went here two years ago and had a horrible experience. The first time I went I waited for 4 hour for an oil change. Well I decided to go back this time to a different location and the same out come make an appointment online and still waited 2.5 hours for an oil change and a tire rotation. I will never go back to any of there locations. I also asked them to plug a tire and they didn't even do that smh.

Thursday October 5th I dropped my car off at Big-O tires for a new rear tires and an oil change. I dropped it off at approximately 11am. By 5:50pm I had not received contact regarding my car, so I reached out to them and they let me know they were about to do the oil change on my car. At 6:09 they called me and told me they were keeping my car overnight because after the oil change the car was smoking out of the exhaust. I was stuck in Gilbert overnight and had to pay for an uber 40 minutes back home. In the morning they informed me my car was not drivable and needed to be towed. I did not argue, I rented a trailer and made the trip back out there to tow my car to a bmw specific shop (Vader Solutions). After his inspection of the car he determined the wrong type of oil was used, causing the turbo to fail. For context this turbo is just over 3,000 miles old. I had it installed by Vader Solutions 6 months prior. The car was running perfectly when i arrived at Big-O and had to be picked up on a tow truck. Big-O tires is denying all responsibility, they are not releasing the video footage from that day to me. They are threatening Vader Solutions with legal action, and questioning his credibility. They have not offered to pay for the damage, or my expenses that were caused by it. I received a quote from Vader Solutions to fix the damage and it is over 5100 dollars. I have no way to afford this, Big-O has made it clear they are not going to pay. I now have no vehicle. On the paperwork they gave me (repair order) There is no mention of them doing an oil change. Adding to that the odometer reading on the paperwork is over 135,000 miles. My car arrived at Big-O with 58,500 miles. Completely unprofessional and negligent work. I have been in contact with the district manager Mike Williams and he has made his position clear.

Great experience here. Had a blowout on my GTO, called Big o and Dale answered. Dale was able to use their stores best price guarantee and get me an out the door price better than previously quoted. He was able to give me advice on a good performance tire, was friendly, knowledgeable, and he even swapped the tires for me himself. This experience will bring me back to this location for sure.

Everyone here was so nice! Getting my tire changed took a little longer than expected, but the gentleman at the front desk was so kind and helpful. They even had donuts first thing in the morning!

Been a long time customer of Big O Tires and will only buy tires from Discount. Adam the store manager wouldn t allow me to use his restroom because I wasn t a customer well now I will not be.

They did my alignment COMPLETELY wrong and it caused my tires to go BALD in 7000 miles! When I showed this to them, they shrugged responsibility until a different Big O finally said they'd take care of me (because they agreed that it was done horribly wrong). My mechanic was furious at how frankly dangerous it was to be driving on wheels with that bad of an alignment. They forgot to tighten the critical bolt that aligns the wheels. John Weicht (sp?) was the manager and was not helpful nor was he friendly. I'm never going back.

All I can say is WOW!!! I m super impressed with how these guys handled my situation. I was super frustrated with a company that dragged out my problem for four days, Big O Tires solved it in 1 hour.Great customer service. Had tons of options for financing and were so knowledgeable about what I needed. Thank you guys!!!

I had a nail in one of my tires and took the car in for the nail to be removed. The guy told me he did not see the nail but he stated I needed a new tire. I declined and asked for air in the tire. While putting air in the tire, he saw the nail and I asked him to remove it. He lied and said my tire had wear and would go flat. He did not wet the area to even check. I took the car to Midas and they removed the nail, patched the tire for free and said the tire is fine. Do not take your vehicles here, they take advantage of customers.

I love when I come in and the manager is too busy watching TV and busy texting to get my car back into service. Worst customer service. I ve only ever taken my car here for oil changes but going forward never again! Get a manager who wants to work!

Ended up calling big o Friday due to a coolant system failure. Eric and his team quickly got me in and diagnosed the problem and went above and beyond. Their competitor couldn t fit me in for a couple days and that s the worst thing to hear being in sales. 10+ hours of labor and was still able to get everything knocked out by eod Saturday. Also found I think every coupon in the book. Thank you guys! I really look forward to my next service!!!

The manager gave Me and my dad a free flat repair. Super chill guys. Awesome place and very nice waiting area with water coffee and doughnuts .

I called to see if they had a certain tire in stock, they said yes. I tried to make an appointment they said I didn't need to they had plenty in stock. Brought my car in and guess what wasn't in stock, the tires I asked about. I had a puncture Soni had to get tires and had to pay more than expected because of their incompetence. On top of that there was 1 person there and it still took an hour and a half. Won't be going back here again

Last month, in preparation for upcoming holiday travel, I visited the location on Lindsay/Warner and was prepared for a hefty bill. I needed at least 3 new tires, an oil change, and my transmission fluid changed. Like with anything else these days, I was not expecting the final pricing fully, I knew it would be costly, but of course, inflation was no exception here. I almost had to find an alternative option (which would have been a bummer since Big O is always my go to) thankfully the workers know their way around to find deals and handle the customers adequately. Mike (I pray I remembered the correct name- I should have written this review a couple weeks ago while it was fresh in my memory) spent roughly 20-30 minutes going over pricing options with me, I had come prepared and hopeful to pay $800ish for all the services needed for my car, I was just a little short in my calculations but there was a sale for buy 2 get 2 and Mike also included a discount for the oil change/transmission fluid change, and thankfully there was an easy finance option available that helped tremendously. The guys around the shop were all super friendly and hospitable. I arrived at the shop around 3/330 -again- providing a rather large todo list, my husband was to be off work around 6 and worked down the street, knowing I had our only mode of transportation the guys offered to go swoop him up while they were finishing up, super sweet to offer but we declined as it wasn't much of a wait. We were able to come back the following day to finish my alignment. We were in and out in no time, even with how busy it was on the final days of their sale.Little did these guys know I had been diagnosed with cancer just a few days before, funds are so tight right now but I needed to have this maintenance completed to be able to get away for Thanksgiving with my family... something I was so desperately needing.Thank you for finding a way to help and make my goal achievable. As long as I'm in the area, this will be my tire shop of choice!Great customer service is something so rare to come upon, but it does not go unnoticed when I see it, and this was no exception! It's so great to see employees focused on putting their customers' needs first but smiling and having a good time while getting their jobs done.

Went in for a free alignment check because my truck was developing a shake at freeway speed. They checked it out, showed me the printout and yes my wheels did indeed need an alignment. The staff at Big O were friendly, fast and professional. The alignment cost was very manageable. That was very important to me since I couldn't afford much. Glad I got the job done an I'm very happy with Big O.

I went in to inquire about services and was sold a general check up of the car. I was not prepared to leave it but the salesman said if I left it then it would be done in a couple hours. I told him I had things to do that day but a couple hours would be okCouple hours means 6 to them. They have no sense of time quoted plus the employee was very rude. Also got charged more than quoted and got no receipt

It s always a great experience at your store on Lindsay in Gilbert. Eric and his crew are always pleasant, knowledgeable and take care of everything we need for our vehicles. Even when it s busy, I don t mind waiting. I leave the shop trusting their service and I won t take my vehicles anywhere else. Thank you!BestApril & Family

I'm not a mechanic but I do alot of work on my car myself. For this exact reason. Quoted 446 for two rear tires, get to this location and of course they don't have them and up sale me more expensive tires, which it's a sports car so I didn't mind. An extra $100 on top of that so about 560 I paid. After over 2 hours I get my car back and I know better so I checked the wheels and tires. Of course they scratched my aftermarket wheels. I figure hey it happens, I hate to complain knowing they won't do anything about it. The next day I detail my car, like I do every weekend. I have put alot of money into this car. Go to dismount my tires and wheels and there are huge gashes in the back of my wheels in a full circle on both wheels. I know the process of mountain tires on wheels. This is a Disregard of others property. Beyond upset I'm not even about to confront them about their shotty work. I save hundreds doing repairs myself. If I had a tire mount I would never put my trust in these places again.

Dale is a rockstar! He has always gone above and beyond for me and my 2 problematic used cars. The shuttle service is so covenient and they are always great about getting you where you need to go in a timely fashion.
