Gil is the best! He is always going out of his way to get everything I need for me when I come in for both of my vehicles. His customer service skills deserve to be recognized! I recently got a new battery from this location, they initially gave me the wrong battery on accident but when I brought my car back with the same battery they gave me they were able to just swap out the battery! There is such great service here! Sal was a great help trying to have me understand things for my car. Thank you!

Had the occasion to need a new battery for my fusion energi today. After my pocket jump start came from Amazon I was lucky enough to pick this auto zone to buy my battery from. The guys were awesome, tested my bad OEM battery (2017 car!) and confirmed my diagnosis. They advised that because of the location of my battery (trunk behind the lining) that they couldn't change it for me, which is fine. They told me what I needed to do and loaned me the tools to do it! My fingers were frozen from the rain and after I got everything ripped apart and the bolts undone, I asked them to lift it for me, which they graciously did.They placed the new battery for me and I got everything all bolted back down and the car works like new. I returned their tools and shot the breeze with them. The whole experience left me with an awesome impression of AutoZone and I will definitely be coming here again the next time I need auto expertise!Please give them raises and bonuses and cookies.:) thank you!

Today I came into the store by myself with my two young children. I wish I was a car savvy woman but unfortunately I am not. This is why I come to autozone because I know I will be in good hands even if my husband isn t there to help guide me. I walked into the store today and was greeted by a young girl. She was friendly but unfortunately not super helpful. Just told me what aisle the product I needed was on and that was it. I felt defeated bc I was still unsure if that s even exactly what I needed. I left and decided to come back in and see if I could get better help from someone else. That s when I met Gil. He is AMAZING and really saved my butt today. He was so friendly. He interacted with my children and had a friendly banter with me. He walked out to my truck to double check what was going on. He then walked me to the product I needed, grabbed it off the shelf for me and carried it to the register to ring me up. He even chatted on the phone to my husband who had a few question. He then proceeded to put the product in my truck, clean up a small spill and put the remaining product in the bed of my truck. Car problems are the worst when your a woman who doesn t know a lot about cars. But Gil didn t once make me feel inferior that I didn t have a ton of knowledge about the problems my truck was having. He is truly an amazing employee. His customer service was top notch! Please treat him right, there are not enough good people in customer service anymore! Thank you Gil!

What a great store full of friendly staff. I was in need of windshield wipers. Staff member Sal Madril was so helpful in finding exactly what I needed. Sal installed the wipers for me; which was a pleasant surprise. He also helped my husband find a part. It helps when you go in a store and find staff so willing to help; as this young man. Thank you

Just got a new car and wasn t sure if the windshield wipers would work. Sal came to the rescue, he made sure the blades would work before I purchased and then help put them on!! So thankful HE knew what he was doing or I d probably put them on and lose them on the freeway. Thanks again Sal!!

Great customer service here, will continue to do my business with these guys going forward.Recently I had a tough issue i wasn't sure could be resolved but Sal and Gill went out of their way to help me out. Don't see that as much these days so it was really appreciated.

Great, great, great customer service. The store manager Gil was super helpful and friendly. Said hello as soon as we walked in and helped me get what I needed. This location did not have the part but Gil went the extra mile to see which location did. He also called the location to confirm they did, along with letting them know I was heading over to pick it up. Most places have lost customer service, so it was nice to get it from this location. Unfortunately the location he sent me to did not even come close to his customer service. Thank you Gil and team for being amazing!!

I called earlier is the day to see if they could replace the battery in my car. The person on the phone said yes but I must get to the store before 8pm. I was there at 6:15pm and was told they could NOT install the battery because of staffing issues. I saw 4 employees and only 2 customers. I left and went to another AutoZone location on Power and they installed a new battery in 5 minutes. AutoZone is a great company. Just avoid the one on S. Recker Road.

Stopped into this store thinking my car just needed some sub zero for my ac well turns out that was not the case at all. Found out my compressor belt was completely shredded. Luckily I stopped at the perfect location the staff here was amazing. Big shout out to Stephan for replacing my belt a complete angel. He saved me from having to get my car towed.

Amazing place I don t do reviews but this shop is convenient and the staff are amazing and extremely helpful. They helped changed my battery and even let Me use their battery jumper to be able to bring my car over if you need a battery replaced or a jump come here they will get you what you need.

I stopped by this store today to have my battery checked. Sure enough I needed a replacement. So I purchased a new one. There was a sweet and helpful young lady named kira G. who helped me with the purchase. It was so hot at that time I was there. It was 117� there was a very nice young man by the name of Gill who I understand is the manager. He went out there in all that heat and took care of replacing my battery and was so nice and pleasant. I am so grateful for him. He's definitely an asset to AutoZone!! I had to give a shout out for him. Thank you

It s always important to know where a good auto parts store is, especially when they have excellent employees. Take it from me I used to be a master mechanic. Chase and Joey were just what I needed today. My car started acting up so I limped it over to them after being turned away from several auto shops. These guys didn t hesitate to jump into action and gave me everything I needed to get back on the road. I recommend these guys to anyone in need and will definitely be stopping by again for any of my auto parts needs. Thanks so much you guys!!

As irritating as it is already to find out you have a dead battery, it s more frustrating when people don t care to assist. I called last night 30 minutes before closing to ask if they had my battery. The guy, Matt/ Mike something, said yes and it takes 45 minutes to install. I told them I knew they were closing so can I come in the morning to get it and get installed. He said yes and told me what time they opened. Clearly knowing what my vehicle was before I showed up today- a snooty blonde at the counter said oh well we have the battery but can t install it. As I told her I spoke to someone the night before, a man came over and said well I was the only one here from 630am -9pm and don t remember that phone call. Incredibly frustrating. Obviously not going to give them my business to have to then take it somewhere else to install. And then I asked if they could jump me as my battery was beyond dead, and they had attitude about doing their job. I should have just went to Firestone originally and saved myself a headache at 7am. Do better AutoZone.

This is my local AutoZone. I buy all my needs here for my project cars. I recently went in there a saw a newer face I think her name was Kira or something couldn't really read the name tag. As I proceeded to ask questions for certain parts I was needing she replied in a very rude tone and manner and was very annoyed that I was asking questions due to her rolling her eyes at least 3 times. I will not continue you to do my business here as long as she is still working at this location. She is very disrespectful and has ZERO customer service skills. If I was her boss, she would be unemployed. Luckily, A great employee Named Joey further assisted my needs. He was smart, fast and knew exactly what I needed! He really saved me from walking out.

So today and everytime I come to Autozone I have a terrible experience as a women. However, there's only one Autozone with one employee that made me stop take a second to give this guy his flowers. He's so amazing everytime I come to get almost anything done. He goes above and beyond his job duties to make sure we're okay before leaving the establishment everytime. So Gil from this location is the only person I'll bring my car to from now on. Everyone else it's always a problem. GIL for the win everytime.

Went to have my battery checked on 03 March. Sal (hope I heard his name correctly), who was working at the desk quickly went out and tested my alternator and battery to discover the battery was bad. Sal then looked up battery options and what they had in stock. I paid for my battery and I was about to leave, and Sal asked, "do you need help installing the battery". I said 'yes', Sal went right to work. While he was working the store became very busy, so Sal went in to take care of customers and his coworker Chase came and finished up. I cannot tell you how much I appreciate both Sal's and Chase's attention to customer service. I observed them juggling multiple customers and all with a smile. Great job Autozone for hiring employees like Sal and Chase.

Had the alternator in stock and it was a smooth purchase. Had it installed and it solved my car problem. Friendly employees made the experience better. Returned for.my core refund and transaction was fast and.easy. nice store to do business with.

Gil was amazing! Took care of us with a smile, some jokes, and speed. He also made sure to take the parts we asked for out of the box to check and make sure they were the ones we needed. Great customer service and I'll be back for sure

Came to this location needing a few things for my Honda Accord I was broke down and stranded. Employees went. Above and beyond to help me. Find the solution and get back on the road. I drove my car 200 miles home that day. All never forget how they did more then they had to get me out of a bind and home. What they don t know is that that saved my employment. With there extra effort to help me. I am thankful,

This is an awesome Autozone. And if your lucky enough to get to stop by there is a gentleman by the name of Gil who will make you feel welcomed when you first enter the store. He does an amazing job helping you find your parts and other items you didn't realize you needed but would have had to come back in for later with his simple questions asking what your doing and how he can help.Thanks Gil for making sure our project was smooth. Now to find something else to repair to put him to the test again.

Tavion was so helpful! I had several questions and he took the time to help me and make sure I knew what I was doing. My questions were probably really dumb and simple but he still explained everything to me. He even advised me on parts I should replace in the future to make sure my car runs well. He truly cared and made me feel like a valued customer. This is my first time at this store but it definitely won t be my last because of him and his exceptional customer service.

Gil helped me with new wipers and it was something that doesn t even merit a good experience because of the simplicity yet he checked every detail and made sure everything worked correctly before I left. It s a little thing but a big deal for me. Thank you Gil for your help and friendliness.
