I had bought a car while I was in the area visiting family, and wanted to have it checked over before I headed out of town with it. My sister suggested I take it to her regular guys at AZ Auto, and they got me in super quick, did a great job checking it over and doing a few fixes, and their prices were very fair. Excellent service. Then today my sister went into their shop to have them check on her car because it was shuddering as she drove. Even though they were closing soon, they got her right in. Turns out when she d had her tires rotated by someone else, the didn t tighten a single lug nut!!! So scary! So Az tightened them all up for her and replaced a part that one of the loose wheels damaged, and then they would not even accept payment from her! These guys are seriously the best. Honest and fair and do a great job. Would absolutely recommend.

Love the service we received here, Richard I believe his name was..the nicest guy. I called and was able to come in the same day and receive service the same day as well. Gave us thorough information on issues that may not need fixture now but what should be the first priority next time or anywhere else we may go. I ve been to Jesse s other location in Chandler too and loved the service I received from her and her employees there as well..and now this one in Mesa. The employees are all knowledgeable and kind. Patient with you, and willing to do what they can to keep you safe on the road.

Richard was the coolest dude. Was able to be seen the same day, told it might be kept overnight but ended up getting it back the same day. Was told in detail what needed to be fixed beforehand and what will need to be kept an eye on for the future. Didn t try and scam me or make me feel pressured into doing anything else out of my budget, but helped keep me informed to make sure my car was safe on the road. Will be coming back again soon.

This place is absolutely terrible, it's dirty and dingey, the staff was not nice or friendly at all. Took 5 minutes just before they noticed I was even there, then wanted me to wait 3 to 4 hours for a oil change. Richard is not someone you want to deal with ever again, so I left and went where I was welcome. Wow instead of training employees, and having mediocre customer service even though they say they are great, they get to post a attachment on my account from my experience, saying I'm a former disgruntled employee. This is absurd, if they get a bad review they can just do this? I'm flabbergasted, please post proof that I was ever employed with you ever.

My vehicle was making a terrible clunky sound, AZ Automasters, responded promptly and was able to inspect and repair my vehicle that day. Great customer service, they were very kind and explained what needed to be repaired and answered all my questions. Found their pricing to be comparable to other establishments.

I had an amazing experience getting my car fixed here! My car wouldn't start and they figured out the problem and explained everything to me. Everyone who works here is very kind and knowledgeable. This is definitely my mechanic from now on!

It is refreshing for me to take my Dodge Caravan to this service shop. I dealt with Richard and he was very honest and helpful when it came to giving me an accurate estimate. I was very satisfied with the job they did and I thought the price I paid was very reasonable. I will be coming here for my future needs that is for sure. Did an amazing job on my brakes!! I did not feel taken advantage of and felt like I was given the best deal compared to a few other companies I had check out the brake issue. I have found my new mechanic.... I will be back in a few weeks to get my air conditioner worked on.. Had these guys install 2 rear lower control arms as i had some trouble getting a bolt out. They got it done for a great price and were very kind about it. I am updating my previous review as the management team took the right action and fired the mechanic that tried to rip off my daughter and the $$ job performed was refunded. They said they have also coached the person at the check out counter. That is what a true caring organization will do.(Previous review)The low rating issimply because when she took her car for an oil change, the person who helped her told her that the serpentine belt needed to be replaced as it was cracking and that if she did not do so, her car would break down, leaving her stranded. That would have been great advice, however, this was an obvious unethical tactic to try to get her to spend more money. Little did this so-called mechanic know, but my daughter's car has a brand new engine with every hose and belt being brand new as well. My daughter called me and I told her to ask the mechanic to show her the cracked belt however he said it was difficult to show the problem but instead he proceeded to show her a used serpentine belt from another car, not hers.I told my daughter to pay for the oil change and leave the place immediately as he was trying to rip her off. This was a very cheap and unethical way to get a young lady to spend more money and simply steal from her. I want to make it clear that I am extremely dissatisfied with this experience and that we will never be returning to your establishment. I hope that you take this complaint seriously and take steps to prevent such incidents from happening again in the future.Here is a picture of the serpentine belt, no cracking no damage.Service: Oil change

As always AZ Automasters (Gilbert, AZ) has done right by me again! I took my car in for a complete tune-up this past Saturday. Service was completed. While driving home my car overheated. I wasn't sure of the issue and why it would have done that considering I just completed the tune-up. Immediately pulled into a gas station, shut the car off and evaluated my situation. Realizing I should not drive my car the 8 miles I had left, I had my car towed home and left a message with the shop. Jessica (GM) wasted no time getting back to me. I explained what happened, and had the car towed back to the shop for evaluation first thing Monday morning. Mike (Owner) and Jessica wasted no time trying to determine the cause of the overheating. Mike, Jessica and Michael you are nothing short of AMAZING! Your customer service is always top notch and I THANK YOU from the bottom of my heart for making sure my car was completely safe to drive before returning to me. Monetarily I saw the dollar bills flying out the window but you made sure that didn't happen! You were completely fair with the charge! Mike like you said, your are a man of your word and that is absolutely the truth! Thank you for delivering my car to me in San Tan Valley, that was completely unexpected. I am forever GRATEFUL for your HONESTY and AWESOME customer service. Again, I can't thank you enough! You ROCK!Service: Oil change

I found AZ Automasters through Yelp, and Jessica gave me up front pricing and info, and Richard thoroughly explained how everything works and they did an outstanding job on replacing my fuel pump, and pricing out some of the other repairs I need on my used 2004 F150.I'll be back for more work in the near future!

Richerd and his team are absolutely fantastic. I had been taking my vehicle to a family friend for repairs for years, that is until I came here. I was having quite a few issues with my car, and not only was Richerd extremely knowledgeable, but he was also compassionate and very honest. They were able to fix the engine problems I d been having for years in a matter of days (and at a reasonable price at that). I could not recommend them enough. When it rains it pours with cars. I ve been to AZ auto master several times in the past few weeks and each time they ve been extremely helpful and kind. They get work done well and fast and With lots of communication. I truly appreciate all the work they ve done in the past few weeks.

I was referred to Az AutoMasters by a coworker who said they are always kind, honest, and fair priced. When my vehicle started to misfire, I was worried. I m a single mom and being without a vehicle especially with rising temps is frightening.While I was able to diagnose the likely problem on my own, it was in a location I didn t feel comfortable trying to do myself. I called/messaged shops and mobile mechanics who were quoting me way above my ability to pay. When I pulled up Az AutoMasters website to get their information I saw that they had a maintenance for moms program, where they deeply discount the cost of vehicle maintenance. I felt a glimmer of hope and in the end I wasn t disappointed.The entire experience from start to finish has been absolutely wonderful. Mike has been communicative, honest, and kind. He explained the issue and different scenarios. The is at huge discount compared to all the quotes I received thanks to the Maintenance for Moms program. I m counting this as a miracle in my book and I will be returning to Az AutoMasters for all future car needs.Service: Engine repair

Good shop, I got my brakes on my jeep replaced here, I got a no nonsense quote and they did a really good job in my opinion. I ended up replacing my shocks a week later so I got a chance to inspect their work and the new brakes look great! Thanks again!

I needed my transmission fixed and Mike and Richerd helped me out and got it done for me within a few days. They were quick and communicated every step of the way. I was quoted from other shops and AZ Automasters saved me over 700 dollars. Thanks for helping me out Az Automasters!

Very pleased with my experience from start to finish! I moved here from the Midwest about 6 yrs ago. One of the things I regretted leaving behind was my local mechanic. In the time I've been here, I have had a lot of frustrations with mechanics; both 'reputable' chains and small garage shops. My coworker recommended this place (AZ Automasters) when I needed my starter replaced. Was happy to hear they could work on my diesel Volkswagen Jetta. For the first time since moving here, I had not only a good job with my car; but also an awesome experience! Richard on the phone was always friendly, explained everything in detail, and made sure they were taking care of me and my vehicle every step of the way. Today I receive a hand-written card thanking me for using them! Finally found a shop here that is friendly, does quality work, and fair priced. It's like having my small-town mechanic back! THANK YOU VERY MUCH!

Richard is the man! He always knows what's wrong with your vehicle and doesn't act like a salesman trying to sell you parts you don't need.You can even buy your own parts and install them!These guys can be trusted and have great warranties.I recommend everyone go here because I always do!

Called to schedule an appointment for an oil change. They told me it was gonna be 40 bucks. I got there and then they told me it's gonna be 80 bucks what a waste of time.
