I've been taking my car, and my family's cars here for years. They are honest, hard working, and have caught and repaired *stupid* mistakes, like not clamping basic parts, that the dealership made.That tube should be covering and clamped onto that metal part that is circled. The dealership didn't secure it, these guys did. They really go above and beyond, and they're always open, unlike the service dept of the dealership.

10/10 Service!My tire wasn t keeping Air and PSI gauge wasn t clocking any consistent mesures. I was very worried about my car and received mixed opinions from other mechanics when they examined my tire. Nervous to reach another dead end, I went to Big O Tires for another review. Being very out of my comfort zone I was greeted and helped by Louie. They gave me wonderful service answered all my questions and found a nail in my tire that several other places missed. They fixed and patch my tire free and made me feel comfortable and welcome. Will be recommending them to everyone!

Went in this morning for a five tire rotation. Was greeted with a "good morning, how can we help today" from the manager Matt. Said it would be about an hour service. Technician James was very thorough.In and out in the hour they said. I will continue to go here for all my tire needs."Great job" guys.

Took our vehicle in for a diagnostic test to see why it was over heating. They stated it was a water pump and a few other items. Went to pick the car up and it was still over heating in the parking lot: they kept the car for another day and said it was another issue .We asked for a refund on labor since their policy states 90 day warranty or 4000 miles. Reminder we never left with the car. Well after the workers kept having different excuses they finally gave me the district manager number. He gave me a partial refund for the labor but not all . I will never bring any business again to them.When they gave me a refund they altered the original invoice . I m glad I have a copy of both and will continue to fight this issue. I asked Mike W the DM that I wanted to speak to someone higher than him . He stated he s the highest anyone can go.With that being said, I hope the owner doesn t respond to this message like he has to all the other reviews since Mike is the highest person involved in this business. ( we all know that s B.S.)So $900 down the drain because of their mis diagnosis of our vehicle. I recommend for everyone to get a second opinion then listening to these so called experts as you see in the pictures. It s time stamped and dated

Where do I start? I mistook this place for some place else. When I go in they pretended like they couldn't find my appointment. Which raised a red flag and set off an alarm.Then they start talking to me about pricing and packages. I don't appreciate this company. Trying to steal me away from somebody else. I had plans and an appointment. So in the future, think about that when anybody walks through your door and says the things that I said today. If you're frustrated with the one star, then think about the actions of your employees today, that was dirty what they did.

Very fast and took great care of my caredit: I had a flat tire that they said was repaired and were super nice to me. i called this morning because my tire looked like it had lost air again and the man who answered the phone accused me of hitting a curb? I have since taken it to firestone who informed me that this Big O did not do a single thing to that tire except put air in it.

Not good. Quoted one price, lost my reservation and then once I was committed (stuck on a donut in the rain) they had a completely different price at 2x the quote.Why would you quote a price just for tires? A lot of people show up and just want the parts for tires?

I dropped off my truck on a Saturday after business hours and Matt the manager called me on Sunday morning letting me know they had started the work we decussed and it would be done in a few hours. It was and the truck is running great!

HONESTLY SAVE YOUR TIME & MONEY AND DO NOT GO HERE!DO NOT APPLY FOR THEIR CREDIT CARD!Worst experience I have ever been through! I initially applied for a credit card through Big O tires which is through Comenity Bank. I was told I was going to be on a 12 month Special promotion if I applied for their credit card! WRONG, they didn t put me on the promotion and I was accruing interest for 10 months! Comenity bank and big o tires were going back and forth for months! Everytime I called Comenity bank their customer service support was always super rude and won t help! Which is who you re going to get stuck with if you get their credit card! The Manager at Big o tires kept brushing it off like it didn t matter, and would tell me he would get back to me and I never ONCE received a call from him! Thankfully it was resolved after months and months of pushing them to get on it, but I will never be purchasing from Big o Tires again!

I went down for a flat repair on my car. Rafael Ramirez was the assistant manager that checked me in. He was condescending and acted like he knew everything, quick to cut me off and correct any comment or question I had. He quoted me all four tires when my front tires had about 40% life left telling me he would only replace all four because it s a 4 wheel drive. The bad part was they kept my car for hours and when I called to ask if it was done they asked if I was going to replace the tires. I said their price was almost triple the other two quotes so no. He then decide to tell me to come pick up my car, they could not repair the flat all of the sudden. When I went to pick up the car he sat in his office and made me wait to get my keys. I know it was because I didn t get tires. I took my car to another shop today and the repair took 15 mins. Tires are order at a fraction of the cost they had quoted me.

I went for a simple oil change and ended up paying over $745 for additional services I didn't approve beforehand. After the oil change ($56) Matt called saying that our brakes were bad and needed changing. It was approved by us ($80 plus brake harware $30) But when we went to pick up our car, it turns out they made up this story that the brakes were so bad that the rotors were also bad and needed changing too so he changed them without consulting with me ($240) and on top of that Matt also decided to perform a break fluid flush ($150) and not once did he call beforehand to ask if it was okay. All of that plus a labor charge of $215!! DO NOT EVER APPROVE ANOTHER SERVICE THAN WHAT YOU WENT IN HERE FOR BECAUSE THEY WILL TAKE ADVANTAGE OF YOU!!! I LEARNED MY LESSON AND WILL NEVER BE BACK THERE.

I couldn't be more appreciative for Rafael helping me. My tire was shredding on me and he kept his door's open and replaced it his self. God is good, thank God for Rafael great customer service!!!!

had an appointment for a 4 pm oil change and tire rotation per ad they had circulating. arrived 10 minutes early only to wait for over 3.5 hours. Never even touched my car until after 3 hours of it sitting in the parking lot. I know because I had to wait there thinking an oil change doesn't take that long. Boy howdy was I wrong. No compensation offers for waiting, nothing at all.I wouldn't wait for your car if you have to take it there, lol.

They had the opportunity to take advantage and did not. Other shops may not have been as honest: I had a loose bolt on an upper front control arm, so when reversing there was a loud one time clank each time I backed out of a spot. They tightened the bolt and sent me on my way free of charge. I'm grateful, and I'm glad to know I've found an honest location

This is the best auto/tire place ever!!We left car and went next door to Ihop for breakfast. But, we really never had to cause they had coffee, donuts, fresh fruits, good movie on TV, popcorn, waters- all free!They were fast and friendly!

Took my car in a couple of weeks ago told me I needed a new air filter. Go to put it in today and found my car like this. They left a rag in my engine, didn t screw my old filter back on and didn t close the oil stick all the way. Glad I caught this before something happened!!

DO NOT COME HERE!!!!!!! Rafael is the worst customer service technician I ve ever met..Never go here! These managers get to pick and choose who cuts in front of you in line. I drove 1 hour to get there and called prior to getting there. There is 4 people ahead of you. One hour later I arrive and now it s 8 people and he s like I told you 4 before you got here and you just have to deal with it. Let alone the 9 locations I past along the way to get here.

I purchase 4 new tires from here in Feb 2021 with 40000 mile warranty. They have 17000 miles on them but have seperated. Talked with them about replacement but was told they no longer carry this tire as it was discounted. Was told i can get a new one to replace the bad but a different brand. Told them i bought 4 matching and wanted to keep it that way so i asked what could be done. Talked with manager Matt and he said he understood and would help me out. Told me he would replace the bad free and prorate the others so i would get 1 free and have to pay 149.00 ea for the other 3. Dropped my car off and he said would be done by 6 as thats when they close. Went back at 6 and Matt was gone. Truck was on lift with no tires and was told my bill was 1378.00. If my math is correct it should have been 450.00 with an extra 200.00 for the little extras so expected to pay 650.00. They said they couldnt honor the price given because the replacements were more expensive. After arguing about it they lowerred it to 1050.00 and would throw in an alignment for free. Poor customer experience as they dont stand behind what they sell and customer satisfaction isn't a priority. Dont take their word of mouth quotes as true but seems just want you in the door as they will change the price because money in their pockets is more important than satisfaction. But hey they do offer financing so you can cover the increase. Will never go to BIG OH NO again and tell everyone to go elsewhere.

So I was told over the phone that my oilchange would be $49.99, but I get here and its $65 in total. Got here at 1:45 P.M its now 4:10 P.M now and my car hasn't been taken back. When I got here was told about a 2 hr wait. We are now approaching 3 hrs, and my car hasn't even been taken in the shop from the parking lot. The staff are very pleasant and polite, but haven't done a good job on correctly setting the expectations properly. I believe do to the fact that all services are being provide on a first come first serve basis their time management leaves much to be desired.

Well my experience today is well above my expectations. I made an appointment for an oil change first thing this morning. On line appointment process super easy and convenient. Included in the oil change was fluids check and brake inspection. Turns out I needed back brakes. Paul who was actually working on my car was thorough and honest about the time I had to work with before actually taking care of it. The manager Sage was absolutely amazing. His customer service was respectful and worked with me and my car needs. He was able to find me discounts that fit my budget. He told me he would have me out before 12:00 and he kept his promise. I drove away a stand by Big o Tires customer for any future car needs. Services completed were back brakes, oil change and air filter replacement. MY CAR IS IN TIP TOP CONDITION BECAUSE OF SAGE AND PAUL. THANK YOU GENTLEMEN.

My experience today at this location is truly five star. The customer service from my rep Sage has been top notch from initial phone phone call to completion.I came in for a tire balance and learned I have a split tire. The Technician did a great job with troubleshooting this and stopping instead of sending me on my way. This resulted in a happy tire purchase and oil change. This type of honest work is what you would expect from a large brand company. This location holds true to that.Great job to this Big O team!

I got off work to find a nearly flat tire due to a nail, I wasn t sure I d be able to get into a tire shop before they closed. When I got to this location it was almost closing and they weren t going to be able to fit me in. Willie understood that my tire wasn t going to last the night so he quickly fixed it for me even though he was ready to go home. I felt like more than just another customer thanks to him. He made me feel important!

When you don't have time for playing around you want to do business with a place that does this on the daily. My tires my commute makes me money or lack there of cost me money. This place, these guys get it. Get your tires from the experts.

This was 2nd Big O store I called. First one I hung up after being on hold for 12mins. This store answered promptly but when I asked if they sold used tires the reply was "I sell expensive tires not used tires". Discount here I come!

I am so grateful to have met Matt and Sage to help finally take care of a lingering issue from a different location. I was so hesitant to even go back to a Big O, but these managers actually listened and took care of the situation for me. I very much appreciate their willingness to make sure the work was done correct, as well. I am so happy I now have a place with excellent management I can trust to take care of my car. Thank you guys and your team for your exceptional customer service!!!

If I could give 0 stars I would. I came in the day before and it was a two hour wait. So I scheduled an appointment for the next day at 9am. I checked in at 8:30am and by 9:50 my car was still not taken in to be done. At 9:30am I called while waiting for my car to be done, was placed on hold for over 5 mins only to have the same person to pick up the phone and not even remember why I was on hold. I went back and got my car without it ever leaving the parking lot. I was handed my keys as if I was an inconvenience to them. I left and went to Jiffy lube next door, where they are more than friendly and extremely fast. Wasted more time waiting around for my scheduled appointment than it took at jiffy lube.
