Phenomenal customer service from everyone there, especially Myles! I even tried to tip him & he was honest in saying they don't take tips. It's a nice, new, clean facility with a customer lounge in the area behind the registers that offers free coffee, Bosa donuts & bottled water. And they frequently run specials on tires. They offer many other serives like oil changes & diagnosis. I will be going back in the future for my vehicle needs. Thank you Myles!

I would give negative stars if there was this option. My husband has been coming here to get oil change for our cars several times. He always told them that he only wants oil change. However, they would always do extra steps as "inspections"... It turned out they didn't close the bottom of the car last time. They even left the break fluild cap opened(as pic). We noticed it couple months after when it was totally evaporated...I'm not sure who would want this sloppy service. But, I don't think it's safe at all. Who knows what kind of reckless thing they would had done to your car?!

Got an oil change at a place that I only thought did tires. Amazing how they were cheaper than anyone out there that specializes in oil changes. They were $50 cheaper than several chain companies I called for pricing. The entire process was seamless. Great job. The manager was personable and they followed up to make sure everything was good. I will go back and have everyone in my family go there as well.

About a year ago I would have given this place negative stars. However these last couple months with big O has been such a relief. There has been some serious house cleaning with their employees and it s been awesome!! Our favorite guy Jason has had our backs and has made sure things our done right and no extra problems that weren t there before. Thank you Jason for you and your guys for their honesty and hard work!

I made an appointment online to purchase new tires and get an oil change. From the moment I arrived until I checked out, the staff (especially Tim), were friendly and kind. Tim explained my services step-by-step to make sure I understood processes and cost. I would highly recommend this location for all your automotive needs.

Myles went above and beyond to help myself and my husband. We had two cars go down in 1 week. He literally sat on the phone for hours with our warranty company trying to get the part coved. We felt cared about and that he was doing everything he could to help us out. Thank you Myles you were absolutely amazing.

Great service and friendly staff. Service was completed in a timely manner and the service advisor Myles did not try to oversell any additional services. I was provided with a list of services that may be needed in the future and the pricing. Seems reasonable. Highly recommend.

I had a 730am appointment and was told I'd be out in a hour. Walked in for my appointment that I booked the day before, and I wasn't in the system. Then I was told 1 price over text for a service came back to pick up my car and paid a different price 4 hours after I dropped off my car. The tech was a good dude though.

This business surprised me with their honesty and service. They notified me of the issues with my vehicle, but didn't try to sell me on anything because the car was on its last limb (or tire, if you will).Would recommend, and will do business with them again.

A truck immediately in front of our car, had several items fall off and ran over an item that punctured a tire. Took it to Big O and was replaced with no question under warranty. We were in and out in an hour. Polite, helpful - but the part we appreciated the most was they said the tire would be replaced under warranty - we did not have to ask. And truth be known the tire is 2 years old & we had forgotten about the warranty. 5 star service and extremely pleased with the condition of the tread on the tire that was replaced.

Anthony Chacon and Adam were both great. Lots of knowledge and great about keeping me informed about the status of repairs. They were not pushy on unnecessary repairs I actually brought my other vehicle from another repair shop to get the repairs done here.

My wife s SUV s tire had a nail stuck in it. Before trying to fix the tire myself I asked Big O Tires how much it would be to repair it. They offered to fix it for free! Pretty happy with the customer service at this location. If you need a tire fixed or any tire related work I d go here.

I went there for tire fix, oil change, and tire rotation. They did inspection and came up with battery needs to get changed. I am glad that I checked with my husband before I said yes to battery change. My husband said the battery is new and if there is any problem we can issue the warranty. I went straight to the auto zone to see if the battery was dead. They have checked the battery several times two different tech, and they said battery is great and brand new. I was about to get screwed up by Big O Tires. They did oil change, but they didn't put the sticker on. I asked twice if they did tire rotation, and of course, they said yes but when I came back home my husband noticed they didn't. I am not going back to Big O Tire.

I found a gold mine close to my home. I needed immediate attention to one of my tires and I found Big O close to my house I thank Miles for being so courteous , handled my problem while I waited in the lounge with my coffee and donuts. I loved the customer serve and the ease to discuss our car s needs.

Great service! Guy with the beard(sorry I forgot name) who was working the front the last two days was awesome and very attentive! Also the guys that drove me too and from I m shuttle we re awesome! Quick and easy drop of at lunch.

This is my one and only tire and auto repair shop. Serivce is expentional. I usually work with Chris. Chris is phenomenal at his job and always makes sure I am taken care of. They do great work and they are a shop you can trust. Remeber you get what you pay for, there may be cheaper spots, but I know Ill get grade A work from Big Os.

I had a set on new tires mounted, balanced and aligned on a Sunday morning. Dropped it off first thing in the morning & it was ready by 1 in the afternoon. Everyone was professional and helpful. I highly recommend this shop, looking forward to continuing my business here.

This is our 3rd time here in a few months as my husbands and my car s tires have all aged out - this team is awesome! Friendly, knowledgeable, recommends services but doesn t push them. Always a smile and laugh- and quick, reliable service! My kids also love to split a donut and grab an apple. It s our go-to car maintenance spot now!

I had a blow out on the 17, got the spare tire out and on, another blow out. Get a ride home, visit Big O the next day, explain what happened, got my 2 tires, all is good. Go to put the new tire on my vehicle, but my vehicle is gone. Nowhere to be found. (sigh) Report vehicle stolen. Call Big O tell them what happened annd ask if I can get a refund on the second tire that is still at their shop. Yes, not a problem. Joking ask about the tire that is already mounted. Was told no, which I expected. Two days later, I get a call from Eric saying they are going to refund BOTH tires. I was super grateful for this kind gesture, but told him to hold on, they may have found my vehicle stupid long story short, The guys at Big O were very understanding of my situation. I got my vehicle back and was able to get that silly spare mounted. Eric and the rest of the crew were very friendly and I would highly recommend going to see them.

I believe we received a good deal / price for 4 new tires, an alignment and oil change. It's great to have a good shop right down the street. I bought 4 tires for my other car a few years ago.

Fathers beware I sent my daughter in to have her tires rotated and an oil change yesterday. After a four hour wait she left the store with a one thousand dollar bill. I m sure they came out �and said you need �to service front differential and rear differential case �and brakes, brake fluid change and change transfer case oil on a 2021 Chevy Colorado. I called Chevy service they don t change / flush deferential etc, until over 60,000 miles. They did not explain the cost. If they do this to a young girl I m sure they do it to the elderly. Stay away from this big O tire store for charging questionable service feesNow today, the check engine light is. I would give less than one star!

I ve been Coming to this store for a while. I ll be honest the first sales staff was a lil rigid when the building first came up. Eric however has really grown into his role. Great service and display of inspection. I m in awe.

Excellent customer service, high-tech testing, fast service!I have been to other Big O Tires but this one takes the cake. I just went in for an oil change but I was thoroughly impressed with my experience there. Even though it was just an oil change, they provided me with a full diagnostic kit that showed the actual test strips from everything they checked on my car (including brake fluid, antifreeze, etc). I will recommend this location to everyone! Thank you Eric for your great customer service!

Been bringing my cars here for over a year and today I decided to go to another quick oil change place due to my busy schedule. I quickly regret it as I was told they could not remove my oil drain plug because it was stripped. After an hour and a half they finally finished my work so I decided to go back to Big O Tires and discuss the drain plug since they were the last ones to replace my oil. After speaking with Eric I was told they would take care of the problem and on top of that he replaced the wrong oil filter that was installed by the other place. Eric took the time to listen and didn t even attempt to dispute the problem. He just took my keys and got my vehicle in right away. This is how you do business and how you keep customers. Kudos to Eric for his professional approach and commitment. I should have known better than to go to another place.

The attendants up front were very nice and knowledgeable, and helped me pick out the right tires at a fair price. Took it in without an appointment on a Wednesday and it was done only 3 hours later! Very fast and friendly location

My family has received INCREDIBLY fantastic service & help from this location, with specific shoutout to ERIC because he has helped us tremendously with problems on our family car. He has been extremely helpful, nice, knowledgeable, & has provided some discount coupons for us when we had much more trouble than we d expected. (It s an old car, but we love her!) He is awesome & excellent at his job. We keep returning whenever this is trouble because we know we will receive quality help!! Thank you Big O, & thank you Eric!

I really enjoyed the experience that I had with Big O Tires. The process from beginning to end was easy and convenient. The mechanics did an amazing job with my car. My car needed a wheel alignment, two new tires, and a new battery. Within a few hours I had my car ready to hit the road! I highly recommend them!
